All Of The Worlds Will Be Mine

Chapter 19: Ainz Ooal Gown

Overlord Elric lowered his gaze, his hand resting against the leather armrest of his throne-like gaming chair. A soft sigh escaped his lips.

"I only awakened my memories about a month ago," he muttered, as if talking more to himself than the others. "And by then, Yggdrasil had already become a forgotten realm… unpopular and nearly dead."

He leaned back, staring at the white sky above, his eyes reflecting a mixture of nostalgia and urgency.

"They've already announced that the servers will shut down in four months. Most of the game's core functions have been disabled. Creating new guilds is one of them. So... it's too late now."

There was a short silence before One Piece Elric asked, "Then what's your plan?"

Overlord Elric didn't hesitate this time.

"I'm planning to buy the Ainz Ooal Gown guild directly from Momonga."

Marvel Elric blinked. "Wait, what?"

"It might be a little difficult," Overlord Elric admitted, a sheepish smile on his lips. "But it shouldn't be too much of a problem. In this world, I might be missing many things — a proper family, fresh air I can breathe without worry — but money? Money is not one of them."

Naruto Elric crossed his arms. "Why not aim for number one, then?"

The thought of acquiring the top guild briefly crossed his mind, but he quickly dismissed it.

"There are several reasons," Overlord Elric answered without missing a beat. "First of all, I'm already extremely familiar with Ainz Ooal Gown — their lore, structure, systems. More importantly…"

His gaze sharpened.

"They have NPCs like Albedo. What else would I even need?"

One Piece Elric whistled. "Point taken."

""But the main reason," he continued, his voice growing more serious, "Ainz Ooal Gown only has 41 members. The number one guild has almost seven thousand. Most of them aren't Level 100, but you can see the difference between them. If you compare only the guild, without any players, Ainz Ooal Gown would definitely be the strongest by a very large margin. And I don't plan to bring anyone with me."

He tapped his fingers together thoughtfully.

"If you compare just the guild bases — and not the players themselves — Ainz Ooal Gown is hands down the strongest. By a large margin."

Marvel Elric nodded, beginning to understand. "And since you don't plan on bringing other players with you…"

"Exactly," He recalled a specific, almost casual boast from the original novel. Albedo, with her unwavering confidence, had once stated that Nazarick could withstand an assault from at least thirty Level 100 players without significant trouble. That was the kind of power he needed, the kind of absolute power to maintain his absolute dominance in that world.

"But even more important," he added, lowering his voice, "is that I don't know if other guilds or their bases can even travel to the new world. A lot of players got isekai'd, but only one group brought their guild base with them."

"Right," One Piece Elric said, scratching his cheek. "So it's a gamble."

"Exactly. I don't want to travel alone," Overlord Elric admitted. "But right now, after meeting you all… it doesn't matter. Even if I do go alone, I have backups now."

He chuckled dryly.

"But still, if it really comes down to going solo… in a medieval world without computers, without phones, no clean water, no proper toilet… then screw it. I'd rather stay in this crappy world than go live in a shithole like that."

One piece Elric laughed aloud. "That's the spirit!"

Overlord Elric sat up straighter, conviction returning to his eyes.

"Moral of the story is — Ainz Ooal Gown is my first and only choice."

Marvel Elric stepped forward, hands in pockets, and gave him a reassuring smile. "Alright then. Everything seems settled."

He turned toward the others.

"We're all versions of the same self. If any of us needs help, let's talk about it. If not, let's head back to our respective worlds."

"Fair enough," Overlord Elric nodded.

Marvel Elric added, "I want to start my plan as soon as possible. And didn't you say your father was injured?"

Naruto worlds Elric's expression changed slightly.

"Yeah…"

"Fortunately, once you go back, you'll return at the exact moment you left. But still, make sure you have a plan to save him before you go."

A moment of silence passed. Then suddenly—

"Wait," Marvel Elric turned toward Overlord Elric. "Did the NPC creation system shut down too?"

Overlord Elric blinked. "No. Why?"

"Thank God!" One Piece Elric exhaled in relief. "Remember to create some scientist NPCs. They'll be very useful."

Marvel Elric added. "And your world, even if it's dystopian, is still a hundred years ahead of ours in terms of tech. Learn something useful, then pass it on to us."

They all shared a look.

Even though their experiences over the last sixteen years had shaped them differently, made their personalities drift apart… deep down, they were still the same person. And sometimes, just a single sentence was enough for them to understand one another without explanation.

There was a hidden fear they all carried.

None of them truly knew what "this" was — the ability to connect across worlds, to share memories and consciousness. Was it permanent? Was it temporary? Would it someday vanish without warning?

If it did, and they lost everything — their power— then what would be left?

If he could successfully travel, he would be directly invincible. Naruto Elric, in a similar situation, taking away other powers wouldn't affect them that much. But if Marvel Elric lost his power, then it would be a lot of trouble.

So the smartest course was to develop technology while building their strength. That way, even if fate stripped them of everything one day, they wouldn't be helpless.

Helping each other was, in the end, helping themselves. This had to be their highest priority now.

"Let's meet again in one week," Overlord Elric suggested.

"I've got a quantum chip inside my head," he smirked. "So learning this stuff won't take long."

Everything had been said. Plans were set. Trust was formed.

And then—

"Peace out!"

Without giving anyone a chance to react, Marvel Elric raised a hand with a salute-like motion and vanished from the space in a flicker of light.

The others stared for a moment.

"…He also did it previous time," One Piece Elric muttered, shaking his head.
