In Naruto as senju clan leader

Rei muttered to himself while tapping his bulging belly. He had multiple bowls of ramen....

And he was just a 5yr old kid right now! If it was the previous him, even a single one of those humongous bowls would have filled his stomach...

'Truly the wonders of a ninja's body are too many to count.' he mused while looking back at the task he had recieved just after exiting the Hokage building.

One of the rewards was as expected, the pinnacle of senju lineage, the Wood style kekkei genkai.

It was the other one that had his attention.

'Clan head seal of the thousand armed clan'

Thousand armed clan is the Senju clan no doubt. But what does the seal do?

The system had already told him that it would only specify it's function once the reward was obtained, so I can only figure it out on my own for now.

Still, since it's a seal, it should have something to do with mito which means it's gonna be OP.

Now I can't let this mission fail even if I have to do the extreme thing and send a letter to the daimyo.

He would just tell him that konoha elders are using the senju clan's funds to illegally conduct experiments.

With his close ties to the senju clan, he would no doubt launch an investigation.

Then he just had to tip them a little using his knowledge of the plot and any of danzo's crime would warrant a world of pain for all 4 of the elders.

It was no wonder, why this was a last choice. Afterall the holes in his story would no doubt be picked up by the experienced ninjas and that would open a whole another investigation on how he knew that much in the worst case scenario.

Still just the inheritance of the Wood style would give him immunity so he wasn't that worried.

Afterall, he was the lord of bullshittery here.

'For now, I need to visit all of the important clan heads and garner their support.' Checking the time, he decided to proceed with the negotiations with the clan heads tomorrow and just rest for now.

Finalising what to do, he sped up and quickly arrived home. Going towards his father's study room, he entered and started reading.

That's what he has been doing for the last week. Reading up on all of the history, geographics and all of the other stuff that is considered common sense here.

Besides that, he also delved into the basics of a ninja and what does the ninja curriculum of the academy hold.

It was all strategies and ways of survival in all kinds of situations. He decided that he would start on it when ninja academy began and for now he needed common sense and strength.

So he would just focus on his fighting capabilities and his general knowledge of the world around him.

And his progress wasn't half bad. He was done with the basics of refining and using chakra and also had a basic grasp over chakra control.

Now he needed advanced control and utilisation.

Afterall, with the system he didn't have to worry about his reserves at all.

It was unfortunate that the clan head seat was delayed or he could have begun with the full access of the clan head library already and directly started with ninjutsu but for now, he would have to just put his focus on chakra control and physical skills like taijutsu and shuriken jutsu. As for the other skills like kenjutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu, tobirama's library will take care of it once he is clan head.

That's why he needed the clan leader seat desperately. The authority of a clan leader was a direct seat to the top, atleast for someone like him who only had to worry about training and the system would give everything else to him on a platter.

With that, he put all his focus on reading while not forgetting to keep applying chakra to prevent the leaf on his forehead from falling.

After a few a hours, he stretched his arms while yawning and stood up from his chair.

Stretching his stiff back he exclaimed to himself, "In the beginning, the idea of keeping a leaf on my forehead all the time till chakra exhaustion to learn efficient chakra usage did seem attractive but man, chakra exhaustion is really awful. I feel like dying."

With that, he removed the still stuck green leaf from his forehead and stared at it.

'I think this should be the peak of what I can achieve with this exercise and the next should be tree walking. I will start on it tomorrow, but for now, I need a refreshing bath.

Keeping the book on chakra transformation aside, he put leaf in his palms while trying to make it soggy which would indicate successful water chakra Nature transformation.

Trying for 5 minutes, he just sighed and dropped the leaf on his desk while going to the bathroom with only a single thought,

'Training as a ninja is truly too addictive. The visible increase in strength just gives another level of euphoria. It's incomparable to my previous life.'

The next day

Getting ready for the day after completing his taijutsu and shurikenjutsu training, he mentally went through his to do list. First should be the Hyugas and then the uchihas.

These are clans that I have complete assurance over that they won't agree with Hiruzen.

Afterall when it comes to dick riding bloodline inheritance, there is nobody that surpasses these two.

If Hiruzen wants to still keep the Senju as his cash cow, then he will also be doing the same as me, garnering support.

And his target should be ino shika cho and aburame clans.

If clans were to be segregated on the basis of their bloodline strength, then Uchiha, senju and hyuga would be at the top, followed by these clans like Sarutobi, aburame, nara, yamanaka and akimichi and then the rest are not worth mentioning like inuzuka, kurama and shimura.

'If he seriously wants to play these games with me, then I won't hold back and try my hardest to weaken as much of his influence as I can.

Afterall, I have no plans of letting them stay in my village.'

With that, I started making my way towards the Hyuga clan while internally going over all the 11 clans.

Besides the Uchiha, hyuga and maybe kurama, everyone else is a fierce supporter of the oldie.

'Idk man, I might have to seek minato out for this one.'

Before long, he was standing in front of the hyuga clan gate. As he gazed at the two guards in front of him, he touched the bark of the tree next to him and sent out a chakra probe.

'Hmm...genin guards huh, not as grand as I expected them to be. Though being a natural chakra sensor is quite an useful ability.'

"Halt, what business do you have with the hyuga clan? Huh, it's a kid.

Hey kid, you lost or something?"

My forehead visibly darkened but I pulled myself together and looked sharply at them.

"How unprofessional...My name is Rei Senju of the Senju clan. Please inform the Hyuga clan head that I wish to discuss some things with him."

The two genin widened their eyes as they gazed at the kid in front of them. White hair, sharp face, red eyes...It all checked out, they thought at the same time as they subtly glanced at each other.

One of them nodded and instantly went inside while the other came closer, intending to entertain him till the clan head called him inside.

Afterall, who hadn't heard of the heir of the Senju clan, the last man standing. Some of the older generation even exclaimed that he was an exact copy of the second Hokage with almost all of the features identical.

He was like a lord second mini-me!

Some had even conspired that the second Hokage had an illegitimate child though the older people denied it saying that the technician was above all, known as the coldest, most rational you could ever expect a man to be.

Though he wasn't disliked, he was never exactly remembered for his warm nature which is something kumogakure could wholeheartedly agree with.

Afterall he was their worst nightmare in the battlefield. Using his forbidden jutsus, he raised the dead enemy against their own village and had them murder each other.

This sole act had made him a nightmare for all of kumogakure which led to the treaty between them.

But konoha remembered none of that. Afterall they were the winners, that's all that mattered at the end of the day.

Even those who had seen him just once found him unapproachable.

'Still',

the guard wondered, the rumours didn't seem like rumours now that he looked at the kid closely and saw his cold expression which was unexpectedly strange for a kid his age.

He looked eerily familiar to the description that everyone had of the second Hokage...

As he noticed his sharp eyes focus on him, he shivered for a moment and coughed, trying to play it off that a kid's gaze had him shivering.

...

Meanwhile Rei was wondering why was this guy staring at him for the last 5 mins. Noticing him deep in thought he thought in his mind, stupefied

"Is he monologuing right in front of me, a reincarnator???

Who does this guy even think he is? You aint the mc my guy!!!"

Rei looked sharply at him and he shivered for a moment and then started clearing his throat in embarrassment.

'Much better'

I thought with a smile, elated at the fear that I was finally getting to see on someone's face after a whole week of being called and treated as a kid.
