Destroying My Own World

Chapter 323: Characters.

If Zachary received blessings from Jeanne, and Javelin received blessings from either Rozan or Shelly, Mykel wondered who blessed Victoria. He observed the way Victoria used her daggers and how she moved as swiftly as Lillith and as deadly as Aurea. Her skills were similar to both Lilith and Aurea, her brute force was like Aurea's, her attacks were like Lillith's, and the most important part was her bloodlust which represented both of them.

Mykel was amazed while Zachary and Javelin were terrified by the lady-like woman that was supposed to hate water on her dress had been drenched in blood. Her ecstatic expression and the huge grin on her face made them wonder if she wasn't a savage like the others. Her clones were as powerful as hers, and she single-handedly killed half of the monsters that came to hunt them.

"My dress..." Victoria looked down at her dress.

Mykel pulled out a new dress from thin air as he approached Victoria, a dress that looked similar to the one she wore. He then offered it to her without saying a single word, and it surprised her when she saw the dress in his hand.

"Your power is really convenient," Victoria said and grabbed the dress from Mykel's hand. "I'll get change, but first, I need to take a shower," she looked around to look for a river or a lake.

"I'll wash your body," Javelin walked in as she showed off her wand. "I can dry your body and hair afterward as well," she pointed out.

"Thank you," Victoria smiled and then dragged Javelin into the fog.

Zachary looked at hundreds of dead bodies around him and didn't believe it lasted for so long. It would take hours for a normal Gifted, but the team he was in, they were all extraordinarily and terrifyingly strong.

"The others. Do you think they will be okay out there?" Zachary asked Mykel and looked at the ocean that had been covered with fog again.

"I don't know. I have never seen their powers, so I can't say if they're going to survive or not," Mykel answered and didn't show any concern.

Although Mykel said that, Zachary could see that Mykel was confident that those guys would survive. Looking at Mykel's expression, he felt like he had no worries about those people knowing that Mykel had the ability to see through people.

When they were waiting for Victoria, they heard a loud splashing sound from the ocean, followed by screams. At first, Zachary thought that Sophia and the others were in trouble, but the screams turned into laughter. Their laughter convinced Zachary that they were having fun out there even though there were growls and splashing sounds as well.

"We are back," Javelin said and her face was red.

Zachary furrowed his eyebrows and had never seen Javelin flustered before. He wanted to ask, but when Victoria appeared from the thick fog, he saw the way Victoria flirtatiously stared at Javelin with her little giggle. He held back from asking and it would be best if he didn't know anything.

"Shall we head to the castle now?" Victory asked Mykel with the folded fan covering her mouth.

"I thought I would be able to create a bridge, but after listening to what's happening out there, I don't think my bridge could withstand whatever's in the ocean," Javelin said as she squinted her eyes to look through the fog.

"We don't have to," Mykel swung his left hand from back to the ground, creating a solid and strong bridge made of stone. It was perfectly built and it wasn't just a simple brigade, but it had an artistic touch that looked like a proper bridge.

The three of them looked at Mykel in disbelief that they couldn't help but wonder if his existence was just a normal human being. His power was beyond anyone they had met, even beyond their imagination.

The bridge was at least three hundred meters long and they were walking way above the ocean. They could hear Sophia and the others struggle to fight the monsters while they casually walked on the bridge.

It only took them a few minutes to reach the castle, and they decided to wait for Sophia and the others.

They waited for an hour until Sophia and the others reached the castle and climbed up to the entrance where Mykel was. They couldn't believe it when they saw the bridge and their effort to reach the castle was useless. But they didn't regret it because they had fun killing the monsters and it helped them gain more achievements.

"We don't mind waiting for a few minutes so you guys can catch your breath, and maybe dry yourself," Victoria giggled as she smirked at Sophia and the others.

"Fuck you, we don't need that," Sophia bumped her shoulder on Victoria's and made her dress wet.

"Are you being serious?" Victoria gave a cold and stern look at Sophia. "If you have a problem, let's settle it right here," she said as she pulled out her daggers.

"I don't have time for this," Mykel sighed and walked in between Sophia and Victoria. "You do you, but I'm going in," he added and opened the giant door made of solid and heavy rock so easily.

Sophia stuck her tongue out at Victoria with a mocking smile as she followed Mykel. The others followed her, only making Victoria more pissed at her and would pay back for what she did.

Mykel understood now that Sophia had Sven's and Manna's personalities and characters. He then assumed that Sable had Rozan's and Nagy's personalities and curiosity. With that being said, Javelin was Shelly and Edith, Felix was Gerrard, Duncan was Gunnar and Vincze.

"It could be Jeanne wasn't the only one who blessed Zachary. Perhaps, Brynhilde as well," Mykel mumbled. "I wonder where the rest are," he added.

"It's funny isn't it?" Aevia asked as she walked backward beside Mykel. "Their existence is enough to affect this whole universe. Creating such a mess in this innocent world, including those Demon Princesses that are originally the source of all chaos," she pointed out.

Mykel didn't say a word and he was ignoring Aevia on purpose.

"No monsters here? What a bummer," Sophia asked as she sniffed the air. "Ah, there's something up ahead, on the highest floor," she added.

"Then we will go straight up," Mykel said.

They climbed the castle until they reached the highest floor and saw something unbelievable. A door made of floating water, and was enough to warn them that they might get trapped inside once they entered.

Mykel walked past the water gate without hesitation, and then Javelin and Zachary followed him. Victoria and the others then entered the room not wanting to miss the fun of fighting Mavisha.

The moment they all entered the room, needle-like droplets were shot at them but stopped before they could be pierced through their skins. Their faces and bodies started to bleed because of the droplets, and they all jolted back and avoided the droplets. It was impossible to dodge, but Thanks to Mykel's power, he stopped them right on time.

"The people who killed my sisters are all here..." A woman with short dark blue hair stood up and her eyes were all black. "None of you will leave this place," she warned and the glass windows shattered as water entered the room.

Javelin manipulated the water and prevented it from flooding the room. She was strong enough to fight Mavisha's power, but that didn't mean she could control every droplet of water. She struggled to hold the massive volume of water and so the others blocked all the droplets that were faster than bullets.

Mykel casually walked toward Mevisha as the droplets broke through the invisible barrier around him. He then dashed forward and appeared right in front of Mevisha, but Mevisha had predicted it and turned into water when Mykel punched her face.

"The whole ocean is her body," Mykel said as he wiggled his hands to get rid of the water.

"Are you fucking serious?!" Duncan asked in disbelief.

"I don't think that's a problem," Mykel said as he froze the water and immediately spread it until the whole ocean became frozen. "If you can't hit a liquid, solidify it first," he added as he walked on the ice and went outside the castle.

Everyone followed him and they still couldn't believe the vast sea had turned into ice. Not only did Mykel create a perfectly built bridge, but he could also turn the ocean into ice. It made them wonder how strong he actually was, and who he was that could possess such power. If there was a God that blessed him with such amazing power, what was the purpose of their own existence if he himself was enough to end the chaos?

Mykel looked around and found where Mavisha was, and that was when the sea of ice crumbled and she appeared from the bottom of the ice. She looked so furious and spread her wings, covering the moonlight.

"You made things easier for me," Mykel raised his hand and pointed it at Mavisha. "Goodbye," he clenched his fist and Mavisha's body exploded by an unknown force.

Everyone was dumbfounded when the supposed to be a strong demon died just like that. They were shocked and it brought back the memory when Zachary saw Mykel melt Sinestra.

"That's it?" Victoria asked.

"That's it," Mykel answered. "At least for now. Let's see if it would be this easy later on," he added.
