Chapter 75: Chapter 76: Haruno Sakura: Great!
After hearing Kurama's remarks, Temari chuckled lightly. "You two have such a good relationship," she mused, surprised by how Naruto interacted with the Nine-Tails as if it were an old friend. She had never imagined anyone could bond with a tailed beast like this.
Naruto grinned. "It's nothing special. When you treat them with respect and sincerity, they respond in kind."

Life After the Chūnin Exam
With the Chūnin exams over, life in Konoha gradually returned to normal. Ninjas from other villages had started heading back to their homes, but Temari had decided to linger a bit longer in Konoha.
Meanwhile, Naruto and his Team 7 hadn't been sent on any missions for a while. Ignoring Sarutobi Hiruzen's repeated requests for a meeting, Naruto was busy searching for someone specific in the village.
After days of looking, Naruto finally found his target: an older man with wild white hair loitering outside a women's bathhouse.
Sasuke's brows furrowed in disgust as he glared at the man. "Naruto, is this the 'legendary master' you've been talking about?"
The older man turned around, startled, before quickly moving away from the bathhouse. Straightening his posture, he struck an exaggerated pose, biting his thumb to summon a toad. "Behold! I am Jiraiya, the Toad Sage of Mount Myōboku, one of the legendary Sannin!"
Sasuke's expression remained unimpressed. "Naruto, I'm not interested."
Naruto laughed and clapped a hand on Sasuke's shoulder. "Don't judge a book by its cover. He may look like a perverted old man, but he's seriously strong."
Sasuke crossed his arms skeptically. "How strong?"
Jiraiya, feeling ignored, interjected with a booming voice. "Kid, I'm one of the legendary Sannin!"
But both Sasuke and Haruno Sakura didn't look particularly impressed.
Jiraiya blinked, clearly thrown off. "What's wrong with today's kids? No sense of awe!"
Naruto leaned in closer to Sasuke and whispered, "You remember Orochimaru? Jiraiya is just as strong as him."
Sasuke raised an eyebrow. "Oh, so he's not completely useless."
Sakura nodded. "I guess he's decent enough."
Jiraiya looked exasperated. "Decent enough?!"

The Child of Prophecy
Naruto smirked and pointed at Sasuke. "Master Jiraiya, this is the prodigy you're looking for—the Child of Prophecy! His name is Uchiha Sasuke."
Jiraiya's playful demeanor shifted, and he gave Sasuke a closer look. "The Child of Prophecy?" He squinted before shaking his head. "No, I don't think so."
Naruto tilted his head. "Why not?"
Jiraiya explained, "The prophecy speaks of someone truly unique. I'm not sensing anything extraordinary from this kid."
Sasuke's pride was stung. "What did you just say, old man? Do you want me to show you Uchiha power?"
Jiraiya chuckled. "By all means, show me."

A Clash of Strengths
The street soon became a makeshift arena as Sasuke charged at Jiraiya. However, his attacks, including genjutsu, proved ineffective against the seasoned sage. Jiraiya easily restrained him.
Sasuke gritted his teeth in frustration. "You may have won now, but you won't stand a chance against me in the future—or against Naruto right now!"
Jiraiya raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Naruto, huh?"
Naruto stepped forward, shrugging. "Why are you so sure Sasuke isn't the Child of Prophecy?"
Jiraiya sighed. "He's missing something... something vital."
Naruto nodded as if expecting this. "I see." He walked over to Sasuke and placed a hand on his abdomen.
Before anyone could react, a swirl of red chakra emerged from Naruto's stomach, taking the form of a miniature fox.
"Hey, hey, hey!" Kurama shouted, flailing its tiny limbs. "What are you doing, brat? I don't have chakra to spare!"
Naruto ignored Kurama's protests and used the Eight Trigrams Seal, transferring the small fox spirit into Sasuke's body.
Sasuke winced in pain, dropping to one knee as a glowing seal appeared on his stomach.
Jiraiya's eyes widened in shock. "Did you just... extract part of the Nine-Tails' chakra and seal it into someone else?"
Naruto dusted off his hands. "Now Sasuke has the 'something special' you were talking about."
Jiraiya stared at Naruto, his expression unreadable. Finally, he muttered, "Uzumaki Naruto... you must be the Child of Prophecy."
Naruto waved him off. "Nope. Sasuke's the one you should train."
"But—" Jiraiya tried to protest, only for Naruto to disappear in a blur of motion, pulling Sakura along with him.

A Promise to Sakura
After distancing themselves from Jiraiya, Naruto slowed to a stop.
"Sakura, once you master the Strength of a Hundred Seal, come find me."
Sakura looked confused. "Why?"
"Because with that power, you'll be able to suppress the Nine-Tails' chakra if it ever gets out of control."
Sakura nodded, her heart heavy. "Naruto, are you leaving?"
Naruto sighed. "Yeah. I'm leaving tonight."
Sakura's eyes welled up with emotion. Grabbing his arm tightly, she whispered, "Naruto... can you grant me one last request before you go?"
Naruto frowned slightly. "It depends on what the request is."
Taking a deep breath to steady her nerves, Sakura said, "I want you to kiss me."
Naruto blinked, then smirked. "No."
Sakura laughed, her tears falling freely. "Great! If you're too scared to kiss me, it means you still like me."
Naruto's face twisted in confusion. "What?"
But Sakura didn't explain further. Instead, she simply held onto his arm a little longer, savoring their fleeting moment together.

Reflections
As night fell over Konoha, Naruto prepared to leave. The village, once a source of pain and loneliness for him, had become a place filled with cherished connections.
But his journey wasn't over. He still had a destiny to fulfill, whether he believed in the prophecy or not.
For Sakura, the night marked a turning point. She resolved to grow stronger, not just for herself but for the bond she shared with Naruto.
And somewhere in the shadows of Konoha, Jiraiya watched, his mind buzzing with thoughts of what the future might hold for the enigmatic boy named Uzumaki Naruto.
