Chapter 11: Chapter 11: The Google Blackout

The ground trembled.

The once digital workers, figures suddenly flickered, then dimmed, as if someone had disconnected their power source.

Silence fell over the Google building.

THOOM.

A heavy footstep.

The vibrations rippled through the floor, shaking the neon-lit walls. Anakin's breath caught in his throat as he turned towards the source of the quake.

From the distant horizon of the Google City, something huge emerged.

A massive, pixelated figure.

A Tyrannosaurus Rex, its black, jagged form standing in stark contrast to the glowing city. Its pixelated eyes were hollow. With each slow, thunderous step, the earth cracked, and the skyscrapers shuddered.

Anakin's heart pounded.

The Google Dino.

A relic of disconnection.

A creature that shouldn't exist in the living world of the internet.

Yet here it was.

And it was hunting.

Anakin darted to the side, quickly finding cover behind a massive server tower. Closing his eyes, he reached out with the Force, shrouding his presence. His energy blended into the environment, becoming nothing more than static in the digital air.

The Dino stomped forward, sniffing the air as if it could somehow sense him.

For a moment, Anakin held his breath.

The beast let out a low, distorted growl and moved on, its heavy steps fading into the distance.

Anakin let out a slow exhale, his muscles finally relaxing.

But something was wrong.

As he peeked out from his hiding spot, he noticed the entire city was changing.

The sleek, futuristic buildings of Google were disappearing, replaced by barren, desolate land. Giant pixelated cacti began to rise from the ground. Strange, blocky pterosaurs soared across the sky. The once-bright, neon streets turned into a flat, sandy wasteland.

It was as if Google itself was... regressing.

Anakin stared.

Then, it clicked.

"The Wi-Fi..." he muttered.

It had been cut off.

And now, the entire Google Network was reverting to its offline state.

How did he know this?

He wasn't sure.

But somehow, the knowledge had always been inside him.

Perhaps it was the Force.

Or perhaps...

He was starting to understand the true nature of this world.

Either way,

He had to move.

The Google Dino was still out there.

And now, the entire world had changed.

In this condition how can he found we?

Anakin moved, swiftly, carefully, his steps light against the barren ground.

Above him, pixelated pterosaurs swooped in chaotic, unpredictable patterns. Their blocky wings flapped stiffly, glitching as if they couldn't fully control their own flight paths.

One of them dived toward him.

He barely dodged, rolling to the side as the creature screeched past, its jagged beak snapping at empty air.

But the real threat wasn't from above.

It was from below.

The cacti were moving.

At first, they had seemed harmless, mere obstacles dotting the desolate landscape. But now, they shifted, their towering forms creaking and twisting as they dragged themselves across the ground. Their movements were slow but relentless, their thick, spiny bodies looming over Anakin like ancient monoliths of thorns.

And they were huge, as tall as the Google T-Rex itself.

Anakin's breathing quickened.

He needed a way out.

His eyes darted around, scanning for an escape route. That's when he saw it

A hole in the world.

It wasn't the same black void that had swallowed his lost companion, but it was still a hole, an opening in the fabric of this strange, glitched-out landscape.

Maybe he could escape through it.

He sprinted toward it.

But this world… it refused to let him leave so easily.

The air itself changed, the once-static white backdrop of this desert flickered and glitched, turning into pure darkness.

Everything around him sped up.

The cacti lurched, their jagged spines cutting off his path.

The pterosaurs dived, their pixelated forms phasing in and out of reality as they screeched overhead.

THOOM.

The tremor returned.

The ground shook violently, nearly knocking Anakin off balance.

The Dino Google was coming.

Anakin turned his head.

In the far distance, the once black, now turn white beast emerged once more, its hollow, empty eyes locked onto him and its shining body path a route for the dino. Its movements were slower than the chaos around him, but each step carried the unstoppable force of google.

The hole was close, just within reach.

But the path to it was closing fast.

His way forward was shrinking.

And for the first time...

Anakin wondered if he was going to make it.
