Dragon Ball: Rise Without End

"Are you... also Saiyans?"

Cabba and the other Saiyans looked confused as they faced Rayden and his group.

"Rayden, you must be mistaken," Vegeta said, glancing around suspiciously. "They don't even have tails."

Rayden smiled. "The Seventh and Sixth Universes are twin universes. Anything our universe has, theirs might as well—but with slight differences."

He pointed toward the group. "One of those differences is that the Saiyans from Universe Six don't have tails."

"Oh, that makes sense!" Vegeta and the others suddenly understood.

Cabba, still puzzled, asked, "Another universe...? Why have you come to Planet Sadala?"

Rayden responded plainly, "We're looking for powerful fighters. We came here hoping to find one."

Vegeta stepped forward, eyeing Cabba's hairstyle—it was strikingly similar to his own. "So, you're Saiyans too. You must be able to transform, right?"

"Transform? Into what?" Cabba looked even more confused.

Vegeta's eye twitched. "Quit pretending. Transform and fight me already!"

"I-I don't know what you're talking about!" Cabba replied nervously.

"Hmph!" Vegeta growled and transformed into Super Saiyan 1 in a burst of golden energy. His aura flared as his hair turned gold.

"You can't do this?"

Cabba stared in awe. "I didn't know Saiyans could even do that!"

Vegeta's face twisted in frustration. "You call yourself a Saiyan? You're a disgrace!"

"I-I'm sorry! None of us here in Universe Six know how to transform! C-Can you teach me?"

"You pathetic weakling!" Vegeta shouted and suddenly launched an attack at Cabba.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

"Ahhh!!"

Cabba was completely overwhelmed, unable to resist as Vegeta pounded him with punch after punch.

Seeing Cabba getting battered, the rest of the Sixth Universe Saiyans charged at Vegeta, determined to stop him.

But it was pointless.

Boom!

With just a few moves, Vegeta knocked them all out effortlessly—one punch for each. The battlefield quieted.

"You useless garbage!" Vegeta sneered as he kicked Cabba. "I should just destroy this planet while I'm at it!"

"NOOO!!"

Cabba screamed in defiance. His energy suddenly began to surge. The ground beneath him shook violently.

Golden light enveloped his body. His hair rose and changed to gold—he had transformed into a Super Saiyan.

The pressure of his energy spread across the area.

Cabba launched himself at Vegeta, his eyes filled with determination. He threw a punch—but Vegeta casually blocked it with one hand, smiling.

"You've finally done it. You're a Super Saiyan now."

"Huh?" Cabba blinked, confused. He looked down at himself.

Golden aura. Gold hair. Raw power.

"I... I transformed?! This power is incredible!"

Cabba quickly bowed to Vegeta. "Thank you for helping me awaken this power!"

Goku scratched the back of his head and laughed. "I honestly thought Vegeta was going to kill them and blow up the whole planet."

Everyone chuckled at Goku's bluntness.

Vegeta grunted. "That was just Super Saiyan 1. There are plenty more transformations after this."

He demonstrated each form in sequence—Super Saiyan 2, 3, God, Blue, and even Super Saiyan 4.

Cabba watched in complete awe. "Unbelievable... So many forms?!"

Rayden stepped in. "Vegeta, we should leave. I sense a large number of Saiyans heading this way."

"Alright."

Vegeta gave Cabba one last look before flying to Rayden's side.

Rayden then used Instant Transmission and teleported everyone off the planet.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Moments later, groups of Saiyans from across Planet Sadala arrived.

"Cabba, who were you fighting just now?"

"How did your hair turn gold?! What's going on?"

A swarm of voices surrounded him.

Cabba could only begin explaining everything from the beginning.

Universe 7 – Earth.

Swish!

Rayden reappeared near Goten and Trunks with the rest of the group.

Goten looked up from his wristwatch. "Uncle Rayden? Why are you back already?"

"Goten! Trunks!" Vegeta frowned. "Rayden, when did we return to Earth?"

Rayden let out a breath. "I searched all over Universe Six and found no worthy opponents. Champa wasn't home either, so I figured we'd head back for now."

Goku suggested, "Rayden, if you're free, why not train with us?"

Rayden shook his head. "I'm heading to Korin Tower for something. You guys go ahead and train with Broly and the others."

He disappeared using Instant Transmission.

As soon as he left, Goku grinned and dragged Broly, Cell, and Paragus into a friendly sparring session.

The kids, Goten and Trunks, didn't hesitate to join. Both transformed into Super Saiyan Gods and launched themselves into battle.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Even with six people attacking together—Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks—Broly, Cell, and Paragus held their ground.

Eventually, Broly told Cell and Paragus to join Goku's side—he would fight everyone by himself.

Rayden reappeared at Korin Tower.

Korin was sitting peacefully, stroking his beard. "Rayden? What brings you here?"

Rayden got straight to the point. "Master Korin, do you have any Senzu Beans left?"

Korin peered into a nearby jar. "Only five or six. You can take them if you want."

Rayden didn't take them immediately. "Master Korin, how do you grow Senzu Beans?"

Korin blinked. "They require very special soil. Ordinary soil won't work. I can only grow them in one small pot, which is why the yield is always so low."

"Take me there," Rayden said. "I might be able to help."

"Make them grow faster?" Korin was skeptical, but agreed.

He led Rayden to a small potted plant. "This is the only spot where Senzu Beans can grow."

Rayden was shocked. "Only one plant? That explains the scarcity."

He placed his hand over the plant and activated his plant growth induction ability.

A gentle green glow enveloped the Senzu plant. In seconds, it began to blossom, then bear fruit—mature Senzu Beans—all within under a minute.

Korin's jaw dropped. "Incredible! What kind of ability is that?"

"Just a technique that stimulates plant growth," Rayden replied modestly.

"Well, thanks to you, we won't have to worry about running out of beans anymore," Korin said happily.

Rayden picked the ripe beans, planted another, and repeated the process.

Meanwhile, Korin laid out the fresh beans to dry so they could be stored.

One week later...

"Rayden! That's enough! We've run out of room!" Korin shouted, rushing over in a panic.

Rayden turned around and saw the entire tower filled with jars of Senzu Beans.

"Understood!" he smiled, then began storing the jars in his storage ring.

Before leaving, Rayden caught a giant fish and gifted it to Master Korin as thanks.

Swish!

Using Instant Transmission again, Rayden returned to Earth, right to the training grounds.

"Rayden!" everyone called out as he arrived.

Rayden looked at Broly. "How's the training going?"

Broly frowned. "Honestly, it's nothing like training in the Dragon God Realm. I'm holding back too much to avoid hurting Kakarot and the others."

Gohan added, "Uncle Rayden, we can't recover from injuries like we used to... We have to be careful."

Rayden grinned. "Well, I've solved that problem."

He reached into his storage ring and pulled out five full jars of Senzu Beans.

Goku's jaw dropped. "Rayden! Where did you get all those?!"

"I helped Master Korin grow them. Now, you don't have to worry about injuries anymore. I'll join you!"

Gohan carefully moved the jars into the house for safekeeping, while Rayden handed out small handfuls to each warrior to keep on their person.

BOOM! BAM!

Now that they had a reliable healing source, everyone went all-out in their sparring. Energy blasts lit up the sky, and thunderous clashes echoed across the land.

No one held back.
