I Am Raditz

Frieza hovered in the air, looking down from his elevated position. The entire archipelago spread out beneath him, offering a perfect vantage point.

Unable to sense energy signatures, he relied on his exceptional vision from this high position, taking in all movements below. He could spot even the flight of a distant bird.

The Earthlings and Vegeta who had attacked him were now hiding, which infuriated him—like ants crawling on his back that he couldn't quite reach to crush.

"COME OUT!"

He was determined to find these pests and eliminate them personally! At the same time, his peripheral vision locked onto Lord Slug, who stood atop a nearby mountain preparing to attack.

The newly transformed Slug was bursting with muscles. His aged appearance had receded, his face now radiant and his eyes piercing. He bared his sharp teeth as the scar across his eye twisted into a ferocious grin, looking like a second mouth with a sinister smile.

Having gained immense strength, Slug had also regained a portion of his youth. The Namekian fighters he had assimilated were quite young, infusing him with their passion and vitality.

Power tends to corrupt, and Slug was no exception. He now believed he could defeat Frieza.

His back straightened, his breathing became smoother, and his voice boomed: "Frieza! Behold my ultimate power!"

Slug discarded the severed limb in his hand, fixed his gaze on Frieza, and spread his arms wide. His size increased dramatically as his power doubled explosively!

The moment his transformation completed, Slug launched forward, creating a whistling wind in his wake. Frieza snorted coldly, quickly shifting position to dodge the attack.

With his enormous body and considerable momentum, Slug hit nothing but air before plunging into the water below.

Frieza cast a cold glance across the archipelago. "Are you alone? Where are your Saiyan friends hiding?" As he spoke, he waved his hand, firing several energy bombs toward the surrounding islands. Explosions rocked the area as chunks of land sank beneath the waves.

"What should we do?" Krillin panicked, clinging to the mountain wall.

Energy blasts were about to rain down upon them, the immense power making him tremble with fear.

"Frieza must have hidden the Dragon Ball nearby after taking it," Raditz decided. "Krillin, take Tumat and find the Dragon Ball. Vegeta, locate the Namekian child! I'll hold off Frieza temporarily! Goku, prepare the Spirit Bomb!"

The Spirit Bomb was currently their most powerful technique—perhaps it could work.

Goku took a deep breath and raised his hands skyward.

Namek had no moon but three suns, so there must be abundant life energy to collect!

"Go! Now!"

With his shout, Frieza's energy blasts crashed into the island, scattering everyone. Frieza's eyes lit up as he extended his hand to attack. "I see you!"

"I'm over here!" Raditz yelled, deliberately drawing Frieza's attention as he moved at high speed through the air.

The sound immediately caught Frieza's attention, causing him to turn.

That cold gaze cut like a knife through Raditz's heart, making him inwardly shudder: So terrifying.

Even more frightening was Frieza's speed. Now using 50% of his power with a combat level of 60,000,000—more than double Raditz's current strength—his speed had increased dramatically! He drove his knee forward with such velocity that Raditz couldn't even see the attack coming!

"UGH!"

The impact created a crack across the sea's surface. Water cascaded from the sky as a figure was sent flying into the distance, gradually becoming a mere speck on the horizon.

Raditz blinked in surprise—he was unharmed? Looking ahead, he saw a massive hand positioned in front of him. It was Lord Slug!

The giant's face tilted toward Raditz, displaying an evil smile with gleaming white teeth that terrified the Saiyan. This wasn't a kind smile but one revealing a desire for violence. Slug hadn't attacked Frieza to save Raditz—he simply wanted to fight.

In the next instant, without withdrawing his fist, Slug swung in a horizontal arc toward Raditz. Despite his massive size, his speed was impressive, forcing Raditz to dodge desperately.

Exploding into full speed, Raditz barely managed to pass beneath the fist. Even so, the blade-like energy emanating from it scraped his body, drawing blood.

As Slug's punch missed, he prepared to attack again, but angry shouts suddenly echoed from the distance! Frieza was charging back, enveloped in white light—Nova Strike!

"SLUG! You'll pay for that!"

Roaring as he rushed forward at incredible speed, Frieza broke the water's surface. Mountains collapsed around him, and swirling air currents formed a storm in his wake.

Slug hurriedly prepared to defend himself, but had barely raised his hands when Frieza crashed into his abdomen. The giant's body doubled over as dirty saliva sprayed from his mouth and his eyes nearly bulged from their sockets.

Frieza drove him into the water, the high-energy heat evaporating seawater and filling the air with mist.

The enraged Frieza leapt from the water and charged toward Raditz, his scarlet eyes now revealing irresistible killing intent.

Fight! Raditz gritted his teeth, clenched his fists, and roared wildly.

"TIMES TWENTY!"

With his current strength, Kaio-ken x20 could only be maintained briefly, but he had to seize this opportunity to catch Frieza by surprise—otherwise, death awaited.

Sure enough, the moment Kaio-ken x20 erupted, Frieza was momentarily stunned.

Crimson energy waves roared outward in all directions. The water's surface surged with power, turning tides upward as red light and fierce energy rose from below like a burning fireball. Violent winds swirled around, forming the sharpest blades that cut through the air with sharp, tearing sounds.

The terrifying air blades flew wildly, scouring the area for miles. Rocks were pulverized to powder and swept away in the howling wind.

Taking advantage of Frieza's momentary shock, Raditz quickly attacked. A streak of red light flashed as he rushed toward Frieza, driving his fist into the tyrant's abdomen before twisting it half a circle, penetrating his strength deep into Frieza's body.

The corners of Frieza's eyes twitched as he countered with a pained punch. Raditz jumped upward, avoiding the uppercut before driving both feet into Frieza's body. Frieza plummeted rapidly, gritting his teeth as he halted his descent tens of meters above the water's surface, sending splashing waves in all directions.

"Damn you! You—" Before Frieza could finish, he looked up to see a dazzling light in the sky—a massive energy sphere charged with power hurtling toward him.

"FLASH BOMBER! HAAAAA!"

Raditz struck with all his might, his muscles swelling to their limits, veins bulging, arms trembling, as his throat released a thunderous roar!

"BOOM!"

A single explosion rang out as smoke filled the air. Raditz panted heavily, his body already severely strained. Behind the smoke screen, Frieza's figure gradually emerged. His palms emitted green smoke from resisting the energy wave, but his body remained undamaged.

Raditz attacked again, moving at super-high speed to form a red sphere of light that pulled a tassel-like wake through the air. Frieza responded by surrounding himself with a white energy field as they collided.

The two repeatedly clashed and separated, flying from sky to sea, piercing through earth before returning skyward. Space itself seemed to vibrate as lightning sparked around them.

After several seemingly even confrontations, Raditz deliberately distanced himself.

He was gasping for breath, his arms hanging limply at his sides. Maintaining Kaio-ken x20 was utterly exhausting!

"Damn Saiyan! You can't possibly—" Frieza's sneer was cut short as his eyes widened in shock. Seeing his reflection in the water below, he became aware of an enormous spherical object suspended above his head. Looking up, he was stunned by the dense energy radiating fiery light.

At that moment, Goku stood not far away and shouted: "Frieza! Take this!" He swung his hands downward, directing the massive Spirit Bomb toward the tyrant's evil presence.
