Galaxy Sentinels: Nova Force

Inside the Nova Chamber, Lyra and Jett lay unconscious on separate med-pods. Their suits were off, their skin pale, veins darkening with the spread of Noctira's virus.

Zevor: "Neurological disruption increasing. Their minds are being pulled inward—into memory loops."

Kael: "They're trapped… in their own heads."

Inside Lyra's Mind

She stood in a quiet dojo, the air thick with incense and discipline. Her mother, stern but graceful, corrected Lyra's stance mid-kata.

Mother: "Again. Balance, Lyra. Not perfection—presence."

Young Lyra, barely thirteen, moved through the motions—flowing, precise, full of purpose. But then——a flash of shadow tore through the scene. The dojo fractured. Her mother vanished.

Suddenly Lyra was alone, clutching a broken camera, surrounded by warped reflections of herself—some crying, some angry, all whispering:

"You weren't strong enough.""You couldn't stop it.""Beauty won't save anyone."

She dropped to her knees, shaking—until a faint echo broke through the noise.

Kael's voice (distant): "Lyra! You're not alone. You've never been alone."

Inside Jett's Mind

He was eight, standing outside a burning building. Sirens blared. A paramedic held him back as he screamed for his sister—still trapped inside.

The scene jumped—he was older now, sitting in a cold foster home, silent as arguments echoed down the hall.

"You're too much trouble.""That kid's broken.""He'll end up just like his dad."

Jett looked down at himself—his hands were glowing with void energy. His shadow was laughing.

Shadow Jett: "You keep joking because the truth's too ugly, huh? They'll all leave you, just like she did."

He clenched his fists. Alone.

Then—

Lyra's voice (distant): "You're stronger than the dark, Jett. Let it go."

Back in the real world, Lyra gasped. Jett jolted upright.

The virus hadn't broken them—it had shown them what they still carried.

Kael (relieved): "You're back."Rayna (checking readings): "Virus halted. Not cured—but stalled."Zevor: "They resisted infection through emotional memory anchors. Impressive."

Zayn: "But Noctira's still out there. And next time… we might not be so lucky."
