Ultimate Hybrid in DC and marvel

Hybrid stood face to face with guardian and his goons. He needed a way to get around them quickly a fight here wasn't optimal.

"Hey what's that!" He pointed behind them. Guardian and the genomorphs all turned to look behind themselves. As soon as they did he put his had to his forehead. Thinking quickly he did the psychic equivalent of a flash bang. The technique would remove the last minute or so of memory and confuse people in a limited radius. Then he leaped over them and dashed off. 

"Woop woop woop!" Hybrid shifted back to his regular form he kept moving down the hallway. Even though he probably could have beat up Guardian and his guards that would have taken too much time and would have attracted too much attention. Finally he returned to the elevator and went to another sub level.

"Help! Get us out!" one of two scientists trapped on the second story call out.

"Stay calm, we will get you out." the firefighter calls back, using a megaphone. An explosion goes off behind them and the force of it pushes the two out the window. Super girl zooms onto the scene, flying up the wall and getting both to the ground. Suddenly kid flash appears trying to run up the wall into the window. Despite his speed he falls and manages to catch himself on the second story window ledge that the two scientists just fell from. 

"It's what's-his-name, Flashboy!" the same firefighter yells, both glad to see him and proud of himself for seemingly getting it right. As Wally dangles from the window Kara swoops down and puts him in.

"Kid Flash!" the speedster yells down. "Why is that so hard?" he wonders to himself.

"Thanks beautiful."He flashed a smile at her.(Hehe see what I did there. 🤣😋)

"Oh it's no problem." She said blushing slightly squeezing her arm again. But suddenly her ears perk up and she turn to look behind her. Kara notices a dark figure in a now closing elevator. Meanwhile Robin, Donna, and Aqualad have finally arrived.

"Does he always have to run ahead?" Aqualad murmurs, partially to himself and partially to Robin and Donna. Kaldur'ahm sighed and turned to look at Robin only to see nothing. Then he looked at Donna who simply shrugged at him.

 "Robin?" He looked around everywhere not seeing his friend. Suddenly Robin's laugh echoed through the area, before he flipped onto the back of a fire truck, secures his grappling hook to the Tower Ladder, and swinging onto the window ledge. Landing with perfect balance, before meeting up with Kid Flash and Supergirl wrapping his arms around them. Meanwhile Aqualad ran up behind the truck, coming to the two men working the hose. 

"I need to borrow that." he tells them before they see him. Pulling out his Water-bearers, which causes his tattoos to glow, before they begin to redirect the flow of water. Creating a platform underneath his feet. Finally he gots to the roof. 

"Step aboard. Now." He tells the two scientists sternly. They do without hesitation but stumble until they both sit down. He steps onto the window ledge that the other two entered through then directs the water the rest of the way down. Ensuring that both scientists are safe. As he jumps in, Kid Flash was going through file cabinets, while Robin is hacking the computer. On the other side of the room Super girl flew taking more files out of top cabinets and different scientific instruments. 

"Super smooth how you almost fell and died." The Boy Wonder says smugly walking past kid. Behind Aqualad Donna finally leaped into the window in a single bound. 

"Yeah I appreciate the help." Wally said sarcastically scoffing at Robin. Donna looked at the two puzzled having missed the conversation. She shrugged it off and kept walking starting to look around. 

"You handled it." Robin says, still looking rather smug. "Besides we're here to investigate." Aqualad steps beyond the two, heading further into the building. 

"Poetic justice remember?" as Aqualad steps beyond the desks, and into a long hallway, with a elevator at the end. Bringing them right behind Aqualad. "Um I think there was something in the elevator earlier." Super girl says as the group approaches it. 

"Elevators should be locked down." Kid Flash says, standing straight. Robin grabs his elbow and shoulder before moving past him without a word, then slipping right of Aqualad. Coming to the area of the elevator, looking at it with scrutiny. 

"This is wrong." He pulls up a HoloScreen on his gauntlet. Giving him the specs of a Sliver Slip Express Elevator. (you don't want to know how long it took me to read.😭) Which is exactly what's in front of them. "This is a high-speed express elevator. It doesn't belong in a two-story building."

"Neither does what I saw." Supergirl says quickly zipping over and forcing the doors open. The group walked over and looked down the elevator shaft, which seems to go on forever. Robin ducks under his arm, kneeling down to try and get a better look. 

