After Being Expelled From the Sect, the Master and Senior Sisters Regretted It for Life

Chapter 13:

Chapter 13:

Slap!

The sound was deafening, the force so intense that everyone nearby felt a tremor.

The corner of Ge Hongqiu’s mouth split from the blow, and she let out a piercing scream.

“Ahhh… You filthy trash! What do you think you’re doing?!”

“I’m making sure you, a worthless wretch, finally shut up! Feels good, doesn’t it? Hahaha…”

“I’ll kill you!”

Ge Hongqiu was completely unhinged. For so long, Zhou Tong had spoiled her, indulged her, and allowed her to develop this inflated, self-centered arrogance.

Now, with Zhou Tong’s sudden and drastic shift in attitude, she was consumed with rage. She lunged at him, flailing like a madwoman.

“Hahaha… You really think you’re something special, huh? Back when I cared, I let you have your way. But now? Now, you’re not even worth a fart to me! Get lost!”

Zhou Tong, even with his diminished cultivation, was still far stronger than her. He struck decisively, landing a solid kick to her abdomen.

“Ahhh!”

Ge Hongqiu’s eyes bulged as she was sent flying like a broken rag doll, landing in a crumpled heap on the ground.

The brutal scene shook Jiang Yuyao to her core.

“How dare you! Do you even know your place? You’re nothing but a traitor! Compared to us, you’re like dirt beneath the gods. How dare you act so arrogantly!”

Jiang Yuyao roared, trying to reassert dominance.

“Gods? You think you’re divine? Get off your high horse!” Zhou Tong sneered, stepping forward. “You’re just a sanctimonious fraud. Time for you to eat dirt!”

In an instant, Zhou Tong grabbed Jiang Yuyao by the hair, slamming her head hard against the ground.

Bang!

“Ahh! Let go of me!”

“Are you begging?” Zhou Tong asked, his tone dripping with mockery.

“Dream on!” Jiang Yuyao spat, full of defiance.

“Exactly. Thinking I’d let go? That’s the dream!”

The crowd was utterly stunned. No one had ever witnessed Zhou Tong being so ruthless. Some couldn’t help but tremble at the sight.

“Stop this at once!”

Finally, someone stepped in to break the chaos.

Space warped, and Mo Liusu, Chen Linger, and Tang Qi appeared in the area.

Zhou Tong paused, releasing Jiang Yuyao. His expression remained calm as he glanced at the newcomers.

“Daring to cause trouble here is a capital offense,” Mo Liusu declared coldly.

“Stop trying to scare people, you old hag!”

The little enchantress stepped forward, glaring at Mo Liusu. “These two wretches provoked the Joyous Harmony Sect first. Even if they were beaten to death, they’d deserve it. If you don’t like it, go talk to my master!”

Her words instantly brought to mind the infamous Murong Ya. A chill ran through many spines.

Even though Murong Ya was rumored to be on her last legs, no one dared provoke her.

“Zhou Tong, you’re reckless and out of control! I’m deeply disappointed in you,” Chen Linger said with haughty disdain. “To think you’d stoop so low as to mingle with a demoness. You’ve truly sunk to depravity!”

“And who do you think you are to lecture me?” Zhou Tong shot back, his tone brimming with contempt.

Chen Linger raised her chin proudly. “How childish. You’re just lashing out at my junior sisters to get my attention, aren’t you? Well, here I am. Go on, hit me if you dare!”

Her words sent a wave of shock through the crowd. No one had ever heard such a bold challenge before.

Chen Linger’s expression was full of arrogance as she looked down on Zhou Tong.

She was fearless, confident that Zhou Tong still harbored feelings for her.

After all, why else would he have abandoned the little enchantress during the sect tournament to rush to her side unconditionally?

Why else would he have given up precious cultivation time to painstakingly study sword techniques for her, elevating her to the pinnacle of swordsmanship among the younger generation?

Why else would he have willingly expended his spiritual energy to perform an empowerment ritual for her?

But so what? She had always been aloof, pure like a snow lotus, untouched by the mortal world.

She had looked down on Zhou Tong’s meek and self-deprecating demeanor, considering him unworthy. To her, only Tang Qi, brimming with ambition and brilliance, was a true genius, a man of greatness.

Even now, she assumed Zhou Tong’s behavior was a ploy to feign disinterest, only fueling her contempt further.

Under the watchful eyes of the crowd, Zhou Tong smiled faintly, rolling up his sleeves. Then, without hesitation, he raised his hand and delivered a fierce slap to Chen Linger’s face.

Slap!
