"You're lying!" Ginny shrieked from inside the closet.
"You were always with him at school, and you even brought him to your house!"
"We're just friends, good friends. Just like Ron and me, I promise," Orli chuckled helplessly. "Do you think I fancy Ron too?"
This convinced Ginny. She sprang out of the closet, her face breaking into a smile.
"All right," she added in a whisper, "No girl could possibly fancy Ron."
Orli faltered for a moment but decided to let that comment about Ron slide.
"So you fancy Harry, don't you?" she teased Ginny.
Ginny's face turned tomato-red in an instant.
"How did you know! No! I don't fancy him!" she stammered in denial.
"Shush!" Orli covered her mouth. "You're being too obvious. Everyone can tell."
"What should I do? How should I... I..." Ginny stumbled over her words.
"Relax, Ginny. Try treating Harry like Percy, George, or Fred. First, you need to act more natural. You're too jumpy..." Orli pulled her to sit beside her.
Half an hour later, Ginny had happily welcomed Orli to stay in her room. They huddled together, whispering and giggling occasionally, leaving Fred and George gobsmacked as they passed by the door.
"Girls?" Fred queried.
"Girls." George nodded.
The twins walked arm in arm towards the garden, pulling ridiculous faces.
"You're so lucky not to have a house full of annoying brothers," Ginny grimaced at the twins.
"But I don't have parents either," Orli sighed. She actually envied Ginny a bit.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean..." Ginny rushed to explain.
"It's okay, I know," Orli smiled dismissively. "Maybe we could find something to do? Besides flying broomsticks."
"How about cards?" Ginny eagerly rummaged through her drawers. "I have a self-shuffling deck somewhere. Let me see where I put it..."

Life at the Burrow was worlds apart from the gloomy Waters mansion.
Except for the occasional noise from the portraits, the old mansion was usually deathly quiet. Orli often felt the house lacked any sign of life, with only her breathing and the wind outside breaking the silence.
The Burrow, however, buzzed with lively activity every day. Even the ghoul's banging in the attic made the house feel vibrant and cheerful.
She thought Harry felt the same way, as in just a week, he had become more energetic and spirited, his cheeks filling out a bit.
On their second evening at the Burrow, Mr. and Mrs. Weasley discussed the potion procurement business with Orli. They only relaxed after repeatedly confirming that she hadn't lost money and that it hadn't affected her studies.
Mr. Weasley even offered to introduce her to a St. Mungo's pharmacist, but Orli politely declined. She didn't want to deal with unfamiliar adult wizards, as it would create unnecessary complications, and she preferred to keep her potion business low-key.
Orli kept her cauldron in the small storage room under the Burrow's awning, which she dubbed Potion Base #2. She often brewed potions there, and sometimes the twins and Harry would join her to complete tasks after tiring of Quidditch.
She had considered including Percy in the team, given that he was a prefect with excellent grades.
However, Percy rarely showed his face during the entire holiday. He kept to himself in his room, corresponding with someone unknown, sending numerous letters, and constantly polishing his prefect badge.
He didn't even show off when he received twelve O.W.L.s, nor did he join the boys' Quidditch games.
He only joined them for dinner on July 31st, because it was Harry's birthday.
