Those who had witnessed this technique before rose to their feet at once. Su Li had used that same finger flick to knock Sui-Feng out of her Shunko state, a moment burned into memory. Now, he used it again.

With just a single finger, he deflected Zaraki Kenpachi's Zanpakutō—calm, unshaken, as if brushing aside a snowflake.

"This guy... is he really planning to make that flick a regular move?" Kyoraku Shunsui quipped, voice light, but his gaze glittered with excitement.

Yet the captains watched with a sharper eye. Blocking a blade with a finger and flicking it off its arc were two entirely different arts. The former only required contact. The latter demanded millimeter-perfect timing, speed exceeding the sword's own momentum, and clairvoyant trajectory prediction. Compared to Su Li's earlier showings, this was several tiers above.

The more they considered it, the more stunned they became. Back then, Kenpachi had not released his seal and used only a basic strike. But this time, it was the fully unsealed Kenpachi—his swing carrying sword pressure, a pure compression of Reiatsu into the blade's path. A different league entirely.

And Su Li still flicked it aside like nothing.

Even Yamamoto, stoic in the central seat, twitched in disbelief. His clouded eyes widened, and his fingers dug deep into the wooden cane beneath them.

It was like giving a student a final exam and watching him score full marks—then giving him something impossibly harder, only to see him breeze through again, unbothered.

Yamamoto felt awe tinged with pride. Su Li's expression hadn't changed. His breath hadn't shifted. No technique had been activated. He wasn't even trying. Yet he overwhelmed a fully released Zaraki Kenpachi with laughable ease.

How deep did this boy's strength go?

Down below, Aizen's thoughts ran disturbingly parallel. This display had gone far beyond even his predictions. In all his life, Aizen had only witnessed such monstrous potential once.

Su Li hadn't yet interfered with his plans, but now—he was unmistakably a threat.

Aizen's glasses glinted, cold and unreadable.

But Kenpachi, true to his nature, wasn't interested in analysis or schemes. Whether the blade was blocked or flicked away meant nothing. Only strength mattered.

This—this was what he craved.

Seeing Su Li so calm, so composed, his blood surged. With a roar, Kenpachi swung again. The sword pressure doubled, splitting the air.

Su Li didn't flinch. Another flick of his middle finger—

Ding.

The blade was sent veering off course.

He followed it with a casual punch.

Boom.

The sword pressure erupted behind them as Su Li's fist connected with Kenpachi's chest, the shockwave and impact hitting as one. Kenpachi reeled back ten paces, boots carving gouges into the floor. A fresh imprint marked his chest, spiderweb cracks spreading across his spiritual armor.

"Haha! Not enough! Not enough! Come again!" Kenpachi laughed wildly, lifting his blade once more.

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Every strike deflected.

Boom. Boom. Boom.

Every time, Kenpachi was knocked back again.

But the rhythm began to shift. Each exchange brought him closer. His steps grew shorter. Recovery faster. He was adjusting, adapting—learning in real time. Now, only two or three steps separated them.

"Captain Kenpachi... What kind of monster is this..." Shiba Isshin whispered.

"As expected. The more he fights, the stronger he becomes," Komamura Sajin said, voice low with awe and dread.

After one more clash, Kenpachi stepped back just once—barely.

His Reiatsu armor was shattered through with cracks, but his eyes burned with savage joy. From being flung across the battlefield to merely flinching—he had closed the gap. Now he stood toe to toe with Su Li.

The youth's blows no longer moved him.

Power coursed through his limbs.

"Come on! We're finally on the same level! Let's fight!"

He slashed again, blade faster, heavier, stronger than before. The edge screamed toward Su Li's forehead—one foot from impact.

The crowd froze, breath caught.

Could he break through the invisible line—the one-foot gap Su Li never let anyone cross?

Just as it was about to land—

"White Hits. Kicks," Su Li muttered.

He rolled up his pants leg, revealing nothing spectacular—just preparation. Then came a clean, effortless kick.

"Rolling Calf."

Kenpachi flew like a cannonball, vanishing in a blur of speed. The barrier rippled. Shockwaves cracked the air. Screams erupted. Minds reeled.

He still couldn't pass that foot.

Blood spewed as Kenpachi dragged himself from the crater. His chest plate was caved in. For the first time, he stared at Su Li in genuine disbelief.

He had thought—just maybe—he could finally reach him. Cut him. But no. The difference reset again.

Still that unreachable distance.

Confusion flashed across his face—only to be devoured by raw hunger. This was what he sought. A stronger enemy. No reason to hesitate.

Cut him.

Even if it meant falling a thousand times more.

Kenpachi rose again—unshaken, like a mountain.

His Reiatsu roared back to life, golden armor reforming around him. Blood streamed down his face. His grin was gone. What remained was something deeper—pure resolve.

This battle wasn't just hard—it was the hardest he'd ever known.

And that's what made it exhilarating.

Difficulty made it fun. That was his way.

"Boy. As long as I've got spirit power, this armor will never stop repairing."

"Come. Let's see how you'll beat me!"

He wiped the blood away, eyes gleaming with madness.

"Oh," Su Li answered quietly.

The world blinked.

A hand clamped over Kenpachi's face.

"White Hits. Palm Technique—Kill by Head Press."

Su Li drove him down like thunder.

A shockwave burst outward, rattling the arena's walls. The barrier bent and groaned. Gasps echoed through the stunned crowd.

Dust billowed.

Then silence.

As the debris settled, only one figure remained upright.

Su Li.

Blood trickled from his fingers, steady, slow.

And the mountain that never fell—

finally collapsed.
