Disaster of the Century has hit the Ottoman Empire as a 9.9 Earthquake shakes the Nation.

This was the news across the World as the Earthquake hit the Ottoman Empire. This is the strongest Earthquake ever recorded in human or even possibly in the entire history of the Earth.

The Ottoman Empire was in a disastrous war as over a million men have perished and land lost. Now a Earthquake has hit them as it completely destroyed any remaining resistance they had left.

-Russian Armed Forces Comand-

"Your Highness are you sure about this?"

Constantine asked Anastasia as she tries to regain her stability.

"I am Constantine, I Order the entire Army currently here to advance despite the quake and rescue any civilians they can. The Ottomans have suffered enough in this war, even if it was a premature end to it but we can't let any more die due to this."

Anastasia replied as she stood straight and balanced herself.

"This Earthquake has been ongoing for minutes, I dread the afterquakes that will come."

As she spoke a Army Priest arrived.

"Your Highness, we have got reports, unusual reports."

Anastasia turned to the Priest as she nodded for him to continue.

"The Army currently has occupied more than half of Anatolia but, there is something unprecedented."

Anastasia who keept looking at the Priest said.

"Continue Father, what is unusual about the reports you have received."

The Priest jumped in surprise to be called Father by the Saintess herself.

"As I was saying, I and my fellow Priests believe that this Earthquake isn't of Demonic Origins but of the Earth itself cleansing the corruption."

Anastasia look surprised.

"The Earth itself cleansing the corruption? Explain."

The Priest nodded.

"The Cities we came across were badly damaged from the Earthquake, but the death toll wasn't high. The ones who died were criminals of the highest order, like rapist, pedophiles etc. The Innocents or those who's crimes don't warrant death didn't die, only received mild injuries. It is to our belief that the Demonic activity is a response to the Earth cleansing the corruption. And possibly a Divine Intervention."

Anastasia went into her thoughts. As she thought what the priest said she came to a conclusion.

"So the Earthquake is a response to the Sultan selling the Life and Land of the Ottoman Empire to Demonic Forces. It's actively working against it to clean the corruption and bury the dead soil and replace it with the fertile soil the land once had. So this is the consequence of the Sultans actions. As a result, Demonic Forces are trying to stop it by revealing their presence."

The Priest nodded at Anastasias conclusion.

"If that is so, then we must hasten our progress."

And so by the order of the Emperor, all volunteer rescue services and the Russian Army are to safe the people of the Ottoman Empire and prevent any more bloodshed.

The Earthquake went on for hours as Anastasia send a message to the British Isles and inform them to be careful for any Volcanic eruptions as the Earthquake can cause that due to its magnitude. She also send a letter tho the Persian Monarch warning him to be ready for any eruptions.

Suddenly, the Earthquake intensified due to increased Demonic activities as the ground that makes up the Arabian Tectonic Plate and Anatolian Plate begins to shake at the strength of a 10 magnitude Earthquake and more causing Foultlines to move as the Volcanos begin to spew magma like a fountain.

The whole World was shocked at this turn of events as the World's Nations send in rescue operators and begin to evacuate the Ottoman people.

The ground beneath Anastasia begins to crack as the Army came to a halt.

"We must return now your Highness it's to dangerous, think of our men."

Marshall Michael spoke up.

Anastasias face showed the face of anger and anguish. She can't bear to see this and leave people behind.

"Your Highness, we got a lot of people already, the World also send in help, the population wont be left to die."

Constantine is right, they already have rescued all people from East Anatolia all the way to Ankara.

She clenched her fists as she shut her eyes.

"We are done, we are going home."

She sounded the return order as the Russian Army went to the Black Sea and get picked up by the Black Sea Fleet and the Romanian and Bulgarian Fleets in a combined operation.

-Constantinople, Sultans Palace-

"Your Majesty we must leave immediately!"

The Prime Minister shouted as he quiverd.

The Sultan Mehmets face turned crimson in anger.

"Never! I will never leave my Throne that I got with my hard work! I got God on my side, I will survive!"

The Prime Minister gave up after hearing the Sultans refusal.

The Greeks have already arrived within Constantinople to initiate rescue operation, if the Sultan doesn't want to leave then let him stay!

"Where are you going, come back you coward! Why, why is this happening. I was promised to rule the World! That man lied to me! I was supposed to be great, the best! I sold the Empire to be the greatest there ever is! I can-BOOOOOM!!!!"

The Palace collapsed in wake of the Quakes as the Sultan died before the he realized his dead. He who so arrogantly said that God was on his side died. For God deemed him fallen as the Earth consumed him in its rage for trying to give up a Part of itself to the Fallen.

The Operation to rescue the civilians of the Ottoman Empire was mostly a success as the people left the crumbling Empire behind as magma gushed out of dormant Volcanos and the Tectonic Plates moved by meters affecting its surrounding plates.

Weirdly something was noticed by the Church and the Forces close to to specific cities.

The Church saw a faint glowing Dome that enveloped Constantinople, Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Nazareth. Those cities are unaffected by the Earthquake as any other cities got destroyed. Some cities also got the same Dome but not at the same intensity such as Antioch and Damascus. Mecca and Medina also got the Dome.

This brought more questions to the Church to the reason of the Domes, was it the act of God?

Whatever it may be, those cities are save but empty of civilians.

As the World's Forces retreat with the rescued people the see how the land behind them cracks and burns. The Zagros Mountains protect the Persian Empire as the Caucasus does the same with the Russian Empire.

Tsunamis have hit Europe and North Africa with the Suez Canal being blocked by Earth.

The Ottomans Empire is no more.
