DC/Marvel: This Guy is Insane

Chapter 92: Chapter 92: Alan’s End?

Oliver walked over slowly. Alan immediately stood in front of Arthur, protecting him, acting like a man protecting his own child. At the same time, Arthur curled up his body cooperatively, as if he were afraid of being beaten again.

"Stop your excessive behavior. Do not hurt my Joker Robin a second time," Alan said angrily.

Oliver stopped in his tracks, realizing that it was a double act, but he was bound to suffer a heavy loss. Normally, Arthur's bank robberies and gang fights never harmed ordinary people. At most, he often caused trouble for Batman. Strictly speaking, his crimes were not unforgivable. This time, he had actually saved the lives of millions of Gotham citizens, so Oliver decided to apologize and make compensation. At least, in this case, the Joker was a hero.

Alan had chosen the Joker to be a Robin because he knew his name was Arthur. If it had been Jack, Jerome, or Jeremiah, he would have killed him on the spot. Arthur was a clown who would not attack the weak, and for this reason alone, Alan allowed him to live.

"Joker, yes…"

"Stop!" As soon as Oliver opened his mouth, Alan immediately corrected him, "He is the Joker Robin."

"…"

On the side, Damian had a strange look on his face. He had already guessed that their last quarrel had led to Alan finding three criminals to be his Robins. He suddenly felt nauseous, as if he had eaten something terrible. From then on, the name "Robin" had become a derogatory term.

"Robin the Clown, I sincerely apologize to you for what happened just now. I hope you can forgive me." Oliver was flexible and had a very upright sense of morality. If he had been a hero with a hot temper, he would probably have become an anti-hero out of anger.

"Wuwuwu… hehehe…" Arthur wanted to pretend to cry, but his congenital laughter disorder wouldn't allow it.

Alan put his hands on his waist, like an old lady bargaining in a vegetable market, and said aggressively, "Look at you. You beat him up to the point where he doesn't know whether to cry or laugh. He doesn't have a good brain to begin with, and you still bully him. Do you have any sympathy at all?"

Can you blame me for this? Batman beat people even harder, but he was never seen crying or laughing. Oliver wanted to refute, but considering Alan's character, he probably wouldn't be so easy to fool, so he said bluntly, "Is ten million enough?"

"Being rich is not a big deal. Apart from money, what else do you and 'Bats' have? What else can you be?" Alan said disdainfully but stretched out his hand obediently.

"I don't have a check with me. I'll send it to you later." Oliver retreated to the side and fell into a state of autism. After going out to save the world and spending ten million, he couldn't help but wonder whether he should be a hero again.

Alan kicked Arthur and urged him, "Stop pretending. You can't even pretend like this."

"Hehehe… Boss, how do we divide the ten million? It seems much easier than robbing a bank." Arthur stood up happily, his swollen, pig-like face full of smiles.

"Why divide it? The money should be saved for Pengy's presidential campaign," Alan rolled his eyes.

The Penguin cried. Let him run for president? The nicknames were getting weirder and weirder. It used to be Pet, but now it was simply abbreviated to Pengy.

Alan walked straight to Bruce and said proudly, "'Bat,' it's your turn."

"What's wrong with me?" Bruce's worst fear had come true. This guy was coming for him.

"Your innocent attitude makes me feel strange." Alan covered his chest with his hands in grief and said sadly, "At that time, you abandoned me and didn't play with me. Can you imagine how much damage it caused to a mentally ill person? No, you can't. You only think about Gotham." Alan then said sinisterly, "So, I'm going to take Gotham away from you and make you unemployed, hehehe…"

Thank you so much. This way of revenge made Bruce laugh.

"You see, you are incapable of saving Gotham. It was our comedy group that took care of it." Alan's expression looked as smug as possible.

Bruce couldn't help but say, "Alan, thank you for everything."

"Don't be so pretentious. Just compliment me on how handsome I am," Alan said without any appreciation.

"Uh… you're so handsome." Bruce felt that when he compared the treatment of the rich second-generation Oliver next to him, he felt much better after boasting and saving ten million.

"Nice." Alan found Damian again and boasted, "I have three Robins now. Would you like to consider joining the comedy group?"

Snort! Damian turned his head away proudly, not wanting to bother with the madman.

Then, Alan walked up to Eric, lowered his head, glanced at him, and said with little interest, "Forget it. We are not the same species."

"…"

Blade was a serious person and didn't take Alan's words and actions to heart.

"I really want to sing a song." Alan walked to the edge of the rooftop and sang loudly toward the bustling Gotham City. After the vampire virus invasion, various government departments were now carrying out rescue work, so the Gotham night, which should have been quiet, had become bustling.

"How lonely it is to be invincible… How empty it is to be invincible…"

While singing, Alan felt someone tapping his shoulder. He shook his body and said impatiently, "Let me finish singing." As a result, the slapping sensation became more and more severe.

Tsk…

Looking back, Alan wisely shut up. Everyone on his side was on high alert and looked at the Talon warrior who had appeared quietly on the opposite side. The vampire problem had been solved, but the trouble with the Court of Owls still existed.

The Talon warriors split into two lines, and a terrifying-looking creature shrouded in a black robe walked out from the stairs. There was a dark aura lingering around his body, and four fangs were exposed on his upper and lower jaws.

The Talon Priest! Barbatos, the bat god, had endowed him with the power of darkness. The aura emanating from the priest made everyone feel terrified.

"Batman, please obey your destiny and fulfill your destined ending." This speech was very confusing. After all, Alan knew the whole story, and even Bruce himself was skeptical.

"It's over. Please pay the bill," Deathstroke spoke at an inopportune time. He was a mercenary and had no interest in knowing the so-called fate. Besides, he didn't believe in fate at all.

Boom!

He raised his hand and fired a beam of dark energy. The priest's unsportsmanlike sneak attack blew Deathstroke aside. If it weren't for his special metal armor, he would have been killed on the spot.

"You are just a humble ant, but you should be grateful for being able to accomplish great things for the great Barbatos," the priest said without emotion.

This scene made everyone's backs shiver. Originally, everyone had been fighting with cold weapons. What was the point of him directly using magic to attack?

"Brother, we are one of us." Suddenly, Alan raised his hand and decisively chose to surrender to the enemy. "We were in the same group before. In fact, I have been lurking among them as an undercover agent."

Boom!

The priest raised his hand and fired another energy beam, blasting Alan off the rooftop and sending him falling straight down the building. The Court of Owls had seen Alan's two-faced behavior, so they naturally would not believe his lies anymore.

However, why did they feel such an indescribable sense of relief when they saw Alan being killed?
