Toji is such a great father.
Wormy is such a lucky son.

Hospital
Kindaka looked past Toji and smirked at Yotsumura, who quickly removed his smile.
Hyo narrowed his eyes and thought to himself. 'He's fast.'
Kindaka smiled. "Well, Toji, this is a good time to introduce you guys. The one with the metal chin is Hyo, and the old man is Satoru Yotsumura."
Toji's eye twitched at the mention of Yotsumura, but Kindaka ignored it.
He continued. "They are members of the Order. Specifically, Yotsumura is the second founder aside from me."
Toji didn't turn around, uncaring. "So, what do you guys do?"
Kindaka readjusted his glasses. "We work under the JAA, the Japanese Association of Assassins. The Order deals with anything that may prove troublesome for Japan's assassin industry if not dealt with immediately."
With that statement, Toji started to ponder.
Everyone could guess his thoughts. He was most likely thinking about being tied down to an organization.
However, his thoughts were different. 'How much should I charge for the mission?'
He couldn't give two shits about the 'ties to an organization' if he could sustain a living and avoid being homeless.
The only problem was that he would be unable to return to a normal life, but he has long since forgotten what that was like.
While considering this option, he remembered something that SHE said to him.
...
'Please take care of Megumi.'
...
He looked at the ceiling as he thought of her words in his head.
Toji took in a deep breath. "*Inhale* *Exhale* I'll join the Order."
Something shifted in the air.
His eyes widened.
*WOOSH*
Hyo threw a punch at the back of Toji's head.
*BOOM*
In an instant, Toji spun, grabbed his arm, and threw him, smashing the wall.
Toji's eyes narrowed as Hyo stood up with little to no damage to show from it.
Kindaka sweatdropped as he looked at Hyo. "We're in a hospital, idiot."
Toji yawned and thought to himself. 'Disappointing.'
Hyo brushed the dust off his clothes before crossing his arms. "He passes."
Toji turned back to Kindaka with a nonchalant expression as if an Order member hadn't attacked him. "In any case, I'll take 10 million yen for the job, and I would like to ask for your connections."
Kindaka's and Hyo's eyes narrowed as they looked at him, seeing his demands.
Usually, having 10 million for a first job would be ridiculous, but this was an escort for the JAA executive's wife and child.
To Hyo's surprise, Kindaka nodded and asked something on his mind. "What do you need to know?"
There was a primary reason someone would ask for connections in Toji's position.
Information.
Toji elaborated. "I want to find information. Anything about Jujutsu, the Zenin clan, cursed spirits, cursed energy, and...Satoru Gojo."
These demands from one assassin to another without any catch or payment seem insane, but Kindaka wanted Toji to be an established member of the Order.
If Kindaka can make Toji happy now, he can be a fantastic asset to the JAA in the future.
Hyo seemed confused and slightly irritated but kept his mouth shut because Kindaka was one of the Order's founders.
Kindaka pondered for a moment before speaking up. "Those are some weird topics, but sure, I can look into them. Give me a couple days to check out any leads or info on those."
Toji felt a massive weight off his shoulders now that he could catch up on what had happened while he had been absent.
With that transaction out of the way, Kindaka spoke. "Well, now that the specifics are out of the way, let's talk about your identity."
Toji raised an eyebrow but wasn't too surprised since he was born in a Jujutsu clan as an unwanted child.
He continued. "Since you've got nothing on your existence, we'll set up all the random paperwork bullshit since I doubt you, of all people, want to do that."
Toji nodded. "What about the payment."
Kindaka had a small smile. "Of course, we'll set that up as well."
Toji rubbed the back of his head. "I need a place to stay since I'm currently broke."
Kindaka's smile widened. "Have you tried cardboard boxes?"
Yes, Toji had, in fact, tried cardboard boxes.
...
As Toji considered it, a voice spoke up from outside the room. "Hey Hyo! Been a while, man!"
The teenagers finally caught up with Toji after their mission.
Kindaka yelled. "Hey, kids! Toji is homeless. Anyone wanna take him in?"
It was then, that the three teenagers poked their head in the room after meeting up with Hyo.
They blinked as they turned their heads to Toji.
To them, someone on Toji's level should already be a high-tier assassin who shouldn't be in a bad financial situation, but here he was.
Rion smiled and moved in front of Toji's face. "So, you are a homeless bum."
It went silent momentarily but soon broke as she recoiled in shock.
She remembered their conversation in the car.
Her eyes suddenly widened. "Wait, are you really a deadbeat father?"
Toji kept silent and showed no emotion on his face.
He had no intention of sharing something like that with a random girl he just met that day.
Nagumo rubbed the back of his head before changing the topic. "Well, we have our dorms at the JCC, but since we're expelled, we don't have a place either."
Kindaka facepalmed. "I'm kidding. You can have a spot as an Order member. However, you'll need to live together for a bit. We weren't ready for four new members."
Rion threw her cigarette away. "Cool, so can you tell us about this Order thing?"
Kindaka's head drooped as he realized he had not waited for the other teens to arrive before explaining it.
Sakamoto spoke from the back of the group. "There is...another thing we need to discuss after this too."
The group of teenagers knew exactly what he was talking about.
They would need to address it eventually, but it wasn't very easy since the Order works under the JAA.
Accusing a JAA executive of being a traitor is a very sensitive topic.
Nagumo sighed. "We'll talk about it later when we can be in private."
Toji's eyes narrowed, but he turned around.
As Kindaka opened his mouth, Toji left the room to wait outside.
...
Yotsumura could've left a while ago but chose to stay.
He walked over to Toji, who was sitting in a chair. "So, you're Toji Fushiguro."
The atmosphere intensified as Yotsumura was analyzing him.
Toji rested his chin on his fist. "Yeah, that it?
Yotsumura stuck his hands in his pockets. "Yes, I just wanted to see the man who put Kindaka in the hospital."
...
Toji had a malicious smile. 'He's stronger than Kindaka. This Order thing is getting more interesting.'
...
With that declaration, Hyo followed Yotsumura out of the hospital, not after glancing at Toji one last time before he left.
