Harry Potter: The Lightning King

Everyone follows Snape instructions and start to brew the Boil Potion. Harry starts to brew the Boil Potion with Hermione. First, Harry started with crushing the snake fang and place in a vial with water. Second, he activated the Brewing Stand with the Blaze Rod, making the vial heats up. Next, he puts in Horn Slug in the Brewing Stand. Then, he takes out the vial and stir it clocked wise to mix evenly. After that, he put the vial back and add Dried Nettles Porcupine Quills, Pungous Onions, Flobberworm Mucus, and Ginger Root. Finally, he took out the Blaze Rod to turn off the heat and add Shrake Spine.

Hermione watch Harry made the Potion without taking a second look at the board and was impressed. Ron was jealous of Hermione because he wishes Harry was his partner. If Ron was paying attention, he would notice that Dudley managed to finish the Potion 1 minute after Harry. Snape walked by and gave them both a head nod.

"Good job Dudley, 5 points for Slytherin" said Snape, making the Slytherin students cheered.

Hermione gave Snape a gloomy look and want to say Harry finish first but was stop by Harry. Harry stops Hermione because he saw his aunt coming this way.

"Severus, what did I said about playing favoritism? It was clear that Harry finish first, but you still gave point to Dudley. Don't spoil Dudley just because he is your student" scolded Petunia.

All the first year had their mouth wide open. Everyone heard rumors about Snape and how he is a cruel man. Everyone was expecting him to reprimand Petunia, but he had his head down and didn't dare to talk back.

Most of the Slytherin students was even more surprised because no one knew that Snape had a secret disciple, especially Draco. He looks at Dudley and was even more scared of him. Draco was going to snitch to Snape about Dudley fighting in the halls but now change his mind.

After Petunia finish lecturing Snape, she gave Snape a signal to make thing right. Snape was ready to stand up for himself but when he looks at Petunia again, he gave up, so he turns toward Harry with a gloomy look.

"10 point Gryffindor" mumbled Snape

"What? I can't hear you," said Harry.

"10 points for Gryffindor" announces Snape

Gryffindor's student cheered. While the student was cheering Petunia walks over to the gloomy Snape and gave him a quick peck on the cheeks when no one was looking.

"Thank you" whispered Petunia

Snape face went from gloomy, to happy, then to love drunk. He is now having a silly look on his face.

"Geez get a room," said Dudley.

After hearing Dudley, Petunia become embarrassed and went to help other students make potions. Snape snapped out of his fantasy and smack Dudley head with a book. Then he went to check on other students.

"What did I do?" Ask Dudley.

"Maybe it's better to keep your mouth shut," said Ron

"Yeah, he might be your stepdad really soon," said Harry.

"Doesn't it bother you Dudley?" Ask Hermione

"As long as he keeps my mom happy and buy me food, I don't care who she dates," said Dudley. Harry and Ron just shrugged their shoulder. Who are they to judge.

After class everyone managed to brew a potion thanks to the Brewing Stand and Petunia guidance. Snape is relieved that nothing blows up today and there was progress in his Potion class. So, he gave every student 1 of the 3 Boil Potion. The student look at the Boil Potion and didn't know what to do with it since they don't have a Boil on them.

Petunia step forward and explained " you can keep the Potion or trade it with Steve for material or Galleons"

"How much Galleons do I get for 1 Boil Potion?" Ask Student #1

Steve let's out a grunt which no one understands but Petunia pulls out a long parchment and scan over it.

"1 Boil Potion for 1 Sickle( 17 Sickles = 1 Galleons)" said Petunia.

"Wow I can be rich just by making Boil Potions" said the Student #1.

"Do you think it's that easy?" Ask Snape.

"No, I mean....." said Student #1

"If it weren't for the Brewing Stand, 90% of you would have failed to make the potion," said Snape.

"I heard it of this Brewing Stand in the market recently. It is guaranteed to brew a potion and save material. Lastly, it won't cause any explosion. The Brewing Stand downside is that it needs a specific material, it cost 500,000 Galleons and its a time limited item so every pure-blooded family is rushing to get one," said Draco.

All the student look at the Brewing Stand with greed but they got rid of that thought when they saw Snape glaring eyes. Everyone just exchanges their potion for a Sickle and rushed out. Harry said goodbye to his aunt and went to the dining hall to have lunch.

When Harry and his group got to the dining hall, they saw student either studying, eat, or talk among each. When Harry sat down a House Elf appeared next to him. It turns out to be Poppy the house elf Harry taught.

"Mr Potter, is there anything you would like to eat?" Ask Poppy

Before Harry can answer Dudley jump and said "Pizza"

Poppy looks at Harry and she received a nod from him, so she went back to the kitchen and start cooking pizza using Magical Cooking. After a couple of minutes, the 10 large pizza appears in front of Harry and his group. The aroma of the pizza spread throughout the hall, so some student requested pizza but the pizza they got doesn't smell as good as Harry's pizza.

"Hey Harry, why is your food different from ours?" Ask George

Poppy reappeared and said "I cook this with the skill Mr Potter showed me and I am restricted to cook for other unless Mr Potter allow it"

"Poppy, can you make some more for my friend" said Harry and he point at the Gryffindor table.

"No problem Mr Potter just give me a minute" Poppy disappear and after a minute row of pizza appeared on Gryffindor table.

"Ok everybody, dig in," said Harry

Everyone in Gryffindor's table including Cassandra and Dudley, start eating. As they eat some student started exclaiming in surprise because they never ate such tasty food before. Harry took a slice of pizza and taste it. He notice the food taste good but it's missing the magical effect like when he cooks. Then he notices all the student from the other table staring at Gryffindor's table.

"You guys are free to join us if you like," said Harry.
