Dc: jujutsu kaisen gacha system

Chapter 2: buggler drip

As the five million dollars disappeared from my bank account, a hint of sadness crept into my chest. This better be a good gacha pull, or I'm going to lose my shit, I thought to myself. How could I not feel this way? This was my hard-earned money, the result of my gambling and investments. But there's also a saying that 99% of gamblers quit before they hit it big, so I guess I'll have to keep gambling here.

"Let's go gambling," I said with nervousness in my voice before continuously hitting the button five times. My eyes remained glued to the blue transparent screen of the gacha as it rolled like a casino machine before finally stopping.

[Reward: Nanami's Weapon]

[Reward: Yuta's Swordsmanship Skill]

[Reward: Ino's Hat]

[Reward: Ino's Clothes]

[Reward: Ino's Cursed Technique]

What the actual f**?!* I screamed in my mind as I realized I'd just lost five million dollars on this crap. Okay, Yuta's swordsmanship skill is great, and Ino's curse techniques are useful, but that's it. Nothing else here is worth it. I mean, I have a two-million-dollar pile of burglar clothes—no shame to Ino, but the burglar drip doesn't exactly suit a superhero world. Sigh. I thought this while looking at the clothes and Nanami's weapon lying beside me.

Okay, now what's the plan? I thought while moving toward the chair, sliding it out, and sitting on it. I decided to open the drawer of the table and pulled out a book from it. Never thought I'd actually use this, I thought as I flipped through the pages until I reached an empty one. I grabbed a pen and started writing—and "drawing"—on it. I'm using the word drawing very loosely here, as it was just a bunch of stick figures.

This book was the one I started writing in when I first got transported into the world of DC. I had filled it with all the weaknesses, superhero plotlines, and villains I knew about. After realizing I didn't have a cheat, I thought I'd never actually use this book, but hey, it worked out in the end. The couple of hours I spent were dedicated to planning my next move and figuring out how I would operate in this world going forward.

As far as I know, this world is like one of the animated ones from early 2014. The Justice League hasn't formed yet, but the Flash and Superman look exactly the same as they did in the animated movies. Even Batman, from all the blurry images I could find, matches the animated version. So, I've decided to become a superhero—for fun. Yeah, I'll take a page out of my bald-headed brother Saitama's book and just become a hero for fun. That's it—fight bad guys, save people, just for fun. There's no grand reason for me to go and kill villains when I can make them permanently disabled or give them brain damage. Especially once I get my Blue Eyes Infinite or Gojo's Limitless technique.

I glanced at my "costume design"—a sketch of a man wearing a mask with three jagged lines running straight down it. It was based on Omen from Valorant. The design included a hood and cape, a mix of blue, purple, and dark black. The armor was dark black, matching the boots and pants. Everything was inspired by Omen's design from Valorant. I planned to create this using Mai's Construction Technique. While Mai's technique isn't combat-focused but rather support-oriented, she never fully realized its potential due to her limited cursed energy.

Crack.

Cracking my knuckles, I got to work. No time like the present.
