Chapter 159: Chapter 159: The Dwarven Star

"Brother Han Yu, why are you here? You didn't even give me a heads-up!"

Seeing Han Yu after such a long time, Eitri was overjoyed. He immediately stood up and pulled him into a bear hug.

The dwarf craftsman nearby watched the scene in confusion. It was rare to see Eitri act so warmly. Even when faced with Odin, the former King of Asgard, Eitri had always maintained a cold and indifferent demeanor. Now, however, he was showing uncharacteristic enthusiasm toward a human from Earth. It was utterly baffling.

"Let go, let go! You're going to smother me to death!"

Han Yu struggled to poke his head out of the tight embrace, finally managing to catch his breath.

Eitri laughed heartily, clearly in excellent spirits. His gaze then shifted to the people standing behind Han Yu. At first, his expression was neutral, but as his eyes landed on Hela and Galacta, his face turned pale. Feeling a chill run down his spine, he quickly pulled Han Yu aside and asked in a trembling voice,

"Brother Han, what's going on? Why are those two women with you? Are they... Hela and Galacta? Are you being threatened? Don't worry, Brother Han. Just say the word—they wouldn't dare harm me."

As the King of the Dwarves, Eitri was naturally aware of who Hela and Galacta were. The sight of Hela alone was enough to unsettle him.

Hela, after all, was infamous. A thousand years ago, Odin had dispatched the Valkyries to subdue her. Eitri himself had forged the Valkyries' armor and weapons for that mission. The outcome, however, was catastrophic—the Valkyrie army was annihilated, and there had never been a second Valkyrie force since.

If Hela's presence wasn't alarming enough, seeing Galacta standing there as well was even more unnerving. Figures of their stature were beings even Odin had to treat with utmost respect.

"Oh, them?" Han Yu replied casually. "Galacta is my friend, and Hela is someone I brought to help Asgard. I'm here to upgrade her equipment. Do you have time?"

Han Yu's nonchalant tone made it seem like he was discussing something completely ordinary.

Eitri froze for a moment, processing the situation. After a long pause, he let out a sigh, patted Han Yu on the shoulder, and said, "You never cease to amaze me, Brother Han. Even your connections with women are... top-tier!"

Han Yu chuckled helplessly. It was clear Eitri misunderstood the situation, likely assuming both women were part of his so-called "harem." The truth, however, was far from it.

He'd only just met Hela, and as for Galacta, she was following him purely because he had good food. To even think of them as part of a harem was laughable—and probably a quick way to get himself beaten.

"By the way, you mentioned forging weapons. Asgard is in great danger right now," Eitri said, his tone turning serious. "The long-hidden Vanir gods have allied with the Frost Giants and Fire Giants to invade Asgard. Loki is with you—he must know about this, right?"

"He knows," Han Yu confirmed. "That's why he came to me about it. I plan to help, so I rescued Hela and brought her here to upgrade her gear."

Han Yu then explained to Eitri how he had ventured into Hell to bring Hela back. Eitri nodded repeatedly as he listened.

"That old scoundrel Mephisto is truly shameless," Eitri spat, clearly unimpressed.

Han Yu smiled and turned to Hela. "What kind of weapon do you normally use?"

"I use swords," Hela replied, clasping her hands together. With a small movement, a blade radiating a chilling gleam materialized in her hand. "But you don't need to forge me a weapon. Make me a suit of armor instead. That would be more useful. A sword in my hands is merely a disposable tool."

"That works, but what should we make? Ordinary armor won't be able to withstand your divine power," Eitri said thoughtfully.

Han Yu also fell into contemplation. Hela's current power ceiling was far beyond what it had been a thousand years ago. She possessed the potential to reach the level of a Skyfather-class deity, but to fully unleash her strength, she needed high-quality equipment. Without it, she couldn't properly wield her immense power.

As previously mentioned, Asgardians were not pure deities but rather advanced extraterrestrials. Their manifestations of divine power required equipment of a certain caliber to truly shine.

While considering this, Han Yu began rummaging through the inventory of his general store system, searching for something suitable.

"Hmm, what's this? A God Cloth—it looks promising."

In the system's list, Han Yu spotted an item and clicked on it. The description read: The battle attire of the Norse God King Odin's guardian, similar to the Saint Cloth from the Saint Seiya mythos.

"Not bad. This item also draws from Norse mythology, and there's even a specific God Cloth that perfectly suits Hela!"

Han Yu opened the details of one particular God Cloth, named Heavenly Authority Star. The armor came with a companion Flame Sword and had innate resistance to ice-based attacks, making it perfectly suited to the current situation.

"I've got it," Han Yu declared confidently.

He pulled out the blueprint for the Heavenly Authority Star God Cloth and handed it to Eitri. "Forge it according to this."

"Are you sure this will work?"

Eitri took the blueprint with a hint of skepticism in his voice. As a master craftsman from a race renowned across the universe for their forging prowess, Eitri had a natural pride in his work. To him, receiving a design from someone else—even someone as remarkable as Han Yu—naturally aroused some doubts.

But when he unfolded the blueprint and began studying it, his eyes widened in astonishment. Without another word, he hurried to a nearby table, cleared it with a single sweeping motion, and carefully laid the blueprint flat.

The title on the blueprint was written in ancient Chinese characters. Eitri couldn't read it, so Han Yu explained that the three characters translated to Heavenly Authority Star.

Even without forging it yet, Eitri could tell that the methods described in the blueprint were feasible and that the resulting armor would be incredibly powerful. He was certain, however, that crafting something of this caliber was beyond the current skills of even the Dwarves.

Other Dwarves noticed Eitri's serious expression and curiously gathered around to see what had captured his attention. One by one, they joined him—first one, then two, then three...

Eventually, more than a dozen Dwarves were huddled around the table, scrutinizing the blueprint. Others tried to join in but couldn't squeeze through the crowd, so they anxiously hovered on the outskirts.

A blueprint that could impress Eitri and attract so many Dwarves for silent, focused study was undoubtedly a masterpiece of the highest order. There was no doubt that its quality was exceptional, or Eitri wouldn't have been so engrossed.

"What are you showing them that has them so captivated? So many of them, yet it's completely silent," Loki whispered as he sidled up to Han Yu.

The Dwarves—more than ten of them—were utterly absorbed in the blueprint, not making a single sound. They had approached quietly and now stood around the table, completely drawn into the intricate design.

Everyone's attention was entirely consumed by the blueprint, as if they could feel the essence of its craftsmanship radiating from the lines and symbols.

"It's just a battle suit," Han Yu replied with a faint smile.

He waited for Eitri and the others to finish their nearly ten minutes of silent observation before finally speaking up. "So, what do you think? Pretty impressive blueprint, right?"
