I'm A Plunderer In The World Of One Piece.

Chapter 43: Chapter 43: Strongest Attack.

"...Kill."

Before the strange wax figure could finish speaking, a massive axe came crashing down from above, slamming into its body with tremendous force.

"Die, you freak!"

Brogy, the red-haired Giant, roared as he brought his axe down, intent on ending the strange opponent in one blow.

Crack!

"A warrior from Elbaf would resort to a sneak attack?"

To Brogy's shock, the wax figure simply raised its right hand and caught the attack effortlessly.

"This... what?!"

The Elbaf warrior's eyes widened. His full-force strike had been caught with ease.

"Giant's strength?"

The wax figure turned its cracked, waxen face toward him, expression unreadable. Brogy struggled to pull his axe back, veins bulging on his forehead—but it wouldn't budge.

A low, hoarse laugh escaped the creature:

"Heh heh, is that all? Come, be one with me—Wax Assimilation."

Hiss... hiss...

Grayish wax leaked from its fingers, crawling up the axe like living sludge toward Brogy's hands.

"Brogy, watch out!"

Dorry shouted. He swung his colossal sword at the wax figure.

Crack!

The wax figure caught the incoming blade with its left hand. Creak.

Then, a second wax head formed at its neck, twisting to face Dorry. Its voice grated like metal:

"Is that all?"

"Monster!"

Brogy let go of his axe and punched the wax figure squarely.

Thud!

The punch landed hard, cracking wax and scattering candle fragments.

"Oh... that actually hurt!"

The original head lowered, inspecting the damage. Then, another wax head grew.

"Giant captain... harder. I can still take more."

The figure's transformation grew increasingly grotesque.

Brogy stepped back.

"You... what are you?!"

He'd seen all manner of foes, but this one unsettled him deeply. It was like something from Elbaf's oldest myths.

The three wax heads grinned simultaneously, speaking in eerie harmony:

"If you think I'm human, I'm human. If you think I'm a ghost, then I'm a ghost. Or—"

It appeared right in front of Brogy:

"Do you think I'm a god?"

Brogy's blood ran cold. He'd never watched a horror movie, but this must be how the protagonists felt.

Fear gave rise to fury.

"You mock a proud warrior of Elbaf?!"

He struck again with all his strength:

"Elbaf fears nothing!"

Boom!

This time, the wax figure was launched into the forest, crashing through trees and earth.

Brogy stood panting.

"Dorry! That thing's no ordinary enemy. Could it be a demon, sealed by the God of War? We must destroy it."

"Understood."

Dorry looked at his battered old sword, nodded, and replied:

"If you're going, I'm with you."

Brogy retrieved his axe, fingers trailing across its worn, scarred blade.

"This weapon won't survive the next clash."

Dorry saw the wax figure rising in the distance.

"No time for hesitation."

"You're right. If this is the will of the God of War, then so be it."

"Let's end it—together!"

Both Giants channeled their energy.

"For Elbaf! Haa!"

Their weapons glowed with sheer power.

Brogy's axe. Dorry's sword. Their final blow.

The wax figure flew toward them again, now cloaked in pitch-black Armament Haki.

Its three black heads laughed in unison:

"Yes! This is it! TRY to kill me!"

"HAAAA!!!!"

The two Elbaf warriors unleashed their strongest technique:

"IN THE NAME OF ELBAF!"

Boom!

Their weapons shattered as two colossal shockwaves tore through the forest, combining into one overwhelming force.

The wax figure didn't dodge. Maybe it couldn't.

The combined attack struck.

"HAKOKU SOVERNITY!!!!"
