Firstly, it can be confirmed that Miyano Akemi worked for the organization, though with some resistance.

Since she worked for the organization, she surely often engaged in illegal activities. Knowing beforehand how to infiltrate a bank and act as an inside agent to facilitate the robbery shows that she was very skilled in such misdeeds and it certainly wasn't her first time.

In the end, poisoning the remaining comrades wasn't her intention; Gin was the one who adulterated the beer, and the other comrade didn't die because of her.

Miyano Akemi accepted Gin's deal to exchange money for her sister's life because she didn't know that her sister held a high position in the organization and was a very important member they wouldn't let go.

She believed unilaterally that Shiho...

Just like her, was a low-ranking member of the organization.

As long as they paid a sufficient amount, they could leave the organization.

Shiho Miyano probably didn't tell her directly because the organization gave her a gag order.
