Grindelwald recounted, "I have met three Obscurial in total... or rather, two Obscurial and one Obscurus forcefully stripped from its host."

If Andy's fusion is without problems, then the most likely reason is probably related to the mental aspect and the magic transfiguration.

After a moment's thought, Grindelwald gave his answer: "After your magic has completely stabilised, if you still don't feel any ill effects, then... your fusion is perfect!"

"That simple?" Andy frowned.

Grindelwald said lightly, "On a mental level, your Obscurus... let's call it Obscurus for now! Your Obscurus is problem-free."

"At least it won't harm its host!"
