With ten systems, can one become a System Evaluator and control all systems in the world!?

This was the first time Chu Mo heard of this, and not only Mi Tian, but even Yu Wenjing nodded in agreement, so Chu Mo knew they probably weren't lying.

Chu Mo's expression was serious. Even though he already possessed six systems, he was still four short of ten. And unless something unexpected happened, nobody would willingly give their system to him for free.

It's precisely to prevent people from acquiring systems and then disrupting order that the role of System Evaluator exists.

Once a System Evaluator appears, all system owners must be evaluated by them once a year. If someone abuses their system that year, the evaluator has the right to downgrade their system, and in severe cases, revoke it entirely.

It is because of such constraints that system owners can face their abilities seriously and restrict their actions, committing fewer infamous acts.

Moreover, if a system owner performs very well, the System Evaluator can even upgrade their system. This is the evaluator's authority.

However, ever since the System Evaluator disappeared ten years ago, there hasn't been a new one, which is why all system owners now act without order or limits."

Mi Tian has owned his system for over ten years, so he experienced the last System Evaluator. Chu Mo, on the other hand, has only had a system for three years, and even Yu Wenjing for just five. Neither has undergone system evaluation nor seen a System Evaluator.
