In Naruto Trying to become a Saiyan from Kumogakure

Chapter 49: Ch 49. Commercalized Medical Tanks & Gravity Training Grounds

Everyone present was astonished by what they had just heard. While the physical evolution of ninjas typically occurred gradually, these groundbreaking devices have significantly accelerated the process. In some cases, they might even bring about unprecedented changes slowly, similar to when a ninja forms a bloodline limit for the first time or unexpectedly awakens a dormant one, raising their chakra, physical strength, and spiritual strength through the joint combination of these inventions!

The Third Raikage soon spoke with admiration, "For ninjas, simply eliminating hidden injuries is an achievement that only highly skilled elite Jonin-level medical ninjas can accomplish. After all, identifying injury that has accumulated over the years is no easy task, and even the most experienced medical ninjas may not fully understand the nuances of your body or the lingering damage left behind, but this machine will allow your body to heal all leftover hidden injuries, which itself is a miracle"

He continued, "For older ninjas, in particular, the removal of these long-standing hidden injuries could make an extraordinary difference. It could restore their strength, extend their prime, and ultimately be life-changing. Given the immense benefits, they would undoubtedly be willing to invest a portion of their life savings to undergo such a procedure. And with it all ninjas can train better without worrying about hidden injury accumulation, which will not only make training more effective, it will also make sure they can fully portray their talent and not suffer!"

The Third Raikage paused, his gaze shifting toward Ron and Ed before speaking. "Ron, this is your personal invention. While you've utilized the knowledge and medical formulas exclusive to the village, if this technology is widely adopted by the upper echelon of Kumogakure, you will receive a share of the profits. However, the key considerations here are production costs, the cost per use, and whether this can be adapted for general-purpose applications, such as gravity seals. Is it feasible?"

Ron nodded thoughtfully before responding. "Father, regarding the medical hibernation tanks, the current design is inherently bulky, and that won't change. However, if we want to accommodate multiple users, we can develop a system where several chambers are linked to a single supply machine. This central unit would intake raw materials, process them into the necessary healing components, and store the required final materials. Each individual chamber would assess the user's injuries, relay the data to the supply machine, and receive the precise combination of healing liquids and gasses tailored to their needs."

He continued, "The most efficient approach would be constructing a large, centralized supply machine capable of managing multiple tanks simultaneously with the right system adjustments. Of course, both the supply machine and the chambers should remain hidden from the general public. I propose integrating the hibernation chambers into the hospital, ensuring they are well-guarded, especially since ninjas using them will be unconscious, making them vulnerable. Additionally, the supply machine should be concealed underground near the hospital, with a network of pipes and tubes discreetly connecting it to the chambers."

"As for resource requirements," Ron elaborated, "the supply machine will primarily need fresh herbs, which are readily available through our greenhouses, especially now that prices have decreased for us with the increase in supply. It also requires a power source, which we already have, the village already has grids and stable electric supplies after the recent infrastructure changes that added a smart grid to Kumogakre, electric, water meters, proper water supply pipes, and even proper sewage and underground pathway and railway systems, so power is not a problem. Also, an atmospheric connection is needed since it features a gas extractor that collects various gasses directly from the air. Even though the machine will be underground, this setup won't pose an issue."

"Furthermore, ANBU can oversee its operation, as the machine is mostly self-sufficient. Their role would mainly involve restocking materials, disposing of wastes to proper fertilizer facilities managed by the research institute, and occasionally cleaning the filters. The amount of resources needed will vary depending on the extent of each ninja's injuries, but we can track the usage and implement a fair pricing system accordingly."

"In addition, once our chip and electronic technology become widely available, we can issue smart IDs that will not only allow us to charge ninjas but also verify their identity, ensuring that only authorized individuals access the facilities. For now, we can implement a system using file numbers and unique passwords to grant access. Additionally, we can station personnel near the medical tanks to physically collect payments as an alternative method."

"As for the Gravity Training Grounds, we can create them by applying specialized sealing jutsu to designated training grounds. However, setting this up will take a little time."

Ed, who had been listening intently, spoke up. "Ron, have you figured out how to manage the weight distribution caused by multiple users in the training grounds?"

Ron nodded. "Yeah, I just worked it out. The challenge with variable gravity training is that different users require different intensity levels, and modifying gravity individually in a shared space is inefficient. Instead, we will establish multiple open, flat training areas, each assigned a fixed gravity level, such as 5x, 10x, 12x, 14x, up to 20x. While this will require a significant amount of space, it will make the training grounds accessible to the general ninjas and accommodate most ninjas, including Jonin. For those who require even higher gravity levels, we will designate smaller, adjustable areas like this one, but these will be reserved exclusively for elite Jonins, as the lower gravity is sufficient for most ninjas now!"

"As for the weight problem," Ron continued, "the training grounds will consist of compacted soil, and we will use specialized dispersion runes to spread the applied force over miles of open space, and mountains. This concept is similar to how barrier seals distribute the impact of an attack from a single point across an entire barrier. However, there will be limitations. Each training ground will have a maximum weight capacity, such as supporting up to 1,000 people, each weighing around 200kg under enhanced gravity. If this limit is exceeded, a failsafe mechanism will automatically deactivate the gravity field. For higher gravity levels, we will need to install additional dispersion runes and connect them to empty mountainous regions to safely absorb the distributed force. The higher the gravity level, the fewer users there will be, so not much of a problem, but we can always expand the system if necessary if the number of users increases."

"In addition, we can implement a security measure by issuing special accessories, such as rings, that act as activation keys. The gravity effect will only apply to individuals wearing these rings while inside the designated training grounds. This ensures that unauthorized persons entering the area are not accidentally harmed. It also provides a safeguard for users, if a ninja becomes too exhausted, they can simply remove the ring to temporarily deactivate the gravity effect and rest."
