[Scene: Deep Mistlands – Early Morning]

FX: Low wind between trees. Crows cry in the distance. Leaves drip with dew. 🌫️🌲

[Visual: Elara walks alone through the forest, hands in her cloak. Her eyes are tired, her steps slower than usual. The scroll from Mordain is tucked inside her sleeve — unopened.]

Elara (thinking):

"Kaelith didn't follow. Good."

"I need space. Not because I'm afraid of what's chasing me."

"I'm afraid of what I'll believe if I hear it again."

[Scene: Forest Clearing – Surrounded by black-rooted trees]

She stops.

Silence.

Then—

[FX: A whisper cuts through the air like silk torn in slow motion.]

"Ariyenna…"

[Visual: Elara freezes. Her soulblade hums faintly in its sheath — not in warning. In resonance.]

[Elara (whispering)]:

"…What did you just say?"

[The whisper comes again, this time warmer, closer — not in her ears, but in her bones.]

"Ariyenna. Your name, before they burned the truth out of you."

[Flash Cut – Memory Fragment: A girl stands in a white corridor. Her hair is longer. She's smiling. Someone is calling her — "Ariyenna." She turns to answer.]

FX: SHATTER— The memory splinters like glass.

[Elara grabs her head, staggered.]

Elara (thinking):

"No. That's not my name. That's not—"

But part of her knows it is.

[Voice – calm, low, the Hollow King's echo]:

"You weren't born in a forge. You were taken into it. Made to forget."

"But names remember. Even when souls forget."

[Elara draws her blade. It glows blue. She slashes through the mist.]

[Elara (furious)]:

"Get out of my head!"

FX: The mist parts — not from the blade, but from the force of her will. A single white tree stands in the clearing now, unnaturally tall.

Carved into it, like an offering:

ARIYENNA.

[Visual: Her knees hit the ground. She stares at the letters. They burn with faint gold.]

Elara (thinking):

"It's real. It's really carved. Which means I didn't imagine it."

"Which means someone — Mordain? — wants me to know."

[Voice returns — softer now, not cruel, not commanding. It sounds almost… familiar. Like family.]

"You don't have to be Elara anymore. That name was your cage."

"Come back to yourself. Become who you were meant to be."

[Scene: Flash Cut – Elara in the lab, a girl barely conscious. Scientists speak over her. One word is blacked out — but she remembers now. That word was "Ariyenna."]

[Elara (clutching the tree bark)]:

"…I thought I chose this name."

[Voice]:

"You chose nothing. You were reforged. And you are still reforging."

[FX: Wind howls suddenly. The bark begins to peel.]

Beneath it is a second carving:

"Vessel."

[Elara] (whispers):

"No…"

[Visual: Her soulblade flickers. The glow dims. She's shaking now.]

Elara (thinking):

"If this is true… then everything I've fought for…"

She bites her lip until it bleeds.

"…was programmed into me."

[Final Whisper — clearer than all before]:

"Ariyenna… Daughter of the First Vessel. Bound by echo. Meant to carry Me from the start."

[Scene: Back at camp – Kaelith's POV]

Kaelith jolts awake.

[Kaelith]:

"Elara?"

No one answers.

He grabs his blade.

[Final Visual: Elara stands at the base of the tree. Her blade at her side. In one hand, she holds the scroll. In the other… a flake of bark with her real name.]

[Elara (voice trembling)]:

"If this is the truth… I'll tear it out myself."
