Wrath of Arthur: The Cursed Bloodline

Chapter 10: Chapter 9: The Recap

Before we move further, let's take a moment to look back.

The story of Arthur unfolds across a world divided by several kingdoms, each with mysteries and hidden truths.

To the north lies Valoria, a land of vast fields and fertile terrain. Known for its strength, discipline, and legendary swordsmen, Valoria is home to the prestigious Capital Academy—where future heroes are forged. It's a kingdom of power, pride, and rigid tradition.

To the west, south-west to Valoria, is Drakoria—a colder kingdom with snow-covered peaks to the north and lush forests and crystal lakes to the south. This land is known for its scholars and wisdom. Once home to powerful mages, Drakoria is the heart of knowledge, spirituality, and ancient magic.

Far to the southeast to Drakoria and south to Valoria, beyond long winding routes and dense woods, stands Cravendorn—a kingdom carved out of mountains and stone. Unlike the others, Cravendorn is newer, born when the folks found massive amounts of gold ores. Massive ore deposits turned this rugged land into a booming trade hub, ruled by merchants and nobles who rose from nothing. Wealth floods its streets, but so does corruption. The poor suffer, slaves are traded, and the powerful thrive unchecked.

Between these kingdoms lies the dense forest, a sprawling natural barrier. And many kingdoms yet to be revealed.

Long ago, before any of this, a Great War broke the world. Mages from all lands sealed away the Elares Tree, the ancient source of all mana. Most now call it myth. But faint traces of mana still exist—barely enough, that only the noble-born or scholarly elite able to perform minor spells.

And now, in this fractured world, stands Arthur.

Who lost his way in an unknown land… and got sold into slavery… later freed and trained in Valoria academy by Sir Vale, Arthur has uncovered something terrifying inside him—a destructive power, triggered in moments of near-death. A dark, reddish force that surges with mana and power…

Haunted by flashes of his past, driven by the memory of a locket and his mother's voice, Arthur seeks answers—about his origin, his power, and the parents he longs to remember. But more than that… he wants to break the world's rotten system. To destroy the rotten cruel hierarchy system where each noble feasting on the works of commoners while they starve. To stand not just as a swordsman—but as a person who will change everything.

And so, his journey continues.
