Chapter eleven:

A few weeks before it finally happens. I'm meeting the Avengers. Well more accurately I guess fighting against them. That's going to be awkward for me at least. Well that matters not. What really matters is that I am finally meeting the Avengers in person. That makes it all worth it. It's like a dream come true.

No one knows I am reborn and no one can know, especially Doctor Strange he may think that I'm to dangerous and eliminate me. Of course some changes need to be made. For one billion's of people disappearing for 5 years cannot happen. I'm going to need the reality stone to stop Thanos. I've had time to make a relative plan but it needs some changes.

I hear the screams, shouts and bangs outside as the fighting happens. It distracts me and brings me back to the present. It is kinda scary being in a real fight and so close to one but I am a soldier now. A child soldier or a teen one is the question though? Maybe for another time.

Though for now I have to remain a naive and controlled child, though in a way I am. The Avengers are attacking the base and Pietro runs into the room that I was in. I'm not use to his super speed yet, I'm not sure I ever will be. He then smiled at me.

"Time to show off." Said Pietro and he picked me up before running to the main office.

One of the other guards, I'm not sure his name spoke. "We should use the twins, they will give us a advantage."

Baron Von Strucker gave a thoughtful face before he spoke. "No, they aren't ready yet. We should pack up some supplies and evacuate. We need to get out of here." Replied Baron Von Strucker.

I felt Pietro annoyance at that response as we stood beside the door. Baron Von Strucker then looked at the both of us.

"We are ready and we will prove it!" Said Pietro before he grabbed me and ran away.

"Wait!" Replied Baron Von Strucker. But it was already too late. He was already out of sight.

Once we were outside Pietro put me down and smiled. I then looked around at the chaotic fighting in the distance slightly concerned.

"Protect the door's bro. I'll pick them off one by one. Let's show them how good we are." Said Pietro with a smile on his face.

Though before I even had a chance to respond he was gone. I then sighed to myself but resigned to not let anyone through the door's. Their are other ways in after all.

I watched the commotion, seeing the Avengers occasionally absolutely amazed. I felt slightly apprehensive as they got closer. I've never been in a real fight before. I mean I know I've used my powers in fake fights and trails before but they have never fought to kill me but the Avengers might. That scares me.

In addition to the fact I don't actually want to hurt the Avengers, not even Tony Stark. I forgave him a while ago, it wasn't actually his fought after all. I just needed someone to blame but I understand now, Pietro though he isn't at the stage yet and I can't blame him. He doesn't know the full story either and I can't tell him without exposing my secret.

Then I feel it, the wind as claws past my face. I let myself get distracted and daydream, shit. It whizzed past and hit the door next to my face. Agent Barton never misses unless he does it on purpose. I looked up and saw him with his bow and arrow out as he looked at me

"Don't move, don't fight. I do not wish to hurt you. Surrender and give yourself up. Let us help you." Said Agent Barton.

I just looked at him, in slight amazement and was nervous to do anything. I then shook myself out of it.

If I don't do anything, Pietro will be so disappointed in me.

"You can't come in. I can't let you." I replied as he started to approach me.

Pietro then looked me over as if he was assessing me. I then let my eyes slightly glow red as red mist came to my hands.

"Please don't. I can't let you through the doors." I said.

His eyes then widened as he stepped back. "Two mutants. I've seen two. One male and another one male . Both children." Replied Agent Barton.

Agent Barton always did care. He then looked at me, and put his arrow away. "We don't have to fight. Come with us. We can help you." Said Agent Barton.

I then noticed that two agents was sneaking up behind him with guns. I felt my eyes widen as time seemed to slow down. They got ready to shoot as I noticed Pietro stopped to see what I would do. They then shot at him and Agent Barton didn't notice.