"And that's why they need an express elevator." Then he stands, shooting his grappling hook into the top of the column. Once it sticks, he jumps, letting himself fall. Aqualad and Kid Flash follow with almost no hesitance. 

"Wait we shouldn't just… jump!" Supergirl says but was cut off by Donna simply unsheathing her sword and jumping down. As she falls she stabs it into the wall slowing her decent. Meanwhile Robin watches as the level numbers run past him. Their eyes widening as he passes SL22, SL23, SL24, and beginning to slow at SL25. Then he comes to a stop at SL26. 

"I'm at the end of my rope." He tells the others above him. They stop sliding down and let Robin jump to the narrow platform with this level's elevator doors. He makes it with ease, then moves left so Aqualad could make it. He does, then remains where he is and offers his hand to Kid Flash, who takes it and stands one the large segment of the platform with Aqualad. Donna just unhooks her blade from the wall and catches herself on the platform. Behind them Supergirl floats down with a sigh. 

The Boy Wonder pulls up the system security. "Bypassing security." he says waiting as his five little robin heads go from red to green. "There. Go." Aqualad pries the door open. The group walks or floats if your Kara, into the hallway. 

"Welcome to Project Cadmus." Robin announces. Kid Flash smiles before bolting.

"Kid, wait!" Aqualad tries, but the speedster doesn't stop. 

"I'll catch up to him!" Kara says flying after him. Aqualad sighs as he looks for Robin only to find him missing with the childs laughter echoing down the hallway. Aqualad looks up meeting eyes with Donna the two sigh simultaneously. Then they start walking towards where the others went. Meanwhile Wally runs through the facility. Heavy footsteps in the hallway cut across the one Kid is running in forcing him to skid. However, he can't stop in time, falling into the hallway as massive G-trolls walk past him standing nearly as tall as the hallway walk down in two rows. He barely dodges the hand of the lead troll. Breathing a sigh of relief, then standing and running back across where both Robin and Supergirl stand the others walking up behind them.The G-Trolls continue to march in line. One growls at them, but there is also a G-gnome on top of its massive trunked head which spots the group. It hisses and its horns glow red as the larger one continues to walk away.

"No. Nothing odd going on here." Aqualad says sarcastically.

Hybrid walked into project Kr at a calm pace but with a kick in his step. Dr Amanda Spence had let him in with a little psychic persuasion. And by that he means a little bit of mind control but it's fine if they're evil right. So more importantly it time to prepare his brothers up for the day's events. Of course in order to do so he had to disable the six g-gnomes keeping them asleep and filling their minds with information. Next he started adding his own information to their heads. He wanted to turn the two into sleeper agents but he wasn't experienced enough to do that yet. Plus even if he did knew someone like Martian manhunter could easily pick up on it and remove it. 

So instead he did something else something more subtle. He mind them just a bit more malleable. They would be easier for him to convince to follow him to freedom. After doing so he simply leaves Dr Spence to her work and leaves.

Robin and Kid Flash look surprised. "Okay, I'm officially whelmed." catching Aqualad's attention.

Within the room are towering rows of bug-like creatures, giving off electrical pulses that seem to then go through a generator in the wall before them, but nearly 20 feet off the ground.

"This is how they hide this massive underground facility from the world." Kid Flash realizes as they walk between the towering rows. 

"The real Cadmus isn't on the grid. It generates its own power with these… things." All excitement has left his tone. 

"Must be what they're bred for."

"Even the name is a clue." Aqualad agrees.

 "The Cadmus of myth created a new race by sowing dragon's teeth into the Earth." Donna says looking around at the different genomorphs. 

"And this Cadmus creates new life too." Robin agrees stepping up to the computer nearest one of the rows of creatures. 

"Let's find out why." then pulls out a connector from his gauntlet to connect him to the computer. A HoloScreen appears and he begins funneling the information. 

"They call them Genomorphs." Now he has Kid Flash and Aqualad's full attention. As one appears on the entirety of the HoloGlove his eyes widen. 

"Whoa! Look at the stats on these things- super-strength, telepathy, razor claws. These are living weapons." Robin literally reels back in shock.

"They're breeding an entire army warriors but why." Donna said somewhat shocked.

"The more important question is for who?" Kid Flash questions. 

