The dark night was thick with rain, the damp scent of the city mixing with the earthy smell of plants.

A small deer staggered into the middle of the road and froze.

The blinding headlights of a motorcycle illuminated its fragile form.

A tattooed gangster, riding the motorcycle, was locked in a passionate kiss with an old woman who had jagged teeth and tattoos covering her body.

When the gangster finally pulled his tongue from her mouth, it was too late.

He suddenly noticed the deer and, in a panic, twisted the handlebars.

With perfect timing, he barely avoided hitting the deer's white tail as the motorcycle zipped past it.

"Wow! Wow!" The gangster exclaimed in exhilaration, making an odd sound as he felt the rush of adrenaline.

The old woman behind him also screamed, and they both laughed hysterically.

"Buzz!" The motorcycle revved up, its engine roaring as it sped forward.

The rain intensified, and the tires splashed droplets on the wet road as they approached the outskirts of the city.

Suddenly, as the motorcycle passed an intersection, the gangster saw a dark shadow appear in front of him.

It seemed like a giant, ominous figure, exuding an air of murderous intent, unlike anything he had ever seen.

Startled, he slammed the brakes, but the wet road made the motorcycle skid.

With a loud "bang," the motorcycle veered off course, hitting a stone at the roadside.

The motorcycle came to a sudden stop, sending the gangster flying over the handlebars and slamming face-first into the road.

The impact was brutal, and his body slid across the gravel and asphalt like a ragdoll, scraping away half of his face and leaving a bloody trail behind him.

His body folded unnaturally as his spine broke under the force, snapping in two.

The woman behind him screamed as she flew over his body, landing violently in the grass.

Pain coursed through her as she struggled to comprehend the intense agony in her body, her hands soaked in blood when she touched her head.

Before she could scream again, the shadow appeared before her.

Its glowing red eyes gazed down at her coldly, and with a scream of terror, it attacked.

"Snip!" The sound of fangs sinking into her flesh echoed through the night as blood splattered.

In a Movie Theater

A woman sipped red wine from a glass, watching the movie on the big screen.

"Can I sit down?" A black woman with wavy hair asked the woman holding the glass of wine.

The two women were alone in the theater, which was in the last row. The movie playing was Howl at Midnight, starring Nancy, an extra actor.

On the screen, Nancy was running desperately through the forest, her fear palpable as a monstrous creature closed in on her.

"No! Please! Oh my God, what is this? Help! Somebody!" Nancy's voice echoed in terror.

The woman sipping wine, named Fletcher, had been the one to meet Nancy at Bear Mountain during the film's shoot. She was dressed in the white evening gown she wore that night.

She glanced at the black woman, Gina, before responding: "Of course, you can sit, just make sure to turn off your phone."

Gina sat down and looked at Fletcher with a slight smirk. "Haven't you seen this movie a hundred times?"

Fletcher, unfazed, said, "Every time it feels like a different experience."

Gina raised an eyebrow. "You really have a unique taste, Fletcher."

Fletcher smiled coldly. "You know, Gina, as the theater manager, you should follow the rules and not break them."

But Gina shrugged, uninterested. "Did you see the news? The Vampire Queen's been interviewed, and she claims to be a vampire from another world. Now, everyone's talking about her. Her name's everywhere, even Kraven the Hunter's popularity is eclipsed by hers."

Fletcher stared at the screen. "You're paying a lot of attention to her."

Gina's gaze flickered to her phone. "I'm worried she'll ruin our plans."

"Plans?" Fletcher crossed her legs nonchalantly, revealing her white calf beneath her gown.

"She doesn't have the brains to do anything. She's just a foolish woman."

Gina shook her head. "If she heard you talk about her like this, she'd punch you in the face."

Fletcher reclined in her seat. "I'd like to see what she's capable of."

"Do you want to kill her?" Gina asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Not yet," Fletcher replied coolly, sipping the wine. "But Kraven... he's going to learn what it means to face death."

Meanwhile, at a Restaurant

"Hi, Peter!" Gwen greeted as she spotted him entering the restaurant.

"Hi, Gwen," Peter replied with a smile.

"You're on time!" Gwen said in surprise.

Peter shrugged. "I'm practicing being on time. It's a process."

They sat down, and Gwen noticed Peter seemed in better spirits. "I agree. People should try to be on time, or bad things happen."

"The only bad thing today will be our stomachs," Peter said, waving the waiter over.

He had ordered beggar's chicken and braised lion's head, which left Gwen confused.

They were dining at the famous restaurant. Peter had invited Gwen to try Chinese food since she had treated him to Mexican food the previous day.

Gwen blinked as Peter spoke fluent to the waiter. "Peter, why is you japanese so good?"

"Because I'm gifted," Peter replied with a grin.

"If you're interested, I can teach you japanese so you don't get ripped off next time we're in japan."

"Why would I go to japan?" Gwen asked, her eyes wide.

Peter shrugged. "I want to see how the locals react to Spider-Woman wandering their streets."

Gwen hesitated, then laughed. "Uh... Maybe?"

Peter then grinned. "Just kidding. I want to travel there."

Gwen smirked. 'Howl! Howl and eat!'"

Peter immediately groaned, "Okay, that's enough. You're ruining it."

Later

As the dishes arrived, Gwen felt overwhelmed. What did "beggar" mean in beggar's chicken? And why was it lion when it was braised lion's head?

Meanwhile, she couldn't stop thinking about the "Vampire Princess" who was now trending on social media.

"Did you hear? The Vampire Queen's being interviewed," Gwen said to Peter. "Her name is everywhere."

Peter's expression remained neutral. "Reporter. That's a good cover."

That night, Peter entered the Vampire Princess's manor outside the city, disguised as a reporter from Horn Daily, ready to interview her.
