Han's Tailed Beast Ball slammed into Shisui's Susanoo, creating a massive energy blast. The Iwagakure ninjas used Body Flicker to escape the blast.

The Susanoo blocked the Tailed Beast Ball, sustaining only minor cracks. Shisui quickly repaired the cracks.

Han's face changed. His tailed beast chakra surged, and he unleashed another Tailed Beast Ball, then another, and another. He planned to use Kakashi to tie down Shisui and wear him down with continuous attacks. He didn't believe Susanoo could withstand endless Tailed Beast Balls.

His plan worked. To protect Kakashi, Shisui had to defend continuously. His Susanoo became shattered.

"No, my eyes!"

Worse, Shisui's Sharingan was overused. Blood flowed from his eyes.

"I can't hold on much longer!" he thought anxiously.

Unknown to Shisui, someone had silently appeared in the nearby bushes. Everyone was focused on Shisui and Han; nobody noticed Kouki.

Kouki watched Han's display and muttered, "Looks like Shisui can't handle Han. I'll have to act!"

He'd planned to stay hidden if Shisui could win, but that wasn't happening. Kouki aimed at Han and unleashed his strongest sealing jutsu.

"Planetary Devastation!"

Planetary Devastation is a dōjutsu; perfect control of the Rinnegan allows its use. The power depends on the user's chakra. It's like the difference between Madara's Fire Release and a normal person's. It doesn't automatically drain the user.

Nagato struggled for three reasons:

1. The eyes weren't his.

2. It consumed a lot of chakra beforehand.

3. His target (Naruto) was strong.

Kouki was different. The Five-Tails was weaker than the Nine-Tails, and Kouki had far less chakra than Nagato. He could only try.

As Kouki used the jutsu, a powerful suction force appeared, lifting Han into the air. The ground cracked, and rocks were pulled up, surrounding Han. The rocks formed a sphere, much smaller than Nagato's, with cracks all over. It was barely enough to contain Han. It probably wouldn't hold long, but it was still a significant feat.

"Whew! That half-baked Planetary Devastation drained my remaining chakra! The consumption is terrifying!"