"Wait. There's something else." Robin says as another batch of information comes through to his gauntlet. Aqualad now steps up behind Robin, looking over his shoulder. 

"There's a bunch of different projects here but the main ones are Project Kr and." He tries to start decrypting more but it won't work. "Ugh! The file's triple-encrypted. I- I can't-"

"Don't move!" Guardian calls now having a golden shield on his left forearm and a group of Genomorphs growling around him. He brought more than in canon thanks to him having a weird feeling about the intruders like he was missing something and Hybrid acting strange. This was a butterfly effect of the memory flash bang. He know has three squads of G-elves with him. These are longer, skinnier, tailed and their four digits on their front paws, and the three on their back are finished off with razor-sharp claws. The Genomorph 077s that Robin pulls stats on. Guardian stops short. 

"Wait, Robin, Wonder Girl, Supergirl, Aqualad, Kid Flash?"

"At least he got your name right." Robin teases Wally briefly before turning his attention back to working on the Kr file behind Aqualad so Guardian can't see him.

"I know you." Aqualad speaks, momentarily catching Robin's attention. "Guardian, a hero."

The hero stands tall. "I do my best." The teens are confused at that mostly wondering why he's here a question that Wally voices. 

"Then what are you doing here?" Kid Flash questions, confused.

"I'm Chief of Security." Guardian responds. "You're trespassing, but we can call the Justice League, figure this out."

No one says anything for a tense moment, but everyone hears the beep from Robin's gauntlet that indicates his decryption process on Project Kr is complete.

"You think the League's gonna approve of you breeding weapons?" Kid Flash demands.

"Weapons?" Guardian questions, confused. 

"What are you-" Guardian's eyes go wide just before his G-gnome's horns begin to glow. "What have I-" he brings his head to his temple as it falls to his chest. 

"Ugh my head." Finally, he brings his hand away, but he glares hard at the protéges. "Take them down hard!" he tells the Genomorphs. Then points directly at the teenagers. "No mercy."

With a growl, the Genomorphs jump into action. Robin does so at the same time, getting in front of Kid Flash and Aqualad and dropping a smoke bomb. He shoots a grappling hook to the bottom of one of the support beams.

Meanwhile Kara flys in taking two and throwing them to the other end of the hallway. Donna draws her sword charging and kicking one while slashing another. She faces off against another four. Kara seeing move G-elves coming starts to use her frost breath. Donna sees this and calls out to her.

"Wait! Supergirl! You'll cut off the path ahead!" Donna says causing Kara to stop and go back to punching g-elves. Another attacks Donna from behind with a slash but Donna knows better than to get distracted in battle. With a spinning kick she kicks the genomorph into two more which crash into a wall. 

Meanwhile Kid Flash backs up as a Genomorph slashes at his face. Dodging, but just barely, before he walks on the wall and dives at the two with dual punches, then pushing off the opposite vertical support, executing an inverted flip and pushing off to kick on in the chest and back through the smoke.

"Hey guys more are on the way here we should probably go!" Kara says taking out more elves. While the team was fighting the one of the g-gnomes called for backup. Kara spots five more squads of elves rushing down the hallway Donna takes out the last of hers and looks for Robin. 

"Robin flash grenades now!" She says running over and slide kicking and g-elf attacking Dick from behind.

"Got it!" He Says throwing the grenades gaining space and using his cape to cover his eyes. The stinging light stuns the beasts and burning their eyes. Aqualad he has one on his shoulders slicing at his chest and gripping his head. He gets ahold of its arm and throws it off, combating the next one coming at him with a front kick to the chest as well. However, at his open and unguarded shoulder, Guardian body-checks him. Knocking him off his feet and into a crashing barrel roll, then into the plating under the insectoid Genomorphs. Guardian charges at him again. He stands and attempts a triple cross combo, but Guardian backs out of his range and when he's following through due to the power he puts behind the punch, once again leaving his left shoulder open to Guardian. The older hero gets a punch in on his face, then turns into an elbow that Aqualad barely manages to duck under. Then catch the attempted downward elbow after the dodged uppercut thanks to the shield on his left forearm. Aqualad's tattoos glow before electricity travels through the shield and into the hero, giving Aqualad the advantage and making him able to throw Guardian to the ground. The G-gnome falling off his shoulder.

Kid Flash runs through the smoke as the group makes their escape.
