Chapter 22: The First Temple

We set out immediately, determined to gather the three ancient artifacts and defeat the Dark Lord. The stranger led the way, guiding us through the dense forest and over treacherous mountains.

As we walked, the stranger told us more about the ancient temples and the magical creatures that guarded them. "The first temple is guarded by a dragon," he said. "A fierce and powerful creature with scales as black as coal and eyes that glow like embers."

I felt a shiver run down my spine as I listened to the stranger's words. A dragon? I had never seen a dragon before, and the thought of facing one was daunting.

But I was not afraid. I was determined to complete our quest and defeat the Dark Lord.

After many hours of walking, we finally came to the entrance of the first temple. It was an imposing structure, with walls made of stone and a roof that seemed to touch the sky.

The stranger nodded, his eyes glinting with excitement. "This is it," he said. "The first temple. Are you ready to face the dragon?"
