Chapter 110: Chapter 109: Thank You, Balor!
The entire morning was spent updating the blessings for the female members of the family.
Though it was already quite late when Sol woke up, the morning concluded with Irelia and Eina as the two who had successfully leveled up.
As expected, it seemed that many members had gained considerable experience from the battle with Balor.
The final person to have her favor updated was Diana, usually a bit of a loner within the family.
Still, she was more sociable than Vex, as at least she had formed a bond with Ahri and Irelia.
"Well, well! Diana, not bad! What exactly did you experience in the dungeon?" Sol asked, clearly delighted by the unexpected surprise.
Starting with Irelia's upgrade and ending with Diana's, with Eina's advancement in between, the morning was a steady series of exciting updates—a solid beginning and end.
"What did I do? Sleep, eat, fight monsters, study magic," Diana replied, lying on the bed with her eyes closed, as if none of this particularly thrilled her.
Unfazed by her nonchalance, Sol finished engraving her favor on parchment and handed it to her.

Unlike most mages in Orario, who primarily train their magic during dungeon adventures to boost their attributes, the mages from Valoran diligently practiced magic even outside of combat.
Though they often couldn't increase their magic attributes this way, their control over their power grew steadily. Many Valoran mages had mastered chantless magic—a skill that required training from the ground up.
Diana barely glanced at her newly updated blessing, giving a nod of satisfaction before placing the parchment on top of a growing stack of records from the recent expedition.
These documents could only be reviewed in the lounge, and later, Sol would need to organize and store them properly.
The rest of Sol's afternoon was spent updating blessings for the male members.
Other than Yone, who achieved LV6, the others only showed minor increases in their attributes.
It was just an ordinary expedition, and the fact that five of his children leveled up was already exceptional.
Of course, these children have already trained enough to upgrade.
But thanks for your hard work, Balor!
With four members now at LV6—Gnar, Yone, Diana, and Irelia—their progress was impressive. The remaining LV5 members would wait for Balor to respawn and join the next mission with Haruhime and Lulu.
Poor Haruhime, though, was still stuck at LV2 despite all the dangerous battles she'd endured over the years without a single advancement. Even though she was one of the three major cheats in Orario, her talent wasn't as high as imagined.
On that note, Sol reminded himself to find a suitable magic tome for Haruhime—a task that had eluded him for years.
Meanwhile, back at the rundown Hestia family church, Bell was finally waking up after an exhausting night in the dungeon. It was nearly noon when he groggily opened his eyes, realizing he was lying in bed under a thin blanket, with a glass of water set on the bedside table.
"Wasn't I in the dungeon…? How did I end up back here?" Bell muttered, piecing together his memories from the previous night.
Someone must have brought him back from the dungeon. In the faintest part of his memory, he thought he recalled a familiar figure.
As his head cleared, his recollections of the previous night gradually returned, and a small shiver ran through him. He'd pushed himself to terrifying limits. If anything had gone wrong, he would have become just another casualty in the dungeon, failing his goddess expectations.
But he hasn't seen his goddess around. Probably off working…
Bell tidied his room and sat on the only couch in the small church. His gaze fell upon a bulging cloth bag nearby, stirring his curiosity.
Inside, he found it filled with magic stones and a few items from monster drops. Although they were from upper-level monsters, the sheer quantity would fetch a considerable price.
Were these from the monsters he defeated last night? A note from Hestia lay inside, explaining that these were the magic stones from his battles. She asked him to exchange them for money when he woke.
Yet Bell had no memory of collecting the magic stones himself—was it just a dream?
Or perhaps the mysterious person who helped him also collected these for him.
If so, he needed to find a way to thank them.
"Oh no! I never paid for my dinner at the tavern last night!" Bell's face flushed as he remembered, his mind racing to recall the night's events.
Panicking, he grabbed the cloth bag containing his coins, ready to rush to the Hostess of Fertility to clear his debt.
Before leaving, he took the bag of magic stones and scribbled his dungeon experiences on the back of the note for safekeeping.
