Danmachi- New game in the dungeon

It was still night on the surface so we decided to hunt a bit more before going back or else we have to wait for the guild staff more than need to.

I also give my gun to him for now, so he can protect himself in case something happened.

After a hours of grinding it was already 7 am in the morning. So I decided it was time to go back on surface.

On the way I gave a dozen stones to Shades so he can increase his strength while I turn rest of the stones into the system points. Now I have a total 2,670 points.

OHH by the way according to guild information, leaving monster bodies without taking out stones is some sort of crime as other monster can grow stronger feeding on magic stones which can eventually mutate them into stronger and more dangerous monsters. That's why I am giving him stones as I promised to give him resource to get stronger.

"Ahh, we are reaching the surface. Crystal you can rest in your sub space till we get the things over with." I said to Crystal before unsummoning her sending to her pocket dimensional space.

(System poke ball if you like.)

"Hm" she just nodded a bit sad before disappearing.

"And Shades don't say anything till we are alone. Act like a normal monster and don't do anything that is not told, till people are a bit calm around you." I told him to behave like other monsters but tamed.

As soon as we appear at the hole leading to the surface all the morning adventurers draw their weapon on the sight. (We avoided everyone till now through shadow stealth which we both have.)

"What are you doing, bringing a monster up here?" A young adventurer said around 17-18 old. Clearly new in this job.

"Don't worry it's a tamed one and I was just going to the guild for registration purpose. Now if you please let us pass." I tried to calm them while making my way to surface.

But as soon we reach the top stairs a guard stop us. Telling us that someone is already making their way to the guild and will soon bring a guild staff or someone else of authority for handling this situation. We being civil just sat at the corner waiting for them with the guard keeping a watch over us.

After like 20 minutes or so came our dear Rose tailing behind were some other people I don't know nor I border to know.

"Mr. Rain we would like to talk to you regarding the monster you brought. This is the Captain of Ganesha Familia, Ms. Shakti. She will test if the monster is properly tamed or not, as the head of the best taming familia and law enforcer of Orario." Rose explained the protocols for such situation as well as introducing the one who will be conducting security test. I mean you know, a tamed monster can go berserk and all in the middle of the city, risking lives of people.

"Sir can you follow us, it won't take much time depending on how it goes." Shakti said with a serious face while leading us to a some sort of private room in Babel on us, surrounded by others guard adventurers and Rose walking at the front with her.

After we reach the room I was told to give Shades some commands and like we planed he did everything I told him like swinging dagger in air that I took out from under my cloak and give him, crossing some punches in between us but stopped just when I told him to and other simple but not embarrassing things to show my control over him. I also ensure to take full responsibility for his actions which satisfied my examiner.

At the side Rose did the paper work and give the permit to keep him on surface after Shakti gave her approval but some conditions attached.

So at the end I became the so called tamer and I also received praise for the great understanding between me and him, as well as my taming skills. Who will her it was my negation skills not my taming skills.

"Remember, if it cause any trouble you will be the one responsible." After the final warning from Shakti we were free to go. Finally freedom.....

Currently we were walking on the street toward our base to get some rest. I got Shades hide in my shadow to not get unwanted attention before getting out of Babel which without saying surprised Rose, Shakti and the all the guards.

As for Crystal I summoned her out in a nearby alley.

After reaching home I let Shades and Crystal explore the building as I took Crystal out shopping just after she was created and Shades is as you know also a new addition. For me I started putting the supplies on it place that we bought yesterday.

Lunch time....

We were doing our lunch even Shades was eating normal food with us instead of magic stones and doing some small talks.

"So Shades looks like I will be giving you some full body armor with a full helmet so you can walk more freely, what you say." I said sharing my idea to get his opinion while eating.

"I don't know but sound nice." he give a short reply. I also noticed he is not a talkative type but its good too. I am not a very social person either so I kind a understand him.
