The replicators are capable of creating food and basic items needed for building new environments. It also includes reading materials on everything needed to rebuild society. }

The Complete FEV Cure is a broad-spectrum cure for all versions of the Forced Evolutionary Virus. Will work on any illness that is enhanced or based on FEV. Has no side effects. Comes with synthesis procedures and research into how the cure was made. }

{Lily Bowen Summon

Lily is a former Nightkin assassin for Unity. Lily used to be a 75-year-old grandmother from Vault 17 before she was captured by Unity and turned into a Nightkin. She like many Nightkin suffers from Schizophrenia from prolonged use of Stealth Boys. Comes with full equipment. Will be loyal to the Summoner. }

{Name: Stealth Suit Mk III

Summons a Stealth Suit Mk III that is linked to the summoner. The suit will be clingy to the summoner and can get jealous of the user wearing other clothing. Can move freely without the summoner. When worn gives a 25% boost to Agility, Perception, and Stealth. Grants a further 50% boost to movement speed while sneaking. Will dispense Stimpaks and other combat drugs to increase the survivability of the user. Drugs dispensed are non-addictive. The AI will dispense drugs depending on the situation based on an advanced combat algorithm. The AI in the suit cannot be changed or hacked. Comes with schematics that can create more suits. A suit will be loyal to a bonded user. }

'Wow, that is a lot of Stat Points. I have enough I could boost every stat to 250 and have nearly 100 left over. The real question is if I should do that. Strength is my lowest stat but has seen the greatest increase in the last 3 Months. If I use the Stat Points would it be a waste as the higher the stat the slower the growth? Endurance also saw a sizeable increase thanks to the Training Chamber. Luck, Agility, Charisma, and Perception are the ones I think would be a good idea to increase. I could increase all of them to 300 except for one as I would be 5 points short. I will leave Agility at 295 as it is the easiest of the group to increase.'

'Now that's better. Now what should I do with the rewards? The G.E.C.K. can go to the science division for research. We could possibly use them to terraform in case I am unavailable and we don't want to mess with an entire planet. I will summon Lily and then we can cure her. After that, she can retire wherever she wants to. The Complete FEV Cure comes with data on FEV itself. We can look into it but I am not sure what it can be used for safely. I will need to make sure Orochimaru knows that we will only test it on Death Row inmates and Heinous Criminals.'

I checked how many points I got for selling most of the bodies. I also sold several vats of FEV that were found under the Cathedral. I only kept the Master Corpse and a few samples of the other mutants. From that, I gained 500k System Points. Since there were several in fairly good condition. Though there were several reduced to ash or goo. I decided to sell most of them as the undead made by them were only slightly higher in power and the increase was not valuable enough to offset the value lost from selling them. After that, I moved on to the next item.

'The USS Constitution is interesting in the way it can be used once I remove the Fossil Fuels on Earth. Then after that, I will steal the Earth's ships. Or at least the ones that are put into docks to conserve the fuel they have. Everyone will be forced to use old wooden sail ships and Global Trade will come to a complete halt. So sail ships like the USS Constitution will be quite valuable. It will need a new name and flag but the crew will work after some reprogramming. Lastly, we have the Waifu Suit. On one hand it has great stat boosts on the other hand it sounds like a pain to be around. Hmm, the suits could be combined with the Mjolner Armor. We have already looked into using the Slime Bodysuits. The Stealth Suits could provide a loyal non-hackable AI to all their suits. Maybe I can alter the other suits' clingy behavior.'

I try to take out the Schemtaics to look at it and it summons the suit as well.

Stealth Suit: "Hello. It's nice to meet you. Who can I hide you from today?"

I just stare blankly at the suit that is standing upright without anyone inside it. I try to put it in my inventory but it doesn't work.

[Ding]

[Sentient Beings Can't Be Stored In Your Inventory.]

Internal Screaming

Stealth Suit: "Hello. Is something..."

She looks at my clothes on a nearby shelf and I can sense her anger.

'Wait why can I sense her feelings?'

Stealth Suit: "And who's this?"

Rio: "My clothes?"

Stealth Suit: "I thought you loved me? I help you hide and you promise to never look at a floozy cloth."

Rio: "I don't recall agreeing to that."

Stealth Suit: "Sniff. Don't you like me anymore? Did I do something wrong?"

She starts crying and I can sense her sadness and I have only one question.

'How is she crying?'

Then I focus back on her and I start feeling a bit bad.

Rio: "Sigh. Look I don't hate you."

I sense her feelings stake a 180 and she seems happy.

Stealth Suit: "I knew you loved me!"

Rio: "I didn't say that. That's Slander."

What followed was several hours of me trying to get the suit to not cry but not think I loved her romantically. I only managed to get her to agree to a platonic love. After that, I was exhausted but I still sent off the items to where they needed to go. After that, I moved to summon Lily and the Low-Mid Summon. First was Lily.

