A Rider Kick in Marvel Rewrite

Chapter 131: Chapter 41

The Mole-Puncture hybrid stood as a grotesque testament to twisted ambition, a Pro Hero and an Imagin melded into a single, terrifying entity. Urataros, now understanding the full scope of Puncture's involvement, felt the weight of his choices pressing down on him. This is getting serious, he thought. I can't hold back anymore.

Across the battlefield, Yu struggled to reconcile the scene before her. One moment, she was on a date with Ace, or rather, someone who looked like Ace. The next, he was transforming into Kamen Rider Den-O, and now this… A fellow hero, twisted and contorted by an Imagin.

Ace... is Kamen Rider? The revelation was a jarring counterpoint to the chaos erupting around her. How could he keep something like that from me? Still, she knew she couldn't afford to get lost in her thoughts. People were in danger, and regardless of her personal feelings, she was a Pro Hero first.

"Puncture, is that you?" Yu called out, hoping to reach the Pro Hero beneath the monstrous exterior. "If you're in there, fight it! Don't let it control you!"

The hybrid tilted its head, a flicker of recognition in its eyes. Then, the Mole Imagin's influence took over, and a sinister grin spread across its face. "Puncture is gone," the hybrid sneered, its voice a discordant blend of the Pro Hero's and the Imagin's. "Now, there is only power!"

The Mole-Puncture hybrid lunged, its claws tearing through the air. The Imagin's strength combined with Puncture's Quirk created a terrifying force. The ground buckled and cracked as the hybrid unleashed a series of rapid attacks.

Urataros blocked the blows with the DenGasher Rod, but each impact reverberated through his body. He knew he couldn't keep this up for long. The hybrid was too strong, too relentless. Damn, this is tough! he thought, gritting his teeth. If I hurt him too badly, I might hurt Puncture in the process…

The hybrid's claws ripped through Urataros' armor, leaving jagged gashes. "You can't protect anyone!" the hybrid taunted, its voice dripping with malice. "You're just a pathetic vigilante! Mt. Lady will never acknowledge you!"

The taunt struck a nerve, but Urataros pushed aside his frustration. He had to focus on the battle, on finding a way to separate the Imagin from Puncture.

Yu, still injured from the Mole Imagin's earlier attack, struggled to her feet. She knew she couldn't stand idly by. She had to do something, anything, to help. Ignoring the searing pain in her leg, she charged towards the hybrid, hoping to draw its attention away from Den-O.

"Hey! Ugly!" Yu shouted, summoning her remaining strength. "Over here! You want a fight? Come and get it!"

The hybrid turned its attention to Yu, its eyes narrowed. "Mt. Lady… You should have stood on the side." It sneered.

The Mole-Puncture hybrid unleashed a barrage of attacks, each one aimed at Yu. She dodged and weaved, but the hybrid was too fast, too powerful. A claw grazed her arm, sending a searing pain through her body.

Urataros saw Yu struggling and knew he had to act fast. Civilians were nearby, caught in the crossfire. This was a disaster.

"I can't keep this up!" Urataros shouted to Yu, barely able to deflect another blow. "We need to do something,"

Yu, panting and covered in dust, nodded grimly. "I know! But what? I can't even get close to him!"

Urataros grimaced. They were outmatched, outgunned, and running out of time. He needed a plan, and fast.

"We need to separate the Imagin from Puncture," Urataros said, his mind racing. "If we can do that, we might have a chance."

Yu frowned, her brow furrowed in concentration. "How? I can't even touch him without getting torn to shreds!"

Urataros paused for a moment, formulating a plan. "I have an idea, but it's risky. I need you to create a distraction, a big one. Draw his attention away from me, give me an opening."

Yu's eyes widened. "What are you planning?"

"Just trust me," Urataros said, his voice firm. "Can you do it?"

Yu hesitated, then nodded. "Yeah, I can do it. Just tell me what you need."

"I need you to go big, Mt. Lady, real big!" Urataros said. "Give me an opening, and I'll do the rest!"

Yu nodded, her determination hardening. She knew what she had to do. Taking a deep breath, she focused her Quirk, feeling the familiar surge of energy coursing through her veins.

"Alright, you overgrown rodent!" Yu shouted, her body beginning to grow. "Let's see if you can handle this!"

With a surge of power, Yu activated her Gigantification Quirk. Her body expanded, her clothes ripped, and she transformed into the towering hero known as Mt. Lady.

