"After losing contact, surviving observers consulted our Inazuma diplomat. Analysis shows the Endgame Squad, Okuzume, and Tenryou Commission eliminated the Riou investigators. On Ritou, some were caught by the local magistrate stealing One System, Ten Thousand Divine Machines. Others, storming Ritou Shrine, were killed by its Palace Maiden, Reisen Anko," the knight said, his face twisting.

"Most critically, Reisen Anko is far stronger than Reisen Riou."

They'd expected junior mikos—Inazuma's elite but manageable units, especially with apprentices as burdens. Accurate intel promised a clean sweep of Ritou Shrine. Raiden Ei and Makoto's Eternity-driven innovations dominated, especially Ei's, blending unscientific intuition with scientific traces.

He even found Thunderous Yougou Divine Machine tech, less detailed than his direct transmission from Ei, riddled with errors as written records.

Any leaked forbidden knowledge would spark chaos. Trained as a Shogunate official, Reisen Riou knew the stakes and kept it locked in his head.