Lily: "Hello dearie. What can Gramma do for her little pumpkin?"

Rio: "Hi, Lily. I was hoping to treat your illness and help you keep your memories of your grandkids. In order for that, I will need you to do as the good doctor asks of you. Will you do that for me?"

Lily: "Of course, dearie, I'll do whatever you want. I can't make any promises about Leo, though."

Rio: "That's okay I understand. As long as you try your best I will be happy."

Lily: "All right, then, dearie. Now you promise to come visit Gramma soon, you hear?"

Rio: "I promise."

Lily: "That's my little pumpkin."

Lily walks through the Gate I make and I have her set up for some treatments that should help her mental state before we administer the FEV Cure. Once she was gone I moved on to the next summon. I chose Rahm Kota. I decided to not use a Background Customizer.

Kota: "So you summoned me?"

Rio: "Yep, I was hoping to use your expertise and knowledge to enhance the Je'daii Order and the Crystal Imperium. I haven't had the chance to fight you but I had heard many tales of how impressive you and those under your command performed against the Separatists."

Kota: "So you were a Separatist. What battles?"

Rio: "Well most of my assignments were assassination and subterfuge. But I fought in the Battle of Bandomeer, Phindar, Botajef, Agamar, Antar, and Roche."

Kota: "Bandomeer? You survived that? And those other battles were total victories due to sabotage and assassinations. That was all you!?"

Rio: "Well me and the troops I led. Many of those battles were won because I used Droids and non-Droid soldiers in unique ways."

Kota: "That would mean you're the Black Hand!"

Rio: "That was what many called me. I prefer Rio."

Kota: "Why in the world would I even serve you?"

Rio: "Well I assume you know that the Separatists weren't evil. And that a so-called Sith was the one who saved the Jedi. That Sith was my father. With help from my friend Ventress."

Kota: "Sigh. Yes, and the war of unification that happened after Palpatine's disappearance was bloody. Still, you killed many Jedi."

Rio: "And you killed many people. The fact is, it was war. Both sides knew the risks when they decided to join the war. Should I condemn you for the battle Null or Thyferra? 142k deaths of organic soldiers on the C.I.S. side during those 2 battles. I have several former Jedi Masters and even an entire Clone Battalion under my command. They understand that it was war and that we can't avoid death in war."

Kota: "Sigh. You're right. I cannot condemn you without accepting that I am no better. I didn't know any of the Jedi you killed personally and I never trusted the Clones so their deaths are not that meaningful to me but I still want to ask why should I serve under you?"

Rio: "Because I want to make an Empire that is open to everyone. Where war is a faint memory. Where no matter what you are born as you will face no judgment or discrimination. Where children can grow up not having to worry about if they will have anything to eat this week. Where corruption and inefficient governance are impossible due to my steady hand. I will live for eons and thus my Empire will be eternal. No succession wars, no weak heirs, just stability for time immemorial."

My eyes start glowing as I continue.

Rio: "I will be the guiding hand the ensure that a species does not wipe itself out because they can't see past the pointless differences that separate them. My Empire will ensure those under it can live a life of safety and security. In harmony with nature and the planets they live on. Where they aren't scared of being enslaved to some greater being who preys on their souls. I have seen many civilizations fall due to their arrogance or stupidity. I feel sorrow for all those who die due to the actions of the foolish. I only wish to help those souls wanting. Will you help me?"

Kota: "I will."

Rio: "Then welcome and thank you."

Authors Note:

So I knew about the Low-Medium Summon many chapters ago but I couldn't find where it came from so I didn't include it. But thanks to a comment on Chapter 60 I stumbled upon the item and I was able to add it again. Due to it being from so long ago there wasn't an easy way to add it back into the story without coming off as misplaced so I just said to heck with it and added it. Now why Rahm Kota? Well, I only saw one suggestion for the summon and that was Master Chief. The summon has no guaranteed loyalty so I needed someone who could be a loyal person if they can be convinced. After lots of research and going back a forth for a bit, I narrowed it down to 3 people. Rahm Kota, Satele Shan, and Kira Carsen. I went with Rahm Kota as it seemed to fit. He is an experienced General and Jedi. He is already a Grey Jedi and he was trained as a Jedi at 18 which means he is less dogmatic in his ways. That and I have fond memories of Rahm Kota in the Force Unleashed series. For those wanting to see Satele Shan and Kira Carsen don't worry they are on the list of possible summons. Does anyone have any ideas for what FEV can be used for? I know it was originally made to be a cure for all diseases so maybe that. The Waifu Suit has arrived. I personally have very rarely used the suit in New Vegas but that was because I used the Armored Vault Suit or Power Armor. Any suggestions for what Lily should do? I think retirement or working at the orphanage would make the most sense but what do you think? Until next time Ciao.
