Chapter 565: The Tides of War Stir Once Again
Asmodeus sat on the edge of the castle balcony, able to see into the distance. A large camp full of soldiers appeared in the middle of the night. He knew who had made the camp and wanted to approach them, but since their arrival, the city had closed all its gates.
"Everyone is here except Ciela..." He muttered.
He looked back at the bed where two women lay naked, covered in bite marks and bruises. Lumina and Vinea slept in silence.
The sound of Simon and Ygrenne arguing came from the next balcony, which brought a smile to his lips. "It seems that Simon is aiming for a third wife." He couldn't help but enjoy the quiet moment as the sun slowly peeked from the horizon.
"I cannot sense Alan's aura anymore."
He didn't believe that Mephisto would hide from him.
Asmodeus narrowed his eyes and watched the city streets, various people shuffled with dark eyes, the black ink a symptom of Mephisto's possession.
Where did he go?
A sense of dread began to build inside Asmodeus. He wondered if the thought in his mind could be correct, and if so. What kind of situation would happen if he didn't take action now?
"I shouldn't risk it..."
He looked back for a moment, but neither of the women stirred.
Then he closed his eyes and focused his mana, drawing it to his core and building power.
His skin became pale, then small plates of exoskeleton wrapped his limbs, his exposed crotch covered with a black chitin cup over his genitalia.
Asmodeus exhaled, as if breathing for the first time, the sensation of his exoskeleton and demonic traits comforting. When he opened his eyes, they became pitch black, with dark red pupils.
His six wings spread as he raised his hand.
Because the gates shut, he decided to fly instead. He jumped off the balcony, his wings spreading as he moved in the direction of the approaching army.
With a single flap, his body shot into the air at high speed.
The cold wind blowing against his face felt amazing.
On the horizon, he spotted the sunrise, which bathed the countryside in a warm glow as it rose over a mountain range. 'Beautiful,' he thought as he gazed out across the lush forests below him.
This world and land used to feel foreign, like he didn't belong, but now, thanks to the women who stood below watching him.
It became his world, too. And now, it was time to protect his world.
The massive white tree stood at the centre of the elven territory, spreading sunlight through the west.
"Let's go see them." He smiled, watching the women gathering at the massive camp of knights on the hill. The women must have sensed his arrival as they waited, their faces bright.

Woosh!
Asmodeus landed with a thud, his feet wrapped in armour sinking into the mud with a squelch. His six black wings spread like a shadow as he straightened his back and gazed across at least ten women and thousands of knights.
"Lord Asmodeus!" Asmodea was the first to move, her red hair wavy and scented like red roses.
Her curvaceous body pressed against him; the small bump of her stomach rubbing his abdomen while her arms wrapped around his neck.
"I have missed you so dearly, My Lord." Asmodea chose to call him this way, despite his growth, because it was what she had called him the day they made love for the first time, and she had become a demon.
"I see that your stomach has grown, our child must be healthy."
He placed a hand on her shoulder and gently pushed her aside, and she moved with a gentle pout, revealing a group of beautiful women wearing black armour, some in silver and the rest in leather or loose-fitting clothes. "You are all here, what will I do with you girls?"
Erika smiled at his words.
She held both her swords, no longer wearing tight metal armour, but a looser cloth and padded armour due to her pregnancy. Although soft scales protected her womb thanks to becoming a demon, she didn't wish to take risks and wear tight-fitting armour or a corset.
Velvet and Alice wore their usual clothes, with leather shoulder pads and steel gauntlets.
Asmodeus examined the knights and women who stood in a neat and disciplined formation.
He noticed the carriage in the back and a small hut with elegant decorations. His expression softened when he spotted Serena waving at him from afar.
Unlike the others, she sat on a chair, and her time of delivery seemed extremely close.
Sariel and Riel were also there to greet him. The twins ran towards him, their wings flapping as they flew in circles around him. He couldn't believe their outfits... succubi couldn't be compared to normal women after all.
