Chapter 310: 301 Reverse the Situation

Linyin's effort came a bit too late. She finally found a viable way to overload the Shield Array by collecting various usage data, but by that time, the Shield Array, already suffering from a barrage of hits, had reached its nadir and, after Bai Zhongqi's combination with Homeland Titan dealt a devastating blow, it completely collapsed.

Over two hundred Teizene Warships had their power cores severely damaged at this point, a side effect of the Shield Array technology being breached. The Teizene Warships, in terms of technological prowess, were still more than a generation behind the Star Alliance Warships. Without the protection of the Shield Arrays, even an Escort Ship of the Iridium Star could match their Cruisers.

On the Iron Duke Escort Ship, both Bell and Walnut diligently performed their duties at their battle stations—one as the Radar Officer and the other as the Intelligence Officer. Moreover, most of the crew aboard the Iron Duke came from the slaves Bai Zhongqi had rescued from the Teizenes.

At this moment, Bell was already a highly competent female soldier. She could hardly contain her excitement, but still, she responsibly received and relayed all sorts of intelligence gathered by the warship detection systems. Her close sister, Walnut, began to amalgamate this intelligence and responded to it accordingly.

Looking at Walnut, Bell said, "The Teizenes are done for!"

Walnut was still more cautious, yet joy was evident in her eyes, "We can't let our guard down until the very last moment."

Bell couldn't help herself and said, "Lina and the others were really amazing, inspiring everyone in the most difficult times."

Walnut smiled, "We're not too shabby ourselves."

"Yes, we have avenged many of our Feiju Star compatriots! Today, after defeating the Teizene Fleet, we will be able to defeat even more Teizene Fleets in the future, liberate more comrades and planets, so that everyone no longer needs to fear those Lizard People and can lead better lives."

The Beam Cannons on the Iron Duke rained fire on a Teizene Escort Ship that had lost its protection. Bell and Walnut eagerly watched the scene unfold; after sustaining a massive onslaught from the Iron Duke, the Teizene Escort Ship couldn't hold out any longer and exploded into a ball of fire in outer space.

Meanwhile, in the outer space of Earth, over three hundred Star Alliance Warships were converging their most formidable firepower on their enemies. The most brilliant among them was the Homeland Titan, encircled by large and small warships at the very center of the formation.

This Warship, whose volume might be larger than all the other Warships combined, was exceptionally fierce and spectacular after its transformation into a Warship. When Bai Zhongqi first received the Homeland Stone, he utilized the mysterious technology of the Elder Race to set it as the now Homeland Titan—a secret he kept to himself, never revealing it to the public.

In the past, civilizations that obtained the Homeland Stone predominantly saw it as a means to cross the universe, a paradise capable of spanning the cosmos. However, when Bai Zhongqi learned of the Homeland Stone's ability to manufacture and navigate, he naturally designated it with a dual purpose—Homeland Titan.

On this Homeland Titan, Bai Zhongqi installed countless offensive and defensive weapons. Not to mention, with the support of energy from the mysterious technology left by the Elder Race, the shields that could be raised by the transformed Homeland Titan warship were nearly impregnable to the massive fleets of ordinary civilizations. Furthermore, Bai Zhongqi created the awe-inspiring tactical strike weapon through the fusion of the main battle ship and the Homeland Titan—the Doom Beam Cannon.

With a single-shot output of 9800MW concentrated at one point, its destructive power was extremely astonishing. Before this, the people of Iridium Star had also considered similar weapons, but they did not possess a warship powerful enough to bear such a domineering energy output. Only the technological foundation of the Homeland Titan, preserved from the ancient cosmos, could turn the technology concepts of Iridium Star into reality.

Still harboring a spirit of defiance, Su Beisi had completely lost his composure by now. He couldn't accept that after all his planning and efforts, he was utterly obliterated by the trump card presented by Earth humans at the end. His emotions completely collapsed when he killed his own guard officer. The hysterical Su Beisi still refused to accept defeat, while the Teizene, who were single-mindedly determined to fight to the death, had no intention of escaping in fear.

In their eyes, the Homeland Titan, the size of a small asteroid, intermittently fired the sacred and unstoppable Doom Beam Cannon from its bow. All around the Homeland Titan warship, hundreds of thousands of weapons fiercely fired, like a thousand-armed deity, ready to pulverize the enemy in front of it.

When missile after missile and electromagnetic cannon round after round struck their warships, they had no chance to recover; these Teizene warships would be directly penetrated and detonated.

At this moment, Wang Dudu, energized as if on a high, jumped down from the captain's chair and paced back and forth on the bridge, shouting, "Jilin, hurry up, this is the best time for us bounty hunters to rack up achievements. Let's also take down a main battle ship to show off our prowess!"

Jilin angrily retorted, "Are you seeking death? Even though these Teizene warships might be without shields, they still have cannon fire. If our escort ship charges into their fleet, we will be the unlucky ones. If we're not careful, we might even get hit by friendly fire."

Wang Dudu, anxiously hopping on the spot, pointed to a position on the star map and yelled, "See that? Right there, that's a blind spot in the enemy's firing range. If we get underneath that spot, we can shoot upwards and snatch kills in minutes!"

Quickly calculating, Jilin realized that the area Wang Dudu pointed to was indeed a blind spot in the Teizene Fleet's firing range. In space, there is no true up, down, left, or right, but the warships relativly position each other. As the Teizene warships were facing off against the Star Alliance warships head-on, most of their cannon fire was on a flat trajectory or aimed upwards. Only at their lower rear were most of their cannons unable to cover. To attack that area, they would need to adjust their ship's orientation, which meant they could no longer respond to the massive number of Star Alliance warships in front of them.

Jilin wasted no time in maneuvering the warship into action. Neither she nor Wang Dudu were filled with heroic bravado; they would not pass up the opportunity to steal kills when it mattered. The Jilin swiftly circled to position itself directly underneath the blind spot at the rear lower part of the Teizene fleet. Jilin immediately directed all of the ship's cannons at a Teizene battleship and opened fire fiercely.

This Teizene battleship, after being hammered by the barrage, tried to turn and retaliate against the Jilin. However, under Wang Dudu's slick maneuvering, the Jilin evasively shifted positions, always hiding within the blind spot. Finally, after firing over forty rounds of cannon fire, they managed to completely destroy the Teizene battleship.
