Borderlands: Siren in the Badlands

(A/n Haha I'm back, sorry everyone if you're still reading this fic. Lots of stuff happened, got kicked out of home but managed to get an apartment, brook my foot and been struggling to get by but no w everything is stable and I can return to posting fic chapters, cause even if only a few of you guys read this, it's still enough for me as I want to share my own story with all of you guys. I hope you enjoy the chapter and my return, a schedule for update has not been planned yet but I will be making one and post randomly throughout the week as I want to catch up on the chapters I missed to post.)

February 12th, 2 hours before Sirin's Ultimatum ends…

The time had almost came before Sirin's Ultimatum ends and both I and Welt would need to meet up with Sirin on the moon.

Welt had argued greatly with me on needing to leave early to reach the moon.

However, I informed him that we wouldn't be taking the Arahato, his Ninja/Samurai looking Transformer Mech that would be able to fly us to the Moon, although that would take 40 hours.

No, I told him that I had brought a ship with me that can get us to the Moon in only 1 hour. Thus, we were onboard my ship.

I had purchased The Scimitar for $117,000,000 from the System Shop. I also purchased something else that costed $200,000,000,000 and this item would be able to help me against Sirin.

The Scimitar ship was the ship used by Darth Maul as he pursued the Jedi throughout the first movie, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

I had purchased a number of different items, or I had obtained from my alternate timeline future self, along with the three Honkai Beast Bloodline Gene's I had already been able to acquire so far.

I had used the Horadric Cube imitation to combine various other weapons and items with my newly obtained gear to further enhance them.

In addition i also placed the three Gene's inside of the Horadric Cube just so I can have them further refined and purified to perfection into a singular Gene which I injected into my body.

Now I had overpowered gear, the ability to devour and obtain powers and abilities from whatever I eat even if it's inanimate or living.

The ability to control and manipulate Ice, theoretically i should be able to manipulate Ice to the same degree Kevin is able to, and in theory he should be capable of stopping Time by freezing it on a conceptual scale just like Esdeath from Akame Ga Kill Anime.

Lastly is the Kaslana Gene which just gives more stronger physical capabilities, well there is 'that' but it's not significant enough compared to a strong new body.

Eventually me, Welt, Siegfried and Lilith had landed on the Moon on board my new ship the Scimitar.

Mordecai and Brick had wanted to come to help me fight Sirin, but I had forbid it because they were nowhere near capable enough to surviving the absurd bullshit Sirin can pull out.

As of right now she has control of Space, Dimensions, Life, Death, Thunder, Wind, Fire, Atomic Matter all on a conceptual level, meaning she can easily create wind in a vacuum if she wanted and it would work.

Roland understood the seriousness of my words and thus he and Bloodwing naturally can't come.

I took Lilith with me since she had strongly been for it, that and I know she can handle herself. I did give her an Oz Kit i purchased, I bought one of the better ones from Borderlands the Pre-Sequel and the legendary variants. I had also gotten one for myself.

After landing, Siegfried stayed on the ship, he would leave to get the Soulium samples from the ruins on the Moon so that he can take them back to Earth so they can be decrypted and analysed.

Although, I doubt that it would be necessary since thanks to my more recent power ups and upgrades to my gear, I'll be able to deal with Sirin and this world soon.

"Lord of Reason and Raime Hawke, my queen is expecting the both of you. I shall lead you to her. However, this girl is was uninvited." Said the voice of a young girl as she appeared before us.

This was Benares, in her new Human Form with a pair of energy like wings on her back similar to like a Siren's pair of wings.

Benares spoke telepathically with us.

[Enough, Bella. Bring the traitor and Raime to me now. The girl can come as well]

For some reason I was able to hear the telepathic message that Sirin sent to Benares, odd…maybe the power of a Siren is entirely related to the Soul which would explain why I was able to hear the telepathic message.

"My Queen demands your presence at once. This way."

We followed after Benares, as we did Siegfried was getting ready to follow after us in secret so he can obtain the samples for analysis.

Though I personally think it'll be useless since I'll be able to deal with Sirin now.

We soon arrived at the Palace of Selene, the place where "God" was sealed away, well a piece of it that influences this world that is.

Atop one of the stones sat Sirin cross legged as she put her powers on display.

"Well, well, well! The traitor who turned against GOD has finally arrived. I've been waiting for you traitor, and you as well Raime Hawke. I can't believe the both of you are risking your lives for those vermin. Are you really so willing to die for them. Many of my friends did die for them, you know. And then those Humans threw them away like pieces of garbage…"

Sirin stepped forwards off her stone throne as a mass of Honkai energy condensed behind her and 3 pairs of angelic wings appeared behind her.

"Behold! This is the power that GOD has bestowed upon me her loyal Apostle!"

Sirin's new wings swiftly vanished as she descended to us and went by as she took her stance lazily behind us, back turned.

"Did I scare you two? You just witnessed the true might of HER Apostle. Humanity is doomed, but I have decided to show mercy to the prodigal son and to you Raime. I will even extend that mercy to this uninvited friend of yours. How before me, and I shall forgive you for all the grief you have caused me. Swear that you'll never, ever betray me…And I'll consider letting you all live as my slaves."

"Come now Siren, are you going to make daddy your slave?" I teased her in a feigned hurt tone.

Sirin's gaze snapped to me, her eyes narrowing dangerously. "Raime Hawke, do not mock me. I am the Apostle of GOD, wielder of the Honkai. Your sarcasm falls flat before the might of the divine."

Sirin felt a strong impact connect to her bumb as a very loud and audible slapping sound resounded within the artificial atmospheric area.

Raime had just slapped Sirin on the ass with his superhuman enhanced strength.

Sirin's expression was one of shock, outrage and embarrassment. She hadn't anticipated such a brazen move from someone she had deemed inferior. She whirled around, her eyes blazing with anger and power, ready to unleash a torrent of Honkai energy on the impudent creature that had dared to lay a hand on her.

"How dare you! I'll make you suffer for that!" she roared, her voice echoing through the chamber.

"What's wrong Sirin? Im only disciplining you since you're my adopted daughter after all. But i if that's how you're going to be fine. Looks like im in need for a new training dummy." I said as i brandished my new blade Umbra in my right hand and my handgun Calamity in the left.

Amidst the entire interaction, Welt Yang and Lilith were to the side and they both let out the same word…"Huh…"
