"I'm going to turn you all into candy and eat you!"

"You gave me something tasty just now, so I can let you go."

Floating in midair, Buu spoke, but when her gaze landed on Yuujin, she added another line.

Energy gathered as a pink glow shimmered atop Buu's small head tentacle. Realizing what was happening, Yuujin's expression changed dramatically:

"Dodge!!!"

Almost as soon as Yuujin shouted, magical beams shot out from Buu's head tentacle like forked lightning, sweeping across the entire vast West City.

Except for Yuujin, who was not targeted, Gokumi, the other girls, Krillin, and the rest barely managed to evade the magical beams. However, all other humans and animals in West City were transformed into candy!

"Yum, yum! So tasty!"

Scooping up all the candies into her hands, Buu gobbled them up in large mouthfuls.

"Aah... Aaaah!"

"They... they were eaten! Everyone else in the city was turned into candy and eaten!"

"That monster!!!"

A chill ran down their spines. Bulma, the other women, Master Roshi, Krillin, and the others all had expressions of horror.

That creature called Buu had turned everyone in the city into candy and eaten them!

And despite committing such a horrific atrocity, she still wore a pure, cheerful smile as if what she had just done was nothing of consequence!

"Hahaha!!!"

"Did you all see that? This is Buu's power!"

"You dodged it this time, but you won't be so lucky next time!"

Babidi laughed triumphantly, feeling more exhilarated than ever.

Well done, Buu! This is exactly how it should be—make these fools witness your power, let them taste the agony of fear and despair!

"Y-Yuujin, everyone else has been turned into candy and eaten..."

Bulma's face turned pale.

If not for Yuujin pulling her and her sister away at the last moment, they too would have been turned into candy and devoured by Buu!

"We have no choice. We need to defeat Buu first."

Yuujin's expression darkened as he spoke.

"Hmph, about time!"

With a cold snort, Vegea stepped forward.

Although Buu's strength was formidable and that bizarre candy-beam attack was unsettling, Vegea didn't believe for a second that she would lose to her.

A battle was inevitable. Just as Yuujin and Vegea prepared to fight, Goteno and Trunksia ran forward—

"Dad, Mom Vegea, let us handle this!"

"That Buu turned our friends into candy and ate them. We have to avenge them!"

Standing in front of Yuujin and Vegea, Goteno and Trunksia wore expressions of righteous fury.

"Trunksia, what are you saying? This is no time for reckless behavior!"

"Goteno, come back! This isn't an opponent you two can handle!"

Bulma and Chi-Chi rushed forward, trying to pull Trunksia and Goteno back.

They could tolerate their mischief at other times, but now they were facing a terrifyingly strong enemy. How could they allow them to act recklessly?

"Mom, you're underestimating us!"

"Yeah, exactly!"

"Goteno, let's use that move!"

"Got it, sis!"

Breaking free from Bulma and Chi-Chi's grasp, Goteno and Trunksia exchanged a glance, then took their positions and performed the Fusion Dance:

"Fu—sion—Ha!!"

Under everyone's watchful eyes, Goteno and Trunksia performed the Fusion Dance. As a dazzling light flashed, they vanished—

And in their place stood a cute girl clad in the traditional clothing of the Metamorans.

"Ta-da! Gotenksia is here!"

Speaking in a dual-toned voice, the newly appeared warrior—Gotenksia—stood proudly with her hands on her hips, tilting her head up in a confident and cool pose.

"It's Gotenksia!"

"Incredible! Their combined power just skyrocketed several dozen times over!"

"I've seen this Metamoran Fusion Dance a few times before, but it's still amazing!"

Master Roshi, Krillin, and the others couldn't help but marvel, while Gotenksia became even more smug.

"Ha!!"

Clenching her fists, Gotenksia shot into the sky like a superhuman, then sped around West City several times at lightning speed before landing straight into Yuujin's arms.

"Daddy!"

"Gotenksia, long time no see."

Patting Gotenksia's small head, Yuujin smiled.

Though she was the fusion of Goteno and Trunksia, she was also a distinct existence. To Yuujin, she was like another daughter.

Feeling Yuujin's touch, Gotenksia squinted happily.

"Gotenksia, you're even stronger than last time!"

"Mom Gokumi!"

Gokumi approached, and Gotenksia leaped into her arms.

After playing around for a moment, Gotenksia returned to the ground.

"Dad, Mom! You guys just watch! Leave Babidi and Buu to me!"

Tilting her head up confidently, Gotenksia declared.

"Gotenksia, stop fooling around! Change back right now!"

"Fine. If you want to fight, go ahead."

Bulma was about to stop her again, but Vegea spoke up.

"Vegea, what are you saying?! Even Gotenksia is in danger!"

"Hmph, since when do Saiyans run from danger? Our children won't be cowards!"

Bulma glared at Vegea in frustration, but Vegea simply snorted in response.

Furious, Bulma thought, Saiyan or not, Goteno and Trunksia are my daughters, not yours! Of course, you wouldn't care!

Just as Bulma was about to argue further, Yuujin finally spoke:

"Vegea is right. Saiyan children must experience real battles."

"Goteno and Trunksia have always lacked genuine combat experience. This is a good opportunity. Let them try."

"Yuujin, not you too..."

Bulma looked at him resentfully, and Yuujin could only reassure her.

"Don't worry, Bulma. We won't let anything happen to them."

"Hmph! If Goteno and Trunksia get hurt, I'll make you pay!"

Bulma shot Yuujin an angry glare, leaving him helpless. How can you fight without getting hurt?

Oh well, that's a problem for later.

"Gotenksia, you're up against Babidi and Buu. You can handle it, right?"

Yuujin asked. Gotenksia immediately brightened.

"Leave it to me, Dad!"
