Chapter 121: Sick

There were two physical education classes this afternoon, and they were at the end of the school day. Zhi Ying thought about going to see Jiang Wei after the first period class in the afternoon.

As for why she didn't directly ask for leave? First, she was not sick, and second, she would not lie to the teacher. She might as well just completely skip the class. Anyways, the physical education class was free today. It was just that Zhi Ying had a wider range of free activities, and went out of school.

She planned to flee, and she did. Zhi Ying didn't take her school bag, directly placed it in her drawer, and went downstairs with the class. Han Jiaojiao, Zhao Qian, and the others gathered together to talk in the front, and while they were not paying attention, Zhi Ying snuck away.

It was impossible to go through the front gate, there was a guard guarding it, so Zhi Ying decided to climb out from the fence.

The occupied area of No. 1 High School was not small, and there were walls that were high and low. Zhi Ying was inexperienced, so she rambled around to find a fence that was easier to climb out of.

After taking a long breath, Zhi Ying climbed up and quickly climbed over the wall.

Several people near the wall quietly came out from behind a tree trunk, looked at each other, and one of them, a boy with blonde hair, asked, "Just now… was she skipping class?"

Another boy nodded: "I saw it too."

There were rebellious and unruly students in every school, and a fence had not yet been climbed by students was not a good fence. The few of them were also frequent truants, today they planned to climb over the wall again, but found that there was already a person standing at the foot of the wall.

The few people were startled, and immediately retreated into the small woods, hiding behind the tree trunk.

"Isn't that Zhi Ying?" As a legendary figure in No. 1 High School, Zhi Ying relied on her own strength to firmly occupy the hearts of the No. 1 High School students.

"Could it be that she has become a cadre of the Disciplinary Department?" A boy was anxious, "Is this just waiting for a rabbit? Boss, why don't we withdraw."

A blonde haired boy waved his hand, with quite a casual demeanor: "Don't panic, wait and see what happens."

The last few people quietly watched as Zhi Ying climbed over the wall and left the school.

"…Am I dazzled?" The blade of grass that the boss was holding in his mouth fell out from shock.

Zhi Ying, who had already skipped class, naturally didn't know that all her actions had fallen into the eyes of others.

She stood at the door of Jiang Wei's house and rang the doorbell. The person who opened the door was an Auntie, who didn't know Zhi Ying.

"Who are you looking for?" Auntie asked politely, but her eyes were wary. When she was hired, she was warned by the owner not to let girls in casually. At first she was puzzled, but after seeing Jiang Wei's appearance, she understood.

It was true that girls nowadays were like wolves and tigers, so they had to guard against them.

Zhi Ying held the school uniform that had been taken off in her hand, and cast her eyes uncomfortably: "I'm looking for Jiang Wei."

'Sure enough, someone had fallen in love with their young master.'

The aunt nodded secretly in her heart. Her training was finally going to come in handy, she must maintain the innocence of her young master.

"Sorry, you're in the wrong place."

Zhi Ying was taken aback, and took a step back to look at the house number, but there was nothing wrong with it. When she was about to ask the aunt again, the door had been slammed shut.

"…" Zhi Ying had no choice but to call Jiang Wei again.

This time it was Jiang Wei who picked it up himself. His voice was hoarse: "Zhi Zhi, what's wrong?"

Zhi Ying heard his tired voice. Her nose suddenly felt a little sour, and she murmured in a low voice, "You didn't come to class."

Jiang Wei, who was half leaning against the head of the bed, instantaneously had a smile on his pale face: "Sorry, I didn't tell you."

Zhi Ying shook her head silently, after a moment, she realized that Jiang Wei could not see her and she asked, "Are you feeling better?"

While the two of them were on the phone, Uncle Li had just come down from upstairs to get some water and medicine, and heard the sound made by the aunt downstairs just now.

"Someone came just now? I heard a sound."

"There was a girl who came to look for our young master just now. She probably wanted to pester our young master, but I locked the door." Auntie said proudly, obviously feeling that she had done a good deed.

Uncle Li was taken aback, Yan City was much quieter than the capital city, and not many people knew their address here. He had a bad premonition in his heart.

"What does that girl look like?" Uncle Li asked quickly.

Auntie was still holding a kitchen rag in her hand, and was about to go cook: "She looks pretty good, but she looks a little dull, and she's quite tall."

Uncle Li was stunned, and hurried to the door and opened it. Just from hearing this description, he knew was the little classmate.

Zhi Ying was still talking to Jiang Wei on the phone, when the door opened suddenly, and Uncle Li stood in front of her excitedly and exclaimed, "Little classmate, why are you here?"

The voice was a bit loud, so Jiang Wei naturally heard it, and his heart sped up instantly: "Zhi Zhi, are you downstairs?"

Before Zhi Ying could reply to Jiang Wei, she was dragged in by the enthusiastic Uncle Li: "Little classmate, come in quickly. The young master just woke up, and you came just in time."

Holding the phone, Jiang Wei heard the voices coming from the phone. He pinched the quilt with one hand, wanting to lift it and go downstairs.

On the other hand, Zhi Ying had already said, "Mhm, I'm here, I'm going upstairs to find you." After speaking, she hung up the phone.

Jiang Wei re-covered the quilt that had been half-pulled off, leaned back down on the bed obediently and waited with downcast eyebrows. The alienation and indifference exuded when he was sick could not be seen at all.

"Little classmate, help me bring the medicine and water up to the young master." Uncle Li smiled and handed a jar of medicine and water to Zhi Ying.
