Kannabi Bridge.

Everywhere, broken buildings and huge craters from powerful jutsu. Smoke still rose from some.

A cold wind carried the strong smell of blood. A fierce battle had recently taken place.

Seven or eight figures stood near a pile of rubble. They were Konoha ninjas, mostly from the Konoha Military Police Force – mostly Uchiha.

The Military Police usually kept the peace, but the Third Great Ninja War meant Konoha needed all its ninjas. Even new genin were fighting.

"Kakashi, is this the place?" Uchiha Shisui, the leader, looked at the non-Uchiha boy.

The boy, Kakashi, had a wound across his left eyelid; his eye was gone. Beside him stood Rin. Their teammate, Obito, was buried under the rubble.

Kakashi nodded. "Yes. Let's get Obito out."

Shisui gave the order, and the Military Police started digging.

"Wow, Obito just died, the Kannabi Bridge battle just ended? Why did I get sent to such a bad time!?"

One Uchiha, secretly, was freaking out. This was Uchiha Kouki, 12 years old, a new genin with no Sharingan. An ordinary Uchiha.

Ten minutes ago, his soul had been replaced. He was a time traveler.

Before his death, Kouki loved anime, including Naruto. He knew exactly where he was. A war-torn time! As a weak genin, he was in danger.

"Kouki, what's wrong?" Shisui asked, noticing Kouki's stunned expression. The others looked at him too.
