Devil Slave (Satan system)

Chapter 1343: The Clash of Broken Wings and Blackened Horns.

...The air thickened. The frost of the Ninth Layer trembled.

Enel stepped forward slowly, blades gleaming with magic-infused heat, even in the sub-zero abyss. He could feel it—not just danger—but legend.

Before him stood nine titans, each one an ancient, primodial being.

Beings of power that predated sin itself—beings who would, in the future, become the embodiment of Hell's Seven Deadly Sins and more.

But now? They were raw. Unrefined. Unclaimed.

They stood like mountains before the horde of gathered demons.

Each of them was different.

One stood tall and reptilian, her tail curling with jagged black crystals. Another was smoke and armor, without a face, only a hollow ring of fire for a head. One was a beast of stone with no mouth, breathing through its skin. Another floated, its limbs long and serpentine, its chest open, revealing a beating dark heart. Some were angelic in appearance, others grotesque—but all of them… radiated absolute dominion.

Yet something struck Enel immediately.

'No Gluttony… no Greed… no Lust… No Sloth," he muttered.

Of course…

His eyes narrowed.

Lucifer hasn't lost in the garden of Eden just yet. It was only after he did, that he changed plans and took over hell.

He hasn't rewritten them…

It was no wonder Pride was Seen as the very sin.

They were still pure in form—not in morality, but in identity. Their monstrous might was untethered to sin.

And that made them a different kind of… dangerous.

After all, Enel was used to fighting demons that relied a lot on their 'Sin' origins. This was rather unique.

But Enel didn't shrink back. His grip on his dual blades tightened, the edges crackling with chaos energy. He took a step forward and called out.

"I know who you are... You know, I kinda have a personal 'beef' with you."—at least with your descendants.he added in his mind.

The first to step forward was a woman.

Tall, built for war, yet undeniably graceful. Her skin was obsidian and shimmered faintly, like starlight trapped in stone. Her broad wings stretched with commanding power—too sharp to be feathers, too fluid to be leather.

This was Asmodeus. The demon that would become the origin of Lust.

She was lightly dressed, her armor carved to expose joints and muscles for maximum motion, and not seduction. And her eyes simply cold, calculating—studied him like a predator weighing its prey.

Yet, Enel could see a bit of innocence in them.

Who could have thought that he would find innocence in the eyes of a primordial demon.

"You stand in the threshold of my dominion," she said

"You trespass, Vermin. Speak your name… before I unmake it."

Enel tilted his head, a playful smirk forming.

"Oh stop with the formalities and bullshit."

That made her blink. Slightly. Surprised.

"I'm Lenny Tales. And let's be honest—this whole standoff isn't about trespassing.

You want to test me. You want to know if I deserve to walk here, in and out your so called domain. Because here in Hell, strength is law.... and... Permission is just decoration."

He spun his swords with a lazy grace, but his stance shifted. Ready. Focused.

"So… come on. Hurry it up. You won't die..."

'My betrothed has not been born yet'.

"...But I can't promise the pain will be affordable."

She frowned, annoyed.

"You presume much."

"Asmodeus," Enel said with a grin. "Or… the one who'll eventually wear that name..."

That was when it happened—

A rush of feathers. A scream of wind.

From above, the sky tore open.

White wings descended—cold, rigid, divine.

The Fallen Angels.

A host of angels. Their halos beautiful but broken. Their weapons pure. They landed with unnatural grace, their arrival sending ripples of divinity through the hellish cold.

Even the primordial demons turned. As if to say—"Already?"

The lead angel—Uriel's voice echoed:

"Surrender the fugitives. My master desires an audience with them."

Uriel really did not know what was so special about this 'being' he was chasing around. Humans had newly been created by the one above all, so surely, it could not be it.

But after clashing blades with Enel, he could tell by origin of his gift as an angel that Enel had human origins. But that was not all. He also had Angelic, and also demonic.

Enel was a walking contradiction that really challenged all that this fallen angel knew.

Right now, he really wanted to tear Enel open and see what made him tick inside.

After all, even Lucifer was interested in this one.

What he did not know was that Enel had not released all he had.

This battle. This was the battle that will inspire Uriel to wait for a future where he coukd finally meet Lenny Tales again.

Asmodeus sneered and looked back at her kin and the other primordials.

"There's no time for ritual," she growled. "Demons of the Threshold—attack!"

The abyss exploded into chaos.

Demons and fallen angels clashed in a storm of wings, flame, void, and bone.

Meanwhile, Asmodeus stepped toward Enel. Her wings flared, slicing the wind.

"We fight now."

"Been waiting for that," Enel whispered.

With that, she charged.

The earth beneath her shattered as she lunged with a shadowy blade, only for Enel to parry it with his chaos-forged sword. The impact shook the ice fields, sending a shockwave that flattened nearby lava-frozen spires.

She spun midair, slashing again with incredible ferocity—but Enel slid beneath her strike, rising with an uppercut of flame-laced energy that singed the edge of her wings.

She hissed, retaliating with a breath of smoke that turned to spikes mid-flight, but Enel vanished, appearing behind her using spatial flicker magic. He twisted and kicked her mid-back, sending her crashing into a frozen wall.

This was a human being, fighting with a literal mountain of a Demon, and his kick delivered such damage to her.

The other eight demons growled—but none moved to help her. This was her challenge. Her duel.

As she rose, more pissed than hurt, Enel pointed one blade toward the sky and the other toward the ground. He spun them once and called out:

"Better hurry. I'm in a mood to fight angels too."
