Lookism: Legend of Oni

Yamazaki Dojo,

Loud noise of fist colliding, occasionally groan, could be heard from the inside of dojo. Ha-joon was constantly beating gun to improve his endurance, as Gun was famous for his insanely endurance in the future. Ha-Joon didn't use any of his mastery for fear of knocking gun unconscious.

Ha-Joon slowly lifted his leg at the air before slamming gun's head on the ground, executing a seamless axe kick. Ha-Joon eyed gun briefly before adding: "Enough of me attacking you, now attack me with all you got."

He nodded adjusting his body, Gun dashed toward him and used roundhouse kick at his face. But before his kick could land, Ha-Joon slowly let U.I to control his body before blocking it near his face. Gun instantly began to distance himself from Ha-Joon, noticing the shift of aura around Ha-Joon.

Gun exhaled deeply, and lunged towards Ha-joon with a powerful jab. He blocked guns fist and followed up with straight punch. Gun simply endured his punch before giving a uppercut at Ha-Joon's chin.

Ha-Joon's House,

Ha-Joon and Gun were eating their lunch after their fight. The air hung in silence as neither off them spoke. The eerie silence on the table caused both of them on a awkward position. Ha-Joon finally couldn't hold back: "Why don't you speak"

"I don't like to talk much" Gun said while stuffing food in his mouth. Once again, room hung in awkward silence. To ease up the moment, Ha-Joon brought another topic: "From what I've observed, you seems to hate your life."

Gun paused, pondered for a moment and said: "I don't know."

He was speechless hearing gun's cryptic answer, Ha-Joon took a deep breath from frustration, He scanned gun and expressed his thought: " Could you... please elaborate."

Instead of responding, Gun briefly eyed Ha-Joon before questioning: "Why am I different from other, and I seems to hold a lot of expectation from the family."

Ha-Joon pondered for a moment and responded: "Don't compare yourself to other, be yourself because you are different from other, and you are destined to become king, the moment you were born."

He paused briefly to let Gun digest information before continuing: "And find your own path instead of living upto others expectation, because the moment you find your path, you will have a meaning to live in this beautiful world. So, don't crumble under the pressure of the family."

 Gun was stunned for a moment, hearing his words. Gun stared Ha-Joon for a moment, stood up and exhaled deeply, and bowed: "I understand, and Thank you,.... Sensei."

Ha-Joon nodded and stood up, and started to clean the tables followed by gun. Usually, he would have three to four house maid for cleaning but Ha-Joon hadn't kept any maid, as he didn't want anyone else to be in his house. So, he would do all the house chores by himself.

But before they could finish their cleaning, one of the guard opened the door with a loud bang and began to shout: "Young masters, Vassal family have rebelled, Shintaro-nim had ordered you both to join the fight and quell rebellion."

Ha-Joon sighed, placed the washed plates in orderly manner. In an instant, he arrived Infront of guard and grabbed his face forcefully: " How many time do I have to order you all to knock the door before entering."

Before the guard could respond, Ha-Joon knocked him with a flicker of his hand. He turned his head towards gun and signaled him to join in the battle. Gun nodded, and walked outside of the house. Ha-Joon eye's flickered with red color, and dashed towards the main residence at an extremely fast speed.

Ha-Joon knocked all the lackey along the way before entering the main house. Just as he was about to enter inside, he was stopped by three vassal family successor. Ha-Joon briefly scanned three of them and said coldly: "Step aside"

One of the three, Masaichi Yuma replied mockingly: "You not allowed to enter from here onwards"

Before Ha-Joon could speak, Gun's voice sounded behind his back: "Leave this three to me." 

Ha-Joon turned around, and saw gun emerging from the pile of bodies. He nodded and dashed towards the gate to stop all vassal leader before they could find the family head. As he headed deeper inside the room, he encountered dozen or so lackeys, holding kukri style knifes ravaging the house. All of their head turned towards Ha-Joon with annoyance in an instant.

Ha-Joon stepped forward, closed the distance, and began to unleash flurry of kick at their chin, instantly knocking half of the lackey. As he turned around to scan the remaining people.

One of the lackey spat, tinge with irritation: "Surround him from all direction and attack"

But before they could surround him, he dashed towards the nearest lackey with a swift kick, immediately making him faint, Ha-Joon simply used the fainted lackey as shield to block the kukri attack and delivered a devastating kick, nearly knocking them all out.

Just as Ha-Joon could move, three footstep in the distance caught his attention. As he turned his attention towards the footstep, three figure emerged from the dimly lit room, slightly surprising Ha-Joon. Yes, all of three were the vassal family head.

Masaichi Takanobu, briefly eyed Ha-Joon, his voice filled with disdain cut through the tension air: "Well well, if it isn't our Park Ha-Joon."

Watanabe Kokuin chimed in with equal disdain: "Tsk.., the rumors were true huh, that he possessed the reverse eyes. But truly unfortunate to be born in a lowly Hangure Family." 

Takeshi Matsumoto added coldly: "So. he was the reason, Vice president Shintaro ordered us to kill Hangure future leader, during his mission."

Ha-Joon tossed the last remaining lackey on the ground. Soon, the temperature on the room began to drop sharply, He instantly appeared near three of them, barely suppressing his erupting rage and asked with a cold tone: "What do you know about that day's incident."

In this years outside of Yamazaki Family, Ha-Joon had been gathering the clues about the disappearance of his father. And all the clues about his father disappearance lead to the vassal clan of Yamazaki Family. He wasn't strong at the time, so he had stayed dormant about this matter. Today, he would finally find about his father disappearance.

Instead of answering him, three of them sneered, and Watanabe Kokuin, said coldly: "Matsumoto, handle this kid, and come at the bathtub, Yamazaki Shingen should be there."

Soon, two of them headed towards the bathtub. Only, Ha-Joon and Takeshi Matsumoto were on the dimly lit room. Ha-Joon looked at him and sneered: "Do you think, you can handle me alone"

Matsumoto snorted: "Back then, even your father had difficulty facing me, and you are no exception."

As soon as he spoke, he swept his sword towards Ha-Joon chest. Ha-Joon simply stood still in his place. Just as his sword pierced Ha-Joon's cheat it got stuck instantly. Blood began to flow from his chest. Matsumoto froze in disbelief, before gouging out his stuck sword from Ha-Joon's chest.

Matsumoto whispered: "So, You truly do possess the true quality of Yamazaki huh, the black bone"
