Meanwhile, Hellhound and the others, like elementary school students entering a Candy House, were dazzled, wanting to cram everything good into their arms.

Although Ma Lu had told them that equipment requiring surgery could be skipped for now, the sight of tempting gear made it impossible for them to resist the urge to pack it up and take it with them.

They would use it if they ever got the chance.

Eventually, the five of them nearly swept half of the armory's inventory, with Hellhound and the others picking up twelve to thirteen pieces each, bags filled to the brim.

Yun Que alone was armed with 3 weapons, including a sniper rifle, a pistol, and a hand cannon, which allowed her to switch as needed depending on the situation—quite formidable indeed.

10 minutes later, the five of them walked out of the armory.

Surprisingly, the guards Ma Lu had forcefully sent off duty were still steadfast at their posts.

Ma Lu slightly exclaimed, "You haven't left yet? Well, that's perfect, let's head down together."

Without waiting for their response, he turned to Hellhound and the others, "I told you not to take what you can't use. Why won't you listen? We're about to go into battle, how can we manage with all this baggage?"
