Marvel : Strongest Siblings

Chapter 113: Marvel 113

Matt extended his hands toward Leon and Misty, channeling both light and dark mana. The energy swirled around them, forming an aura that pulsed with intensity. Their bodies instinctively absorbed the mana, and they closed their eyes as the process began.

Leon felt a comforting warmth spreading through him, like sunlight breaking through storm clouds, while Misty experienced an eerie yet invigorating chill running down her spine.

Suddenly, both felt something breaking within them as a surge of mana erupted, flowing uncontrollably before gradually settling. When it ended, they stood there, their energy transformed, radiating newfound power.

"How do you guys feel?" Matt asked, observing their reactions.

Leon flexed his hands, a wide grin on his face. "It's powerful. This feels completely new," he said, excitement evident in his voice.

Misty inspected her hands before turning to Matt with a serious expression. "You have the power to reawaken people and help so many. You could make a real difference," she said earnestly.

Matt shook his head. "Not just anyone. Only those who are worthy. I assess each person's track record and potential before deciding to unlock their hidden abilities. Not everyone has untapped potential," he explained, his tone firm.

Misty looked at him thoughtfully. "Still, it's an incredible gift. You could change lives," she said.

Matt shrugged. "Maybe. But for now, let's focus on what's ahead. We have six people in the group now. We only need five to register as a guild. Let's go make it official," he said, grinning as he motioned for them to follow.

"What about our new skills?" Leon asked, still fascinated by the transformation.

"Try them out on the way," Matt replied, glancing at Leon and Misty, who exchanged eager looks.

Meanwhile, Trion clenched his fists, anticipation building within him. He couldn't wait for his turn to reawaken and unlock his true potential.

"Let me explain something about your new skills," Matt said as he continued leading the group out of the dungeon.

"Leon, your trait is called Light Guardian. Think of your trait as your innate talent," Matt began.

"Thanks to Light Guardian, you can use light magic and also channel light mana to strengthen your body. My Golden Sword is an example of light mana in action," he said, summoning his radiant sword as an example.

"Can I do that?" Leon asked, his eyes wide with excitement.

Matt nodded. "You can. Your Light Guardian trait gives you strong potential in tanking. You should focus on creating shields and hammers as weapons instead of swords like mine," he advised.

Leon nodded eagerly, absorbing every word.

Turning to Misty, Matt continued, "Now for you, Misty. Your Death Tyrant trait... well," he paused and pointed at a dead goblin lying nearby, "let me show you. Focus on that corpse and think about raising it."

Misty's eyes widened. "I can raise undead? Like a Necromancer in games?" she asked, intrigued.

"It's a bit more than that," Matt explained. "Your trait is a hybrid between Necromancer and Warrior. You can use both magic and physical combat. It's a great talent."

Misty nodded, taking in his words. She then focused on the goblin's body. Slowly, she felt mana flow from her, reaching the corpse. The goblin's body began to twitch before rising unsteadily. Its movements were jerky, its flesh pale and lifeless. Its glowing red eyes gave it a menacing look.

"It's a zombie," Matt remarked, watching Misty observe her first creation.

The others were curious, with Brian stepping closer to the zombie to inspect it. But suddenly, the zombie lunged at him with surprising speed, causing Misty to yelp in panic.

Startled, Misty instinctively severed her connection to the creature, and the zombie collapsed back into a lifeless heap.

"Good reflexes," Matt said, reassuring her. "It takes practice to control them properly. You'll get the hang of it."

Misty took a deep breath, nodding as she steadied herself. "I'll keep trying," she said, her determination clear.

Matt continued to talk as he looked at their Traits while he also explained about Brian and Liam Traits too as they soon came out of the Dungeon.

"It will collapse soon now that the boss is dead," Trion said, glancing at the portal. Matt and the others nodded in agreement.

"Let's just go and register our guild," Matt said as they hailed a cab and headed toward the Adventurer's Association.

Soon, they arrived at the bustling entrance of the association. The place was lively, with guild representatives stationed at the doors, greeting and assisting newcomers while people streamed in and out, each group with their own goals and missions.

Matt walked straight to the guild registration counter. Behind the desk, a lady greeted him with a polite smile. "How can I help you, sir?" she asked.

"I'd like to create my own guild," Matt replied confidently.

She nodded. "Of course. Please fill out this form," she said, handing him a document.

Creating a guild wasn't uncommon, as anyone could establish one regardless of their rank. Matt quickly filled out the required details. When it came to the guild name, he paused for a moment, considering.

"Hmm... Dominator Guild," he mumbled, a small smile creeping onto his face as he wrote it down.

The lady took the form, glancing over it carefully. "Five members: three A-rank, two D-rank, and one E-rank. Is that correct?" she asked, looking up at Matt for confirmation.

Matt nodded confidently. "That's right. We may recruit more in the future."

"Alright," she replied, jotting down the information. "I'll register your guild under the new guild database. Other awakeners can see and even apply to join your guild if they're interested."

A few minutes later, the registration was complete, and the lady handed Matt a certificate.

"You're all set. As a new guild, you'll need to clear ten dungeons of your corresponding rank or lower within a set period, or your guild will be dissolved," she explained.

Matt nodded, accepting the document. "Can you provide a list of available dungeons?" he asked.

"Of course, if you're eager," she said with a chuckle, pulling out a chart. "We currently have over 31 available dungeons. There are nine at A-rank, with the rest being B or C-rank. You can choose any ten to start with."
