Fairy Tail: Strongest Creature

Chapter 141: I Am Stronger Than You

As soon as Zero realized that Su Yan's continuous assaults were too relentless, he attempted to fly backward, tossing up a magical barrier.

"Dark Barrier!!"

A thick shield of dark energy manifested before him, meeting Su Yan's incoming Haki Sword head-on.

Boom—!!!

Crack—!!

Fractures ran across the magic barrier; the Haki Sword also shattered under the impact, each fragment dissolving into arcs of violet Haki. Then the explosive recoil blasted Zero off his feet.

"Ugh!" Zero yelped, body tumbling across the stone floor. Su Yan didn't let up—he paused only briefly before rushing in again, forming yet another Haki Sword in mid-step.

A swing of that sword slammed into Zero, who howled as the blow sent him crashing away like a rag doll.

"Arrgh—!"

Zero skidded along the city platform, dazed, but Su Yan refused to give him time to recover. He formed a third Haki Sword in front of his fingertips—each sword condensing faster than Zero could gather himself.

"y-you…!" Zero's face contorted with fury. "Stop acting so cocky—!"

"Dark Gravity!!"

Suddenly, the weight around Su Yan magnified dozens of times. The stone beneath his feet splintered under the intense pressure as he sank into a crater.

"Dark Capriccio!!"

Riding that gravitational advantage, Zero dove in, hurling multiple bolts of dark magic like bullets. Explosions erupted around Su Yan's form.

"Boom, boom, boom!!!"

Amid the smoke, Zero lashed out a whip—dark energy coiling like a flailing cable.

Snap!

But Su Yan's hand shot out, grabbing the crackling whip before it could strike.

"Om—!"

A shockwave of Conqueror's Haki pulsed from Su Yan, forcing Zero to recoil in alarm.

"Ugh!" Zero's momentum broke. Seizing that opening, Su Yan coalesced a massive Haki Sword in front of him—an embodiment of his Haki that dwarfed Zero.

"G-Get away!" Zero blurted, attempting to conjure a protective shield.

Boom—!!!

The colossal Haki blade slammed him, sending him flying through several ancient floors. His scream echoed as he crashed, eventually ramming into Nirvana's central control tower.

Su Yan, never losing pace, vaulted after him—leaping up the tower's fractured remains. They continued clashing amid collapsing corridors, each strike rattling the structure. Zero tried everything—dark blasts, gravitational pulses, space-shattering arcs of shadow. Yet Su Yan's Armament-like defense and relentless Domineering attacks overwhelmed him.

A swift kick from Su Yan sent Zero's body flipping through the air once more.

"Gaahh!!"

Zero landed hard on the tower's summit, struggling upright. Though not mortally wounded, he was breathless, and the fierce light in his eyes flickered with uncertainty. Meanwhile, Su Yan dropped onto the tower from above, barely appearing winded.

"How—?!" Zero spat, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth. "No one's forced me this far!"

From the start of their fight, Zero had mustered a barrage of lethal spells. But Su Yan—though he'd taken a few minor hits—still seemed unfazed. In truth, the bruises on Su Yan's arms were negligible compared to the punishment Zero had taken.

Zero knew if the battle persisted, he might be the one to die. Already, his body ached with the vicious pounding Su Yan had delivered.

He made a choice: a single, decisive blow. "You… brat… I underestimated you. But everything ends here. Anyone who defies Oración Seis must perish. You'll meet your end with my greatest magic."

Zero lifted his arms in a motion reminiscent of shaping cosmic energy. His magic flared, condensing into a vortex of darkness between his hands.

Su Yan folded one arm across his chest, the other lifted, conjuring more Haki Swords. "Got your big finisher? Great. I've got mine too—just do it quick, so we can go home."

Zero's lip curled. "Dark Delete? No, I'll go beyond! Genesis Zero! Let this creation of emptiness wipe out your existence!"

The swirling darkness above Zero's palms quaked, forming what looked like a gate wreathed in black lightning—"Devil's Door." Opening it revealed countless wailing shadows shrieking forth toward Su Yan.

Zero laughed maniacally: "Genesis Zero—devour his soul, his memories, his entire being! Hahaha… vanish to the void of 'None'!!"

Su Yan's eyes narrowed as legions of black phantoms rushed at him. He raised both arms, summoning a volley of Haki Swords around him.

"Go—!!"

Boom—!!

Swords met phantoms in a thunderous collision. Black-and-red lightning crackled among the swirling ghosts. The phantoms fought fiercely, threatening to overwhelm the swords. But Su Yan's Haki was mighty, the spiritual force behind each blade forcing back the ghosts.

Sparks and shockwaves raked the battlefield, toppling the tower's upper walls. Gradually, the Domineering Swords surged closer to Zero, pushing back the howling apparitions.

"N-No! Impossible!!" Zero roared in disbelief. "My absolute magic is being suppressed?!"

Su Yan allowed himself a faint, confident grin. "Isn't it obvious? I'm stronger than you."

He poured even more energy into the final push, the Haki Swords punching through the last wave of spirits, continuing forward—

"No—!!!" Zero's final scream broke the night as the volley of swords bombarded him. The tower's summit exploded in violent crescendos of Haki energy, demolishing the structure beneath Zero's feet.

Boom-boom-boom—!!!

When the dust settled, Zero lay half-buried in rubble, body limp and battered. The controlling tower collapsed, leaving no trace of Zero's great magic. He'd been struck down, just as every other Oración Seis member before him.

Atop the shattered remains of Nirvana, Su Yan stood triumphantly, exhaling. The final threat of Oración Seis—Zero—had fallen to his unstoppable onslaught. Far below, Wendy, Carla, Happy, and Natsu gazed in relief, witnessing the last enemy's defeat.

The colossal city-likewise monstrous weapon—Nirvana—ground to a halt, its power source and master dethroned.
