Kabuto efficiently prepared the Edo Tensei ritual as Orochimaru stood before four empty spots surrounded by intricate summoning seals. These spots housed four Zetsu clones infused with Hashirama's cells.

Orochimaru weaved hand signs and declared:

"Summoning Jutsu: Edo Tensei!"

Paper fragments materialized, swirling rapidly to envelop the four Zetsu clones.

In an instant, their appearances transformed from the inside out, revealing four figures with cracked, weathered skin but otherwise seemingly normal.

The First Raikage A, the First Mizukage Byakuren, the First Tsuchikage Ishikawa, and the First Kazekage Retto.

The legendary first generation Kage of each village had returned.

The First Mizukage Byakuren was the first to awaken, his eyes opening in confusion.

"Haven't I… already died?"

His gaze fell to his chest, vividly recalling the moment Gensou had pierced him with a lightning-wreathed hand.

"You are dead. I saw it with my own eyes. And not long after, I died as well," the First Raikage A replied grimly, glancing at his once-severed right arm, now fully intact.

"This is clearly some kind of jutsu."

The First Tsuchikage Ishikawa swept his eyes across the room, lingering briefly on Orochimaru and Kabuto before his sharp gaze locked onto Tobirama.

"If anyone could create such an unnatural technique, it would be you, Tobirama, the younger brother of Hashirama."

Meanwhile, Retto, who had briefly returned to the living world before through Edo Tensei, recognized Orochimaru immediately.

"It's you again!" he growled, his brow furrowing as he stared at the pale snake-like man.

Orochimaru responded with a polite smile.

"Indeed, it's a pleasure to see you again, First Kazekage-dono."

Retto glanced at Tobirama and Kabuto, noting they were also Edo Tensei summons. Assuming they too were under Orochimaru's control, Retto coldly asked:

"What are you scheming this time, you defiler of the dead?"

Orochimaru gestured graciously toward Tobirama.

"Perhaps the esteemed Second Hokage would be better suited to explain."

Tobirama cast Orochimaru a sidelong glance before stepping forward.

"It's been a long time, First Kage of each village."

"Indeed it has," Ishikawa replied, his sharp gaze unwavering. "Tobirama, are you now in charge of Konoha?"

"No, he's dead. How could he be in charge?" Retto interjected before Tobirama could respond.

Tobirama nodded and began explaining Edo Tensei.

After hearing the explanation, the First Kage exchanged glances.

A addressed Tobirama first.

"So, what is the purpose of reviving us with Edo Tensei?"

Tobirama calmly explained, "The Five Great Nations, and indeed the entire ninja world, are facing an unprecedented crisis. The living need our strength. This plan has been approved by the current Five Kage."

Tobirama produced a document bearing the signatures of the current Kage and handed it to the four.

"The Fourth Raikage, Fifth Mizukage, and Third Tsuchikage will be here shortly. If you have doubts, you may confirm with them."

Tobirama then turned to Retto.

"The Fifth Kazekage is believed to have perished. The Sixth has not yet been decided. Elders from Sunagakure will provide you with details."

Retto frowned deeply.

It seemed the Kazekage lineage had met with consistent misfortune. Having recently met the deceased Fourth Kazekage, he now learned of the Fifth's death. While other villages were still in their third, fourth, or fifth generations, Sunagakure was already moving toward its sixth.

Retto resolved to use this chance to uncover the state of his village.

The other three First Kage examined the document, confirming the authenticity of their respective village seals. Satisfied that Tobirama spoke the truth, they turned serious.

Ishikawa voiced the question on everyone's mind:

"Who is the enemy?"

For the Five Great Nations to unite and go so far as to summon the dead for assistance, the enemy must be extraordinarily powerful.

Having lived during the same era as Hashirama, Madara, and Gensou, Ishikawa immediately suspected one of them. But with Tobirama present, it was unlikely to be Hashirama.

Could it be Madara? Or Gensou?

Dismissing his initial thoughts, Ishikawa focused on Tobirama, awaiting his answer with growing unease.

Tobirama didn't leave them waiting long. He spoke gravely:

"Gensou."

The room fell into stunned silence.

"What?!"

"How is that possible?!"

A and Ishikawa exclaimed, their expressions shifting dramatically.

Retto, still preoccupied with concerns about Sunagakure, snapped his attention to Tobirama.

"Are you sure?!"

Byakuren, the only one not visibly shocked, furrowed his brow.

"Gensou is alive? Did he escape after killing me?"

Having perished early during the Battle of the Valley of the Gods, Byakuren was unaware of what transpired afterward. Naturally, he assumed Gensou had somehow survived all these years.

Given Gensou's godlike talent and potential, it wasn't inconceivable that he had grown strong enough to threaten the entire ninja world.

Byakuren glanced at his companions, puzzled by their incredulous reactions.

"What's with the exaggerated expressions? Gensou is the one who killed me, after all. His current strength is not surprising."

A, noticing Byakuren's confusion, explained curtly:

"Gensou has been dead for years! He died not long after you did!"

"What?!"

Now it was Byakuren's turn to be utterly shocked.

"Are you certain he wasn't just faking his death back then?"

A hesitated.

Retto, recalling that Orochimaru had mentioned Gensou's name during his last Edo Tensei encounter, turned his gaze toward the snake-like man.

Could it really be true?

But wasn't Gensou defeated and killed by Hashirama at the Battle of the Valley of the Gods?

All eyes turned to Tobirama, seeking clarity.

Tobirama didn't keep them waiting, nodding firmly.

"Gensou indeed died during the Battle of the Valley of the Gods. However, he was resurrected two years ago."

"Resurrected?!"

The First Kage were dumbfounded.

If it weren't for their knowledge of Tobirama's no-nonsense demeanor, they might have thought he was joking.

"How can someone dead be resurrected? How did Gensou manage it?"

Their questions reflected their shock and disbelief.

"The exact details remain unclear," Tobirama admitted.

His gaze briefly flickered to Orochimaru.

Orochimaru, sensing the attention, forced a strained smile.
