Chapter 1215: Brazil's Amazonian Jungles
-----
As we were in the middle of our travels, we met a giant flock of bird and reptile-like flying mutant monsters. Their sizes were immense, and their power seemed decently strong. Escaping down would only delay our travels, so the best thing we could do is slay them all.
"Alright everyone, charge!" I said. "Attack from a distance and once you're sure they'll die, strike them down with a powerful strike! Don't let the robots get too damaged."
Everyone charged before my commands, rushing towards our foes. The machines had not transformed into larger forms to fit their true powers though, it seemed to be a thing they could only do outside of the Virtual World, and by channeling their energy constantly, hence why they were so exhausted afterwards.
"CRYAAAH!"

A massive raptorial bird-like mutant reached me from above, sneaking within the clouds. It was as big as thirty meters of height, its feathers green and yellow in color, with a massive golden beak made of metal.
"{Bravelion's Golden Blazing Spear}"
FLUOSH!
The power of the pearls activated in here with ease, as a massive spear made of golden flames materialized before my command.
We moved as once, swinging the spear against the monster, and slashing half its beak off.
SLAAASH!
"GRYACK?!"
As the monster screamed in horror over the sudden lose of its damned beak, we pushed forward.
Thrusting the spear forward, I unleashed several consecutive techniques at once.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
And the monster's entire body was riddled with massive holes, its blood and guts splattering into the skies as its dying body fell from the skies.
"Too easy."
I rushed forward, clashing against dozens of these things from all shapes and sizes at the same time. Bravelion moved at lightning speed, using the already hybrid form of Braveblitz with incredible dexterity.
We spun in midair, thrusting forwards several times, explosions of lightning and flames engulfed the monsters one after another, shredding them apart into tiny pieces.
I didn't stop there, flashing through the skies and catching on many more, my spirits followed me, slaughtering all the monsters until none remained.
"That was a fine warmup, I suppose…"
It ended quicker than I imagined, Bravelion's powers were incredible beyond compare.
"That was amazing papa!" said Saphira. "You and Bravelion were like one!"
"It was incredible…" nodded Eleanora. "It is as if your abilities improved even more compared to Braveblitz?"
"It's strange to think that" I sighed. "But yeah, I agree… Maybe Bravelion is even more attuned to me, I don't know why. Anyways, let's not waste time."
We didn't waste more time, traveling across the skies right after defeating these creatures, piercing the clouds at lightning speed.
After another hour passed, the jungles of Brazil were finally within our sight.
Traveling through the continent's sky ended being much safer than the oceans, which had become too damn dangerous with those titanic tentacled creatures.
Seeing how the radar told us to descend now, we quickly decided to slowly descend, there were too many trees everywhere, so it was hard to find a clearing to walk through.
Eventually, we found a clearing with a lot of flowers for some reason, where we finally descended and landed safely.
"Wooow! So much greenery! This is the first time I see so much green since the trial began!" said Saphira. "Papa this is awesome! I want to exploreeee!"
"Maybe later," I said. "For now, we must focus on what we came for… Eleanora?!"
I realized Eleanora was already exploring around in her mech, grabbing the bright flowers and smelling them, somehow.
There were many living beings here, all mutants, they were smaller though, wild creatures, instantly running away the moment they spotted us.
"What beauty of nature! Let me just take a few samples of these creatures and plants first, master!" said Hendrick. "It has been ages since I've been given the pleasure to analyze another planet like this!"
"I said that's enough! We can't waste time…" I sighed. "Anyway, does this place even has a name aside from the country it once was? I don't think everything was just jungles, right?"
"These jungles were once called the Amazonia Rainforest." Said the Neutonium Mother Core Spirit. "And no, the Amazonia Rainforest was once in danger and was decreasing in size and volume every year. But after the catastrophe that struck the planet, humans ran away to large, sheltered areas, and nature took over once more. Around here you might find the ruins of a once beautiful city. See that big statue over there?"
"Hm? Oh…" I noticed a large statue standing in the middle of the jungle, half its body was missing, but it resembled a bearded man spreading his arms, standing above a hill. "Who's that?"
"It was a statue called Christ the Redeemer, an object of worship for the current religion of the time, Christianism. Jesus Christ was a Messiah, and also the direct son of their God," said the Spirit with a smile, she seemed fascinated with humanity.
"I see…" I wasn't really interested in that anyways, but it made me curious how much she liked this world's history. "You… You really like humanity, don't you?"
"Ah… I…" she muttered, remaining in silence.
"Despite them using you and your kind as a power source, you hold no grudge at all, and instead you love their culture, history, and even humanity, right?" I asked. "You go as far as letting them use you to power their ship and bring them to safety… Why?"
"I suppose that's how I am," she said nonchalantly. "As I said before, my people and my kind have different minds than humans. What you see as abuse, what you identify as pain, and many other things, they simply don't exist for us. Not even death seems to be true to us. So, eventually, we begin to appreciate those that aren't like us, those that struggle, those that try very hard to live. We find them amusing, and eventually, we even grow attached to them. Like would stop having meaning without humans."
"…Is that so," I nodded. "That's an interesting perspective… Let's get going then."
