Evil God Online: Multiversal Slaughter System

Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Womb of Madness – Slaughter's Baptism

The void groaned.

A soundless tremor passed through the fractured heavens, like the final breath of a dying god whispering across infinite cosmos. In that moment, everything stilled.

Ruin Xian opened his eyes.

He wasn't floating anymore—he was falling. Plummeting through a kaleidoscope of broken realities, his body felt both weightless and impossibly dense. Limbs stretched and condensed. Memories screamed. He passed through the fragmented bones of fallen pantheons, through suns that bled black ichor, through mirrors showing him versions of himself where he had never been betrayed.

Then, with a shattering jolt—

He landed.

The impact didn't break the ground. It broke the silence.

Around him, a realm stitched together from suffering and entropy greeted him. A scorched battlefield stretched endlessly. War banners woven from flayed godskin flapped in a wind that didn't exist. Mountains rose like broken fingers from a corpse's hand. And from above, a blood moon—twisted with glyphs of madness—cast its glow upon him.

The Dread Cross Gate had delivered him.

And now, he stood at the threshold of Madness Incarnate.

Slaughter Genesis: Baptism of a Broken Deity

A dozen silhouettes emerged from the mists—figures half-machine, half-beast, with jagged halos made of suffering. They bore the insignia of the Multiversal System Wardens—entities that maintained the corruption equilibrium. Each was a former god twisted into functionaries of a cause no longer righteous.

"Another infected parasite breaches the Slaughtered Genesis," one rasped.

"Purge him. Restore balance."

But Ruin Xian only smiled. A slow, cracked grin that spread like poison.

"Balance... is the delusion of the weak. I bring truth. I bring imbalance."

He stepped forward.

And the Womb of Madness responded.

The ground beneath him pulsed like flesh. Veins emerged, glowing purple and red, spreading outward like cancer. From his chest, tendrils of reversed sanity erupted—twisting symbols that defied Euclidean understanding. Reality buckled.

His mind shattered—and reformed itself.

"You call me infected? Then kneel before the infection that births gods."

He raised his hand.

Reverse Insanity Awakens: Devourer's Domain

The atmosphere fractured. His aura bled into the air like a plague. He activated a new form—Madness Domain: Devourer's Womb.

Inside this domain, logic died. Swords turned into serpents mid-strike. Time reversed in stuttering spasms. The Wardens screamed, their holy mantras turning into nonsensical laughter.

"What is he?"

"He's rewriting our functions—with his thoughts!"

Ruin Xian moved like a storm of nightmares, phasing through one, wrapping his hand around its spine—pulling out not bone, but soul. The creature dissolved into screaming equations.

Another tried to flee. Ruin blinked, and a mirror of the Warden appeared ahead, stopping it. The mirror spoke:

"We do not run from ourselves."

And they tore into each other.

Birth of the Slaughter System

As Ruin Xian crushed the last Warden into conceptual gore, the blood moon howled.

And it began.

In the sky, a vortex of corrupted prayers opened. The Slaughter System—a long-dormant monstrosity—latched onto his soul like a newborn parasite hungry for flesh.

He heard its voice.

[System Online: Welcome, Host. Your sins have summoned me.]

[New Function Unlocked: Reality Entropy Conversion.]

[Slaughter Targets: 3,223,998 Remaining. Would you like to begin, Ruin Xian?]

[Begin Y/N]

He laughed.

"Y."

The domain cracked.

New Challenger: Corrupted Goddess - Sythra Vell

Then everything stopped again.

A soft, mocking clap echoed from the horizon.

From the crimson sky descended a woman.

Tall. Skin pale like virgin snow stained with blood. Her silver hair flowed like unraveling code, and her eyes—two infinite spirals—reflected every universe that had died screaming. Her robes were stitched from forgotten prayers.

"So, you're the new mad god. You're cute."

"Who are you?" Ruin Xian asked.

She floated before him, caressing his cheek.

"I am Sythra Vell, Guardian of the Cradles of Collapse. And darling... I've come to test your madness."

She placed a single finger on his chest.

The world turned inside out.

Final Phase: Battle of Conceptual Reversal

They clashed—not in physical space, but in meaning. Words became blades. Emotion became weapon. Memory became terrain.

Ruin screamed as Sythra tore out a version of him who had never lost his family. She dangled it in front of him like bait.

"Do you want it back? Or shall I make it beg?"

He responded by opening another domain within his domain—The Grave of Reason.

Within it, Sythra began to burn.

But she only laughed harder.

"Burn me, Mad God. I want to see what lies beyond your limits."

And for the first time since his reawakening—

Ruin Xian felt thrill.
