She smiled, glancing at her knife, or rather, her Wakizashi, which now even had a name of its own, even though it had yet to receive any [Intelligent Weapon] Ability.
She glanced at the weapon's details, nodding.

Elena moved her katana, upwards, downwards, and the horizontally and vertically, a storm of phantasmal flames erupted from her slashing attacks, covering the entire thing within seconds.

The monstrous merged Nightmareborn was confused, as if nothing had actually happened.
But a second later…
"You're already dead."
Elena smiled back at the monster, as its entire body exploded into countless pieces, which then turned into black fog, dissipating.

At the same time, the attacks released shockwaves of phantasmal flames, which reached the monsters behind the big one, burning them and cutting through their bodies.
"Not bad, it can adapt to my BNLO's techniques pretty well!"
Elena nodded, satisfied by the power of her newly evolved weapon, no longer feeling like she was just carrying a mere knife around anymore.
Her eyes shone brightly, as her spells activated in conjunction with the movement of her knife.
"{Summon Darkness Swords}"
FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!
Twelve swords made of darkness manifested around Elena in that moment, as the swarm of Nightmareborns rushed towards the barrier once more.
"{Triple Slash} + {Mana Slash} + {Phantom Blade} + {Sword Ki Aura} + {Moonlight Blade} + {Soul Eating Blade} + {Blades of Emptiness}!"
Several spells were conjured at the same time, combining together rapidly as she used them with each of the swords she had summoned, alongside Kurosanji.
And as they all converged, all techniques condensing together into a single singular power, her eyes shone bright red.
"{Soul-Eating Spectral Void Slash Onslaught}!"
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
The attacks concentrated to a point where they began to cut through everything and began to rapidly make the Nightmareborns explode, covering the skies in front of her and clearing almost fifty percent of all the monsters in the backside!
"A-Amazing, Elena! You're incredible…!"
Anna was amazed, praising her girlfriend as she looked in awe.
"Aren't almost the same as in BNLO now?"
Elisa was already wondering if their power could reach their own Avatars.
"Nah, our Avatars are capable of even stronger things after all, we have not even grasped their full power here… but that's what makes it fun, we got two builds now."
Elena smiled as she answered her friend's questions, there was an air of excitement around her.
"T-Then let me help as well, Elena! Anna and Elisa too, let's get to work! Elena can't take on all of them either way…!"
Monica looked at her friends, as the girls quickly nodded. Elena didn't say anything, despite her prideful demeanor, she knew this quantity of creature was simply absurd to take them all down on her own.
"We have to keep the area clean as we move towards the Nightmare Cloud, so let's not waste any other second and let's begin!"
Elena commanded the girls, as they quickly began moving, unleashing spells and techniques.
"You guys, it's finally your time to shine! Attack with me!"
Anna summoned all her Familiars, or well, the ones connected to this world and not those from Arcadia, who were still only possible to be used there.
Thankfully, thanks to her own Avatar connecting to her Magic Circle, her Spells were able to synchronize with her summoner abilities, and with Elayne's weapon crafting abilities that could fit anybody's specialties, Anna was able to bring forth several familiars at once.
The Green Wolf, her Shadow Crow, the Young Phoenix, the Mithril Golem, the Holy Scarb, and the Sea Serpent all appeared around Anna, manifesting their colorful, Elemental Auras, and spreading them around her body.
Anna nodded, combining their elemental Auras with her own, and rapidly unleashing a powerful barrage of explosive beams against the Nightmareborns, bombarding them with countless explosions across the sky.
"{Spiritual Familiar Elemental Cannon}!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The elemental beams, using her familiars as "batteries" allowed Anna to unleash powers and elements that alone wouldn't be possible.
And that wasn't all…
She swung her broom-shaped staff, channeling her own Magic Aura and fusing it with the Auras of her Familiars, both the smallest of them and the largest.
"Let's add some additional protection as well, we can't let them wear down the barrier too quickly!"
"{Divine Spiritual Familiar Elemental Fortress}!"
Activating another of her broom's abilities, Anna manifested a large fortress made of rainbow light, each color being the aura of one of her familiars, converged into a single magical construct.
The Nightmareborn roared angrily at that, attacking the fortress constantly, only for the fortress to slowly wear down, protecting the real barrier below from more damage.
Anna knew that they would still need it for once they entered the Nightmare Cloud itself after all!
"Amazing, Anna is so cool too!"
Monica looked at Anna, nodding, as she held the teddy bear in her hands, and then quickly began unleashing her ghostly soul aura from her body.
"I have to help too…!"
Her teddy bear's empty eyes suddenly glowed bright red, as it released a spectral aura from within…