"I see, so Ciela remained at home with our children, Yumiko, Yuina?"
The last two approached him wearing ceremonial kimonos, short skirts and sleeves, but the two women had already lost thier belly fat from pregnancy.
However, he could see their exhaustion. "Have the kids made you like this?"
"Shut up... and kiss me." Yumiko's gruff voice echoed as she jumped into his arms; their time together had been cut short or interrupted over the past months, but she didn't care and leapt. Her fluffy tails wrapped around him as she swung her leg around Asmodeus' waist.
"Darling, we missed you so much... You better keep your promise when we get back from battle." Yuina, the quieter and collected of the two, said.
She didn't hug him but instead wrapped herself around his arm, letting his hand slip into her kimono.
"You two are so good at pushing my buttons." He coughed before Yumiko closed his mouth again.
He closed his eyes as her tongue pushed into his mouth. A soft and sweet taste spread as her warm breath blew into him. Asmodeus' mind became fuzzy and hot as he held onto Yumiko; however, a voice broke through the steam.
"I don't mean to interrupt this little reunion, but could we discuss our next action with the city?"
Velvet never held back, even if she was jealous of other women kissing or hugging Asmodeus, but she showed it in another way.
"That's right!" Alice giggled.
With so many women, clashes and disagreements were inevitable.
"Are you jealous, Velvet?" Asmodeus asked while wiping his lips with a smirk.
"Don't ask stupid questions." She turned away with a huff, but he could tell that she was blushing by the pink tips of her long ears. "We all know that you love me the most anyway."
"What did you say!" Asmodea jumped forward, grabbing Velvet by the shoulder.
"Ah!?"
Before she could retaliate, he leaned in and kissed her. The instant he felt the softness, her mouth opened as their tongues intertwined.
"Mhhm..."
Asmodeus opened his eyes at her reaction.
Velvet's hands gripped his neck, and pulled him closer, licking the inside of his mouth while she sucked on his tongue. Her kiss tasted sour and a little bitter, like citrus fruits. It was refreshing and exciting as the saliva exchanged in her mouth was warm and made him feel hot.
"Haaah... That was delicious," Velvet muttered, then gasped and looked away with her cheeks becoming deep red.
"So you just wanted the same, right?"
Asmdoeus laughed at her reaction, before turning back to the other women who looked at him with hungry eyes.
I think I set them all off...
"Everyone gets their turn."
He knew that the only way to calm them down would be to give them what they wanted. Asmodeus walked around and gave each of them a deep kiss until all of them became red-faced and flustered. The scent of so many different types of fruits, berries, honey, sweets... it made his mouth water from the deliciousness.
The last two kisses he shared were with Serena and Asmodea in private, whom he spoiled.
He wondered if they all chose to eat a different flavoured boiled sweet to change their flavours so much.
Serena's just tasted like Serena, though.

Asmodeus sat in the large tent after greeting everyone.
He looked around at the women who loved and supported him and cleared his throat. "I came because I have some worries."
His tone changed, becoming more serious as his gaze moved to Erika.
"Mephisto is no longer a deity... that I can promise. But since I confronted him yesterday, I cannot feel him anywhere." He looked at Velvet and then Alice, who were the strongest trackers of their group, and they both shook their heads.
"If we can't sense him or find any traces of his mana or scent... perhaps he fled the city," Asmodea added, sitting back with her hand placed on her stomach.
"That's the problem." He added. "If he left, then where has he gone?"
"..."
A series of sighs echoed.
"My Love, what if he has joined with the people in the mainland?" Serena's polite voice came from beside him.
He hadn't even considered that possibility. "I did not expect such a response. I thought he might use his current appearance to attack Grigor or our kingdom, but to think of joining them..."
'Wait!?'
That's when he noticed the absence of Lady Geruth.
"I have to return to the city."
