Chapter forty three:

"Okay, are you ready Scott?" Said Bruce Banner and Scott Lang nodded at him.

"Three, two one." Replied Bruce Banner.

Second's later Scott Lang reappeared as a teenager.

"Scott?" Said Steve Rodgers.

"Yes it's me. I'm Scott. What's up?" Replied Scott Lang.

"Bruce." Said Steve Rodgers and Bruce Banner bent down to fix the time machine.

Second's later Scott Lang became a old man and then a baby.

"It's a baby." Replied Steve Rodgers.

"It's Scott." Said Bruce Banner.

"But as a baby." Replied Steve Rodgers.

"He will grow." Said Bruce Banner.

"Bruce!" I replied.

"Turn it off when I tell you." Said Bruce Banner as he looked at Natasha.

We all then waited for Scott Lang to return.

"It worked, but I think that it was my old self, or it was my baby self or just me." Replied Scott Lang.

"Jean where are you going?" I said while looking at her.

"To go get Agent Barton." Replied Jean Grey as she turned around to look at me.

"I understand, Agent Barton is the only friend you have left." I said.

"You wanna come with me?" Replied Jean Grey.

"No, I'll stay with the rest of the Avengers, but please tell Hawkeye to come back." I said.

Steve Rodgers then saw Tony Stark walk into the room. "Look, there's Stark." Said Steve Rodgers.

"Travis, do you want some tacos?" Replied Tony Stark as he entered the room.

"Sure, how do you feel about this trip?" I said before grabbing the taco's.

"Very strange." Replied Tony Stark.

I then went to a bench before unwrapping my taco's and ate them. Tony Stark then began to laugh when Nebula and Rocket's ship came down and knocked the taco's out of my hand.

"Here you can have mine Travis." Said Pietro Maximoff.

"Thanks." I replied before eating the taco's.

Hours later Jean Grey got off the quinjet, with Agent Barton. I then ran up to him and hugged him.

"I know you lost a lot, but you still had us, you left us." I said.

"I'm sorry." Replied Agent Barton.

"An apology doesn't fix this Barton. It's time to fix this." I said before walking back inside.

Agent Barton made the decision to do the first test, everyone was expectant and anxious.

Tony and Bruce Banner activated the machine and Agent Barton disappeared for second's, then reappeared screaming.

"Clint?" Said Natasha.

"They did it." Replied Natasha sadly.

I then looked at Scott Lang who had orange segments in his hands and raised a eyebrow.

"What? It's necessary in these cases." Said Scott Lang.

Each of us went to put our suits on. At the end of Steve Rodgers emotional speech, everyone put their hands together in the middle and looked at each other for the last time.

"I'll see you in a minute." Said Natasha.

I went with Jean Grey and Agent Barton to get the soul stone, Nebula and Pietro went with Rhoedy to get the power stone.