The Mole-Puncture hybrid turned its attention to Yu, its eyes widening in surprise. "What the…?"

Yu grinned, her voice booming across the battlefield. "That's right, ugly! I'm bigger, badder, and ready to kick your butt!"

Yu charged towards the Mole-Puncture hybrid, her massive feet shaking the ground. She swung her arms, trying to crush the hybrid beneath her weight.

The hybrid, caught off guard by Yu's sudden transformation, struggled to evade her attacks. It burrowed underground, emerging behind her and slashing at her legs.

Yu stumbled, but she kept her balance, continuing to press the attack. She knew she had to keep the hybrid distracted, to give Urataros the opening he needed.

Urataros watched as Yu battled the Mole-Puncture hybrid, his heart pounding in his chest. Now was his chance. He focused his energy, channeling it into the DenGasher Rod.

Alright, here goes nothing, Urataros thought. This has gotta work.

He needed to act quickly. While Yu kept the Mole-Puncture hybrid busy, Urataros swiped the Rider Pass across the Den-O Belt. The DenGasher Rod charged up, the weapon humming with power.

[Full Charge]

Urataros channeled his energy into the Rod. He closed his eyes. This has to work.

Just as Yu created an opening by slamming the Mole-Puncture hybrid into a building, Urataros acted. He throws the DenGasher Rod like a harpoon.

The Rod hurtled through the air, striking the Mole-Puncture hybrid directly in the chest. A surge of blue energy erupted from the point of impact, engulfing the hybrid in a blinding light.

The hybrid shrieked in agony, its body convulsing violently. The Imagin's power was being disrupted, its control over Puncture weakening.

Yu, seeing her chance, pressed the attack, pummeling the hybrid with a series of powerful blows. The hybrid, weakened and disoriented, struggled to defend itself.

The surge of blue energy intensified, reaching a fever pitch. Then, with a deafening crack, the Mole Imagin was ripped from Puncture's body, separating the two entities.

The Mole Imagin, now weakened and vulnerable, floated in the air, its form flickering and unstable. Puncture collapsed to the ground, unconscious and covered in sweat.

Urataros landed beside Puncture, checking his pulse. He was alive, but barely. Gotta finish this, Urataros thought, turning his attention to the Mole Imagin.

The Mole Imagin snarled, its eyes filled with hatred. "You haven't won!" it hissed. "I'll be back! I'll destroy you all!"

Urataros smirked, holding the DenGasher Rod high. "Sorry, but that's not gonna happen. You're finished!"

Urataros swiped the Rider Pass across the Den-O Belt again, charging his leg with energy.

[Full Charge]

He runs forward and jumps, his leg humming with power and delivers a kick towards the Mole Imagin. The Imagin shrieked one last time before dissipating into nothingness, its reign of terror finally over.

With the battle over, silence descended upon the battlefield. The only sound was the crackling of debris and the distant wail of sirens.

Urataros looked around, surveying the damage. The city was in ruins, civilians were injured, and a Pro Hero had been corrupted. It was a disaster, no matter how you looked at it.

He glanced at Yu, who had shrunk back to her normal size and was tending to Puncture. He knew he couldn't stay. He had exposed too much of his identity, and the Pro Heroes would be after him now.

Time to go, we gotta disappear before things get even more complicated, Ace said in the mind.

Just as he was about to make his escape, Yu approached him, her eyes narrowed. "Wait!" she called out, her voice firm. "Don't even think about leaving!"

Urataros stopped, his shoulders slumping. He knew this was coming.

"You have a lot of explaining to do," Yu said, her gaze unwavering. "Who are you? What are you fighting? And what the hell is really going on?"

Urataros smirked, running a hand through his hair. "That's a long story, Mt. Lady."

He leaned in close, his voice low and charming. "I promise I'll explain everything… but not today."

The charmer winked, a playful glint in his eye. As she braced herself for some kind of smooth-talking evasion, a red and silver blur materialized between them — the DenLiner, appearing as quickly as it vanished. A gust of wind ruffled her hair, and the scent of coffee hung in the air for a fleeting moment.

Then, it was gone. And so was he.

Yu stared at the empty space where Den-O once stood, her jaw tight. Not today? Oh, he had another thing coming. She balled her hands into fists, a fierce determination blazing within her. He might think he could just waltz in and out of her life, leaving chaos in his wake, but she wouldn't let it stand. "I swear I'm going to get answers," Yu swore to the empty air, her voice laced with conviction.
